I went in to get checked thinking my hearing was deteriorating. But I checked out okay. No need for hearing aides at this point. The technician was very helpful. Educated my wife and me on the testing. And gave us her honest assessment at the end. Very professional all around. But I will go back yearly.
The hearing aid specialist, Crystal S. who serviced my hearing aids at Beltone today was very pleasant and efficient in all she did. Her thorough testing and adjustments have enabled me to hear better now.She also took the time to give me some helpful teaching and answered my questions with clear and understandable explanations.She seems very knowledgeable and well qualified to work in this field. I would highly recommend her to other patients with hearing loss.

Len Poole did the most comprehensive test Ive ever had and explained the results so that I could really understand my hearing problems. I tried Imagine 17 in the office and it seemed to be the best aid Ive tried to date. Ive had 7 pairs of aids in past 15 years. We will start our trial next week and Im looking forward to great results.

I have had Belltone hearing aids for more than 10 years--3 sets as my hearing needs changed. I strongly recommend them. I have si??friends whose hearing aids are no where near as effective. They struggle to hear well. They miss a lot, they shout when they talk, unable to even hear themselves well. On the other hand, I hear very well. Furthermore, when I mention that I have hearing aids, people tell me they had no idea. (I have short hair, but the hearing aids dont show at all. Mostly people are surprised, though, because I hear them so well!) The other thing that I love is the incredible service. I go to a Belltone office every three or four months to have my hearing aids checked and cleaned. Rarely, but now and then, they are slightly adjusted (electronically) Every few years I have a hearing test. The offices are wherever I am. I started out in Kentucky, snowbirded in South Florida, and now live on the Gulf Coast. Each Belltone representative has been excellent--professional, attentive, personable. Great product. Great service. Top of the line in every way.
