I met Jay at the office to get the paperwork for the unit I wanted to rent. I was not that keen on getting their special lock, until I saw that it really was more secure than any lock Ive seen. Jay is Great!! He is personable and professional. He made the process easy and a pleasant experience. You guys have a great Manager. The units are clean and easy to get to. I was both extremely happy with both the service and Jay! He stayed past closing to sign my paperwork and get me into my unit. It had been a hectic difficult day of packing with rain and when I arrived at the original storage facility I had made a reservation with, tried tacking on all kinds of other fees than quoted, I was frustrated to say the least. I called and he was very helpful, clear in the ants and fees and willing to wait as the traffic was awful. I arrived and everything was very streamlined, efficient, quality and clean as well as safe. In addition, he was able to upgrade me to a controlled unit at the same price which was an added bonus! I would highly recommend this facility!

Super super clean & trustworthy storage unit!I underestimated the amount of storage I needed & they made a switch so seem less for myself & my husband! They went above and beyond for us & super friendly. Do not look anywhere else just use their facilities if your in the market!

I have had my things stored here for 5 years. Jay and Gary on site have always been the two that I have dealt with in those 5 years. Wow! Just wow! This location way exceeded my expectations! Super clean, super secure and the storage space is super roomy and perfect for my needs! Jay the general manager was awesome, friendly and knowledgeable about the property! He took me in a golf cart to check out the space and taught me how to use the cylinder lock and he offered up a free cup of coffee and waters after my long trip from Massachusetts to Florida! Great self storage experience!Gary answered all our questions - even the ones we didnt know to ask! He made sure we were taken care of and provided cold water while we filled our storage locker on a very hot day. I had an excellent experience at this CubeSmart location. Jay and Gary were great to deal with. They exceeded my expectations with their helpfulness, friendliness, and overall customer service experience. The unit was extremely clean, the facility and rental office was clean and inviting, they even offered me a nice ice cold water. All in all, it felt warm and genuine and I respect that. As the owner of a moving company that spends a lot of money per year on storage I am happy that I found a local storage facility to call home. These guys rock... they deserve raises! (No, they did not pay me or ask me to say that!!! - LOL)

Jay was exceptionally nice and easy to deal with everything was done as promised very happy with how everything worked out. Worst long term storage facility in the Bradenton/Sarasota area. An early book keeping mistake by the management resulted in an over exuberant lock out of my pre-paid unit. My flawless payment history simply left management without cause. This storage facility will raise rent to the point of a force out. After 3 years the fee was 100$ higher than all competition ! Cockroaches, rat feces, mouse feces, lack of proper separation between units, extreme overheating of units. Save your time and money folks ! Move on !

Everything is clean and customer service was great. All our questions were answered. Close to the house and access to our box is very good. The gentlemen we spoke to are very pleasant. We will use this facility again and tell others.

From the moment we walked in the door we felt our business was appreciated. Not only are their prices reasonable and units are super clean but their customer service is amazing also You dont expect that when it comes to a storage facility. Gary went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and even came to check up on us while moving into the unit. He also had a moving cart waiting and offered bottles of water!!! Couldnt be more satisfied.

Jay and Gary are wonderful to work with. I would recommend CubeSmart for anybodys storage needs.

Places a ripoff. They lured you and then they charge you $13 for a lock that only works on their place and they dont buy it back then they want $12 a month on top of that for insurance and not only is the place not climate controlled but they were huge spaces where rain can get in.
