Fantastic staff. They are not only very competent but very accommodating. They offer alternatives when scheduling appointments, they listen to my concerns and are not reluctant to make adjustments to my hearing aides. Once the adjustments have been made they seek feedback about the effectiveness of the adjustments by scheduling a return visit after sufficient time to know if the adjustments fit my concern.I am totally comfortable with this Miracle Ear office and its staff.

This place is absolutely amazing I definitely recommend if you need a hearing test. I went and got one somewhere else and it was a total disaster. I went in freaking out about my hearing levels they explained what the other test had said and said let’s schedule another one and we will get to the bottom of this. Super kind compassionate and open hearted people. If you ever need anything done to do with your hearing I totally recommend this company in Sarasota.

My husband James had his first hearing test and hearing aids fitted by Maria Torres. A very positive experience!!! She was very kind, professional, and knowledgeable. Her daughter, Felicia, at the front desk also helpful. They both made us feel comfortable. GREAT TEAM !!!!!

I visited Miracle Ear for the first time this week because my mother in law’s hearing aids needed new domes and needed to be cleaned. Maria immediately took care of that in a very professional and polite manner and provided that service for no charge. I went in without an appointment because my left hearing aid was virtually inaudible, despite my having cleared the wax from the earbud. Maria graciously agreed to look at it. While I chatted with the very pleasant receptionist, Maria took the hearing aid to her office and returned 10 minutes later with the problem solved! What a great experience to enjoy and appreciate in these crazy times!

My husband was originally tested and fitted with Miracle Ear hearing aids at the Clark Road Sarasota location. He has received excellent service from a number of technicians including Lucas and Andrea, both at Clark Rd and at Lockwood Ridge. This store is a more convenient location for regular visits and we will be returning here in the future.

Andrea McCabe was very helpful. I had lost the bluetooth connection in one of my hearing aids. She not only fixed it quickly, but showed me what to do if it should happen again, as well as other fixes that may arise. I could not be happier with the service I have always received at that office.
