StorQuest off Clark Rd. is well maintained and a secure facility. Staff was friendly, price was average for the area, unit was clean with no leaks. I had an outside unit for just a few months, no problems ever getting in or out of the gated access anytime of day. Thats one thing I liked was being able to have 24hr. access if needed.

Courteous staff. Allowed our cats inside to cool down and we chatted a bit. Shown multiple units to get a feel for proper size. Excellent, attentive staff and we love the laid back atmosphere.You guys are great man.

The StorQuest Self Storage facility on 4625 Clark Road in Sarasota is a magnificent place to rent a storage unit. We are a 501 (c)(3) non for profit foundation called The Waffles Foundation INC and they gladly honored our EIN number and gave us a discount when the two other storage facilities nearby that were different companies refused to.We donate musical instruments to kids and programs nationwide so we needed a climate cooled unit to protect the guitars and other instruments from the harsh Florida humidity. The customer service person at the facility named Chrissi was fantastic. She made sure we got a unit that fit our needs and she efficiently and politely processed our paperwork in a timely manner. She was also truly interested in us and our mission and made us feel welcomed and at home.The facility is also spotless clean and modern. They even provide hand trucks and 24 hour access. I am extremely pleased with StorQuest and would recommend them to anyone who needs to rent a unit. Its so nice to feel like a person and not a number and at this StorQuest they give you that and more.

We are in the process of relocating to Sarasota and StorQuest delivered the best rates and transparency on their website. I reserved a unit online and within minutes of hitting submit received a call from Rusty making sure we had everything we needed. I gave him a quick synopsis of our timeline and he said everything is in place for when we arrive. The checking was quick and professional then Rusty led us to the unit. StorQuest appears safe and clean. The unit itself is inside and at the back of the complex (which I thought would be an issue) but it turns out it is actually more convenient. Weve been with StorQuest only a short time but so far would recommend them for your storage needs.

It is so refreshing to watch someone take as much time as I needed to explain something I know nothing about. Rusty not only knows his product and his industry as well as I imagine anyone could, but he knows people just as well. Those like Rusty are unfortunately too few and far between and very rare in my life experience. Go see him. Somehow, you will leave being better for it. The place is clean and well guarded, I had many electronic devices to store and I rented a unit with air conditioning: the temperature was fine and absolutely no moisture. Communication with the office is excellent (email & phone), Ross (the manager) and his secretary are always ready to answer any questions. I will definitely use again their storage if needed

Thank goodness for professional staff like Rusty and Cindi. They we a great help as I had to move from out of state and needed knowledgeable information on Wine Storage as well as information on storing valuable memorials. Love storing our construction equipment here at StorQuest. They were the only stir around with 24-hour gate access. It’s clean and secure with cameras located that the staff monitors. I have been adding several more drive up units To our Inventory. All our drivers can access units easily with the wide aisles. Great place !

StorQuest has been at the front of the pandemic insuring that tenants and employees are as safe and protected as they can control. Signage has been provided and the staff is constantly sanitizing key pads, door handles and even pens and credit cards. Dont lie to your customers - we were told that you a/c was fixed and that our unit was safe from flooding (after it had already flooded and cost a few thousand in damage) - however the truth was - we were told by two employees that he part needed to fix the a/c was $5500.00 and either that was too expensive to pay or you could not get the part (which I dont believe after 2-4 months) and instead of telling us this - you let our unit flood for a second time. That is BS - you have a responsibly to your clients and you blew it on purpose, and for what reason?? I am not done with re-cooping our expenses for the second clean-up and two unnecessary moves of our boxes.

Great self storage spot that you can access whenever you need. They also sell locks. They can also cut your lock if you lose your key. Great on site management and service. Only point against them is that they are a big, corporate company, so when you call they connect you to some corporate person. They use internet phone service or something really unreliable and the phone calls disconnect repeatedly. Once or twice, I understand. But I literally spent 20 minutes just calling over and over again because the call would cut off either while I was on hold or shortly after I got ahold of a representative. Great staff overall, hopefully corporate folks can make some better choices. This is currently one of the stories of America though..
