My movers (Rick, Mike, Scot) did a great job. They were very efficient and careful with delicate items! Although honestly, I was a bit worried about moving valuable artworks and antiques, I bet the movers were thorough in protecting them. I appreciated how quickly the movers were working. They have a teamwork ethic and a heart for customer service. Very pleased and would highly recommend Flat Fee Movers to anyone.

They sent a different crew ( Mike, Scot, Dave, and Tommy ) to help me move. This group of men wasnt any worse than the others I had used before. If anything, they were better! We hired Flat Fee Movers to move our belongings a long distance. The movers arrived promptly, worked quickly and professionally, and were very respectful to our belongings. They had no issue taking apart our king-sized bed and moving it down a very tight entryway. When only three guys showed up for our move, I was skeptical about how long it would take, etc. To say these three handled the job in a timely and professional fashion is an understatement. They were nothing short of outstanding and very nice guys as well. We will use them again if we ever need another move. Id readily recommend Flat Fee Movers to anyone.

Overall amazing experience. The quote was accurate based on my inventory, and everything went perfectly. The crew arrived early, gave everything a once over, and sprung into action before the quoted start time. Everything was moved with extreme care. Not a single item saw a scratch. The team was incredibly friendly. Before we knew it, we were in our new home. If we were to move again, we would pick Flat Fee Movers again.

Let me first say that the 3 guys who did the work were very nice. It seemed that one had been doing this a long time, 1 a little while, and 1 who must have been on his first week of the job. So a couple hiccups with that along with an hour to get from one house to the new house (which is a 20minute drive max) but we liked them.The bad - a TV base was shattered (thankfully the screen which I wrapped with bubble wrap prior was fine), a thick oily black substance was on several pieces of furniture, they had to unhook and move our dryer to get past it but didn’t hook it back up, and they took apart our couch but didn’t put it back together. On top of the hour wait for them to get to the new place.We called and emailed but still have yet to get a response. The first phone call where I was actually able to speak to someone we were promised some money back due to the wait time but have yet to see a refund. I was told to email pics of the damage which I did but that was 3 weeks ago and still no response. I would not use this company again. The price seemed affordable but by the end we paid way too much for what we got.

I moved from a 2 bedroom condo to a house. I contacted several movers to compare quotes. My real estate agent recommended Flat Fee Movers, and their quote came out to be most reasonable amongst all options. My very first interaction with Darren in customer service put Flat Fee Movers high on my list. Darren provided all the details, communicated everything very clearly, and promptly followed up on my emails and calls. I was provided with a rough estimate on moving costs, and as Darren had mentioned to me, it did come out to be a more conservative estimate. On moving day, the Flat Fee Movers team of 4 people arrived well before time. Rick leads the team, and he explained to me how the team would pack the contents of my place. Mike, Scot, and Alex were the others on the team. Each of them was very polite and cordial. They took great care in wrapping all my furniture items in quilted blankets. In addition, they rolled out the carpet on the floor to avoid damages while moving items. Upon arrival at my new address, the team once again rolled out carpets on each floor and the stairs. I was very specific about where what item needed to be placed, and the team was very cooperative in catering to my requests. Finally, they unwrapped every item and collected all the garbage in a corner for easy cleaning. The unloading was done in 3.5 hours. Darren again got in touch to determine if the move went smoothly and answered any questions I had around billed. Overall, I highly recommend Angel Movers to anyone looking for moving services. I had Mike as one of the guys, and he was wonderful. But the other two did not work as efficiently as he did and they definitely weren’t as knowledgeable. I got charged an extra hour when the fact is they didn’t even give their workers a lunch break in between my move and the people before me. So of course they are going to be slow. Management clearly works them like mules and don’t even care about a lunch break. I was quoted 625 for three guys for three hours. Didn’t exactly get three “mikes”. Management never mentioned anything about a $35 credit card fee when everything we do is over the phone. I would love to recommend to use Mike again- as long as he doesn’t work for this company.

Dont use this firm. I scheduled a time sensitive move from a business a week in advance. Called the night before to verify the 9 am pickup. Movers did not show and did not call to inform me. I called and was told they couldnt find their driver and once they did they would get back to me with a time for move. Total run-around and then stopped answering my calls when I tried again. I was forced to call anther mover for last minute move and pay higher price. No courtesy or concern about my situation. I will never use this company.

Scott and David contacted us a day before and the morning of our move to make sure all was set for our move. They arrived early and worked very hard and fast. Completely unprofessional, unreliable and rude. They took our deposit at least a week or more before our move and called us to confirm on Friday that the move was still on for Sunday. They day of the move they said they were on the way but were just held up a bit. When they started taking longer than we anticipated we started calling for an update. No answer from the office or movers scheduled. No answer to any of the text messages I sent either. Finally at NOON they decide to call to say something came up and they werent going to make it! Just like that. Like it was no big deal. We work Mondays (which is why we scheduled the move for Sunday) and the house we were moving out of was sold with the new owners expected to move in on Monday. Flat Fee could care less about our circumstances or the job they agreed and accepted a deposit to do. His arrogant answer to me was I dont even work Sundays. They just left us high and dry. My husband and I had to take off of work and lose a days pay and were left scrambling because of this companies poor business ethics. Moving is already stressful enough and this company added to that stress instead of alleviating some of it, which is what we hired them for. Save your money and the headache. I went through many moving companies before finding Flat Fee Movers and have used them many times since. They are straight forward, clean, and can do a lot of work quietly in commercial buildings without causing any disturbances. Best moving company I have ever hired.

Dont trust these people. Left us hanging, NO SHOW. Didnt even call to say they couldnt make it. I called several times to make sure they were coming, they never did. Used this service to move a couple of months ago. After having an appointment time, on the day of our move they called to say that’s just the time they call to see if you’re ready. Movers showed up 3 hours later. By no means professionals. They drug the furniture across the concrete, dropped almost every piece into the walls or going up the stairs. The main person was very agitated and the more he sweated the more he smelled like weed. If you want your stuff heavied and except no receipt for your “cash discount” this is the group for you!

I contacted them on Yelp and got a response in under 10 minutes with some awesome pricing. I moved forward and was so happy that finding reliable movers at an affordable price was taken care of so easily. this made me worry about how the move would go as I overthink things a bit too much. I was shocked and surprised as everything went better than I could have ever expected. The crew was even Xtra careful with gaming rig which was like everything thx!
