I am not one to write reviews but after my beyond terrible experience at Pandora today, a review is warranted. I went into Pandora because a ring I had purchased < 6 months ago broke- completely on its own. I was given a 1 year warranty on this ring and the manner in which it broke was deemed a manufacturer error. I spoke to Stephanie the manager at Woodfield’s Pandora- who I believe should not be holding a managerial position. She could not have been more uneducated, unprofessional, and unhelpful. Immediately after I told her what happened with my ring she dismissed me and told me there is nothing she can do. She then handed me a piece of paper with a phone number to call. I asked her why she can’t do anything and she told me she doesn’t deal with that. I explained to her that I had a 1 year warranty and she proceeded to tell me manufacture errors are not covered in that warranty. I asked her what was covered in the 1 year warranty and she had no answer to this question. After looking at my ring, she told me my ring broke due to me wearing it. I asked her what she expected me to do with the ring. Again she had no answer to this question. Overall I am beyond disappointed with my experience at Pandora. I have been a customer for many years, but after this experience I will no longer be shopping here.

Spent an hour in line only to find out they’re out of a charm that I wanted to purchase. If they weren’t so busy letting people cut the line/ chit chatting with one another and actually checking on customers who were waiting, I would’ve been told it was out stock sooner. I literally watched a man help a couple who just walked up for over 20 minutes instead of customers in line, that’s crazy! This location needs structure, professionalism, and the employees need to work with a sense of urgency, especially during their busy season!

I received a silver bracelet as a wedding gift and wanted to exchange it for a gold bracelet to match my gold wedding band instead. When I arrived, the entrance was blocked off so I stood near the entrance assuming I just had to wait to be let in (no signs posted or anything). An employee rudely came up to me, rolling her eyes, and simply pointed at a few people that were standing across the walkway (not even close to the entrance) as if I was supposed to know that there was a line to get into this place like its an exclusive club. People stand around at malls all the time waiting for whoever they are with to finish up in the store or to people watch. Anyways I finally get into the store and I asked the same employee if they had any dainty bracelets instead of the more bulky ones and she again rudely responded that this was the only ones they have and that I can look at them online or take home a brochure and come back to decide. I was like uhhh well I cant see them unless Im here in person and Im here right now to look at them in person. She kept insisting that if I was undecided about what I wanted that I should just come back but I kept telling her that I was leaving for my honeymoon in a few days and then with the quarantine after, I would miss the window to return/exchange. By the way, zero congratulations on my recent nuptials which is terrible customer service too. I was literally only in the store for 5 minutes, she refused to let me look around and kept trying to get me out of the store so I just took a credit and called it a day. Its a shame that I couldnt just get money back onto my card because this exchange left such a bad taste in my mouth that I will never willingly shop here. Teach your employees some manners or just hire better people.

My Daughter purchased a beautiful ring and the Woodfield Mall Pandora I have called several times just get voicemail. Also my daughter has gone to the store four time because my stones keep coming off. Now three of my stone came out. Worker at Pandora told my daughter tell your mom when she is washing her hands dont wear the ring and I have done that. Helppppppppppppp

1hr 30 min wait in Corona Wait Line and lost patience and left. Waited from 11:15 to 12:45. Had about 4 customers in front of me. Average is 30 min + per customer. Ive looked inside and they have 5 girls running the store but only 2 customers inside. Customers have unlimited time to pick and choose while the rest is standing and waiting outside. How they can make money running business this way is beyond me...

Gigi was a horrible sales rep. Completely RUDE. First issue. I felt ignored while the coworkers talked & the line grew. Once inside I Felt rushed and not valued as a customer. Originally wanted to exchange my ring. Once Gigi became more rude I decided to return. She then accused me of wearing the ring. Ring had NEVER been worn. It was purchased two days prior. At that very moment I decided not to exchange but to return the merchandise. At the End of the transaction she rudely says “Next time clean all the gunk out” I’m literally still confused! Once again the ring was never worn. I think she was upset I decided to return the merchandise.

I ordered a ring off of the Pandora website during Black Friday. I was notified that my ring was ready to be shipped and waited for my ring for 10 days. On the tenth day, I received an email saying that my ring was no longer available. They suggested that I try ordering it again AT FULL PRICE. I asked if there was anything they could do for me since it isn’t my fault that they waited after the sales were over to notify me that the ring wasn’t available. They said there was nothing that could be done and made it seem like it was my fault for buying a ring that wasn’t available, even though there was nothing on the website that suggested there was a low stock, or that the ring was out of stock. I had gotten the ring for 35% off. Now I am being force to pay full price because of the company’s mistake.

