Each time Ive used the Mail Station at this location, Ive been very impressed at their expedient service. My goal has been get in, and get out. I can truly say Sue is really excellent with her customer service. She has been so well organized, and has been able to find whatever Im looking for, as well as complete the transaction very efficiently. I wont use another Mail Station. Kudos Sue!!

Go to an actual post office. I had a friend go here to send a package for me. It was 2 times as expensive and was told they dont get a tracking for usps. From the other bad reviews seem like it might take 2 or 3 weeks to arrive and possibly not at all. Just go to a post office.

You are better off walking your item to its destination. I mailed something with this establishment 3 days ago. I have yet to be able to track it with the tracking number they provided me. They gave me no receipt for my purchase and when I inquired they told me we dont have to give you a receipt, if you dont ask. They told me the post office should scan it in today or tomorrow, other than that, I cant help you. They didnt open an investigation to find my item and they could not have displayed less interest. The post office has since stepped in to help me. They basically negated everything this business owner told me about my transaction. They have absolutely zero idea of what they are doing. The post office confirmed that they did not receive my mail from this location on the date I mailed it. DO NOT MAIL FROM HERE. They are AWFUL!!

If you were able to give less than 1 star I would. These people are awful and should be shut down. Their work ethic is unprofessional the guy that owns the place and the lady that work there were arguing when I went in to ship my package. It took them 5 minutes to even realize I was there. They gave me quotes on a shipment I was wondering why they were so high in price. Now I know these places can charge whatever they want. If you go to a Fedex store the price drops about 30 dollars.This is a scam.
Hello, I have only good experience at the mail station. I use them to send back all my returns to ebay and Amazon. I go there about 3 times a week and they are friendly and nice. Also I have a mail box there and it is nice and private.
This is a drop off location for pre-labeled FedEx and UPS packages - maybe other carriers too... They either ignore you or look at you with contempt when dropping something off. If you are acknowledged youll be told to leave your package on a pile somewhere near the door where anyone could just pick it up and walk out with it. There are different piles for different carriers so you had better get it right because youre on your own. Not very professional.
I bought a large (& very heavy) mirrored/glass and crystal encrusted clock from a local furniture store and wanted to have it shipped back to Philly since I couldnt take it on the flight home. Tim (the owner), his assistant, a local guy who stops in daily & the fed ex guy doing a pick-up could NOT have been ANY nicer to us! THey were pleasant, courteous, communicative, made us feel welcome and assured me that the item would arrive in one piece. They wrapped it and packed it up and sent it off Fed Ex for us. I am happy to say it arrived this Am (3 day ground which is what I paid for, and in one piece! THANK YOU TIM & COMPANY! You guys rock!

NEVER SHIP HERE!!! I shipped a package to my 4 year old daughter. It was a plane and boat I personally bought and built from LEGOS. I carefully packed The items with lots of padding so they would not be destroyed in transit. Not only did the package arrive two days late. But it arrived in a smaller completely different box with completely different label than the one I filled out. My box had duct tape sealing it. this mystery box had some other shipping tape. My box only had one label. mystery box had another label under new label marked as kids instead of my daughters name. Almost all the pieces had been disassembled and smashed to fit in the smaller mystery box. Not only that, but it was missing 2 lego dolphins and figures and someone had added a few extra broken pieces in the mix. I am extremely furious someone would do this to a child. I hadnt been able to see my girl for six months and tried to do something special for her. I know what I sent and it was not what was received. Horrible people and if someone did this on purpose I will find out and get them fired.
This is the best shipping location in Bradenton and Sarasota. If you need something shipped go to this place. I highly recommend them.

Weve sent extremely urgent International package on Friday, just found out on Tuesday (the day it was supposed to be delivered abroad) that it was still sitting in their location and not being carried out to DHL carrier (theyre DHL Authorized Shipping Center)When asked about the explanation, none was given. No apology, like nothing wrong happened.I called to DHL on Tuesday and they called me back apologizing, saying the agent (Mail Station) did not handled it right and they are going to coach them. As I checked the BBB rating of the Mail Station, its D MINUS - no wonder this is something Ive encountered. Mail Station do not care about their customers. I asked Nancy, the employee to ask an owner to contact me to resolve it properly. No one called me. Finally Ive confirmed on Tuesday afternoon, that my package was picked ups finally by DHL and its going to be on its way.This is a Mail Station, this is what they should be doing for their as a core business - sending packages on time.
I have used this store for many years and could not be happier. They have always gone out of their way to be accommodating.
Ive shipped two things out of this location. Both have not gotten to the recipient.Very outdated technology. (Still hand writes your tracking number, and for some reason doesnt keep any of their millions of transactions on file) Keep in mind you have to pay extra for this kind of service.Not going to use them again.

Horrible. The guy running the counter is a jerk. Overcharged me and when I came back the next day, he became abusive. They are NOT authorized for USPS sales even though he hold me they were.
