I was so happy with the service that the hearing specialist (Don) gave me. I had been struggling with my hearing aides for over 11 years. At my first appointment he was patient, kind and thoughtful. He took extra time to adjust the hearing aides and heard and felt immediate results. I have since gone back a second time and received the same level of superior service.

I bought the latest,greatest Phonak hearing aids from Don about 1.5 years ago, and have never been happier. I m hearing musical instruments in the background Ive never heard before, bluetooth from my cell phone and TV are incredible, and small background noises in movies like the click of a womans high heels are now distinguishable! You dont get the free batteries and customer service like this with those online companies!

I find them very helpful and creative. When I leave, not only do they solve my problems, but, it is done at a very reasonable cost. I recommend them very highly { 5 Stars }.

Hannah Chabica is one of the best patient care co0rdinator I ever encountered Now, I do have great service in Halifax Nova Scotia as well.I am in Florida for 2 mts and I had an issue with my hearing aid. Within minutes she had this all ironed out. She called Halifax, and Connect Hearing for a new earpiece and gave me temporary service in meantime. These people are good.

I had a horrible experience with the new management at this office. Every time time I went to this office, Dr. Hart rushed me out like I wasnt important enough for his time.Previously Dr. Audrey worked at this office, and wearing hearing aids, she could really relate on a personal level. She was wonderful, going above and beyond to help calibrate my hearing aids.The new management at this office had me commuting back and forth three times (over 36 miles each time) before they finally got my hearing aids working.The first time Dr. Hart ordered and sent me out with the wrong kind of hearing aids.The second time, he sent me away without adjusting my hearing aids to the correct hearing settings.The third time I left and returned after driving halfway home because Dr. Hart neglected to program settings to prevent feedback. My hearing aids were giving off a feedback if they were a foot away from anything.I miss the high quality customer service this office provided when Dr. Audrey was there.The same secretary works there though, and she is the nicest person youll ever meet.

I want to thank Connect Hearing of Sarasota Florida for the excellent and patient service they offered this patient for the Phonak Hearing Aids...Dan and Hannah were both outstanding and very willing to provide all service needed...Maintenance and cleaning with advice which I found very important...In addition...This office set me up with a Bluetooth device which connects to my hearing aids - for a very reasonable fee. This device eliminated many problems associated with watching tv in a family setting...No more uncomfortable headphones or Loud TV which was very bothersome to my family...I have been to several hearing aid offices and this office is by far the best.I would strongly recommend this office...Please note...I had purchased my Phonak hearing aids and was under contract with a different office not in Sarasota due to a mailer..The Connect Hearing Office in Sarasota gave me this excellent service at no charge to me...which should have been the responsibility of the other office to provide...Thank you Dan and Hannah and Connect Hearing Sarasota...

Experienced good service over the last 3 years. Yesterday experienced excellent service with Don Kaczmarek. Professional, caring, friendly. The most thorough hearing test and check of hearing aids and Bluetooth. Went an Extra mile in total service.

I went for a hearing test to buy hearing aids. I called back that day to schedule the purchase. Within 24 hours I had a horrible infection in my ear. I went back in on the appointed time to fit my hearing aids and told Derek the insruments were contaminated. He said they sterilize each time. I told him the only way I could see him and I end up with a serious infection within 24 hours of being there was his utensils were dirty. I has rinsed my ears with alcohol so I would have a good hearing exam. He said “you better go see a doctor”.I went back and bought the hearing aids. I had swimmers ear and it went away after a few days. The hearing aids are fantastic.

I recently purchased the new Phonak Marvel, and it is indeed a marvel! The sound quality is excellent, and I especially like being able to hear phone calls and television clearly. The only think Phonak doesnt seem able to conquer is ambient noise. Restaurants and parties are still a challenge. Dan Kazmarek has been very helpful, both with the original thorough testing and also with follow-up, fine-tuning my aids to make them even better. Costly? Yes, but to me worth every penny

Paid $5200.00 for 2 hearing aids 11/30/2018. I made an appointment for 1:00 PM on 2/19/2019 after having to cancel my appointment the week before because they were far behind and would require a long wait. The secretary called on 2/18/2019 at 12:43 PM and said they had to cancel because Don would be out of the office at that time. At 1:12 PM Don called and left a message on my iPhone asking to go ahead and order some molds that he thinks will be what I want and he requests to order them without seeing me. I called back at 4:17 (got the answering machine) and 5:34 PM after hours to leave a message asking them if I could switch to St Petersburg office because of the difficulty seeing someone at Sarasota (I also needed the volume turned down). On 2/19/2019 the secretary called at 12:43 PM and asked why I wanted to switch. I said because I cant get an appointment with them. She said that we would be seeing them a 1:00 PM (15 min). I said you called yesterday and cancelled my appointment. She said nobody from their office cancelled and didnt know what I was talking about. She had Don Kaczmarek (hearing aid specialist) call me when he was free and he said they did not cancel. I informed him that its his phone number and messages on my phone and I want an explanation why they are lying about it now. I asked why I have 6 phone calls and messages on my phone on Monday and Tuesday? And why would they call me 15 minutes before my 1:00 PM appointment if they expected me to be there. I have never been treated like this by a professional health provider and the whole Sarasota office is a mess. I called St Petersburg and saw them 2/21/2019 and they did everything very professionally. I highly recommend them and strongly recommend avoiding the Sarasota office as they are dishonest and poor providers.

My father went in to have a hearing test to see why he was asking everyone to repeat. He said everyone mumbles. Mr. Hart did a hearing test and found that my father had a severe hearing loss. My father was fit with a set of hearing aids and can now hear conversations with the family. He can even stream his audio books directly into the hearing aids. He is smiling again!

I recently received a phone call from Chloë the Patient Care Coordinator at the Cattlemen office. She explained it was a courtesy call to see how my mother was doing since she hadnt been in to see the specialist in over 5 years. I was so relieved, because I had been struggling trying to communicate with my mother so I agreed to schedule my mothers annual Hearing Check-Up.Chloë greeted my mother and I with a big smile and I was more than impressed with Derek Hart, the Hearing Aid Specialist at the office. Derek retested my mothers hearing and put on a pair of the Phonak Audeo V90s and when he turned the aids on, my mother started smiling and acknowledging us. I want to thank Chloë Dunlop and Derek Hart for their professionalism and going above and beyond for patient care. I am forever grateful for you both!