No stars if I could. The girl manager was completely rude and did not have any type of sign in going on. It was a free for all. Then the girl that approached me put the whole tray of rings on the table and told me to pick. I’ve gone to various locations before and they always help you find what you are looking for and are friendly. Thus girl was beyond rude and focused on other things around her. Her and the manager are the reason I did not purchase anything. Super rude. I will not reccomend this location. Nor ever come back

Very Not Happy! You know that feeling you get when you feel like you are being lied to but cannot prove or do anything about? That was my Pandora experience! Called to verify the gift set was available before I left home... No answer, voicemail full. Checked online for this specific store... Listed in stock. Not call to verify... or, only a few left... In Stock! Drove 20 miles just to be told... We dont have any of those. No looking in the back, just an inquiry to her colleague/manager. So sorry we have none. What a waste of time! Can you imagine how soon I will shop at Pandora again? Not likely!!!! Would have given zero stars if I could!!!!

Got in there around 8 40, we were pretty decided want we want, it was a gift for my best friend, we stayed literally until 9:05 waiting for someone to help us, but the 2 associates there were just talking and did not care to serve us just waited to close, no other people in the store.Finally asked why they do not work, and got back 2 staring woman with a face of wondering how we dare to ask them.Did a purchase, but they did not even want to show us the displays ...This was disgusting.

Rude staffs. 2 staffs Busy chitchatting with one costumer while we were patiently waiting for a help. They saw us but never even bother to ask. Then a Hispanic couple came in, one staff went to greet them with a smile asking how she can be of help, thats the same staff who’s busy chitchatting. We just walked away and said rude making sure she heard me. They need serious costumer service training.

Decided to get my girl some jewelry for Valentine’s Day instead of the usual flowers this year. Looked at a few places online and found Pandora. Picked out a necklace and decided I’d go to the store instead of ordering online as they were so close. When I arrived all the employees were busy with other customers. I felt a bit awkward waiting and maybe it showed. Once it was my turn I dealt with two different women and both were very nice and made the process simple for someone (me) who obviously was pretty far outside his league. I would not only return but I’d recommend it to any regular guy who admits ignorance on things of this nature. They were pleasant, helpful and made good recommendations. I will likely be back at some point.

Whoever is managing the store, is doing a TERRIBLE job!. There were soooo many unhappy people waiting in line.Theyre taking one person at a time which is creating an endless line. What they should do, is have ONE person taking care of those customers that ONLY need a gift card, ONE person taking care of those customers that are picking up merchandise, ONE person taking care of those customers who actually already know what they want, and the rest of the staff to show around things to those customers who are browsing.. Maybe then the lines wont be so long and people wont feel so frustrated and leave the store!!!!

This was by far the worst customer service Ive ever experienced in my life. I MEAN EVER! The door greeter had an attitude, the team had an attitude and what makes it worse(which explains why the team had an attitude) THE COMANAGER WHO MADE THE SALE ACTED AS IF WE WERE A BOTHER! I was at the location for my wife because Pandora is her new fad and was thinking of purchasing what the Co Manager was wearing and I just thought to myself why would I give a dime to a place that clearly feels like the customer isnt needed. We will take our business to the Pandora stores that appreciate their customers. Oh and I forgot to mention we are both retail store managers ourselves so the team making the excuse of well you dont work in retail does not apply.

They never called me back about 3 rings I was interested in ! They did not have my size and the girl who was helping me out said she would call me once they have them in stock she took my number and name but never received a call... went in a different day with my mom to buy my sister some charms. The girl helping us kept making us feel uncomfortable every charm we picked she would always confirm the price (ex. “These charms are $50 each okay” ) like yes we can read and we know... she kept bringing up the price. I understand if you confirm the price with the customer but it was constant. Terrible service .. would rather drive farther to get better service or order online. Terrible .

The worst experience in my life that I will never forget! Unprofessional store managers - disrespectful and inexperienced. Dropped off 4 bracelets to be cleaned- got a receipt that said I dropped off 4 items and Pandora returned only 3 of my bracelets back. I was told I never gave them the forth one and I was asked to leave the store! I ended up calling the police and Pandora called security after a screaming match. I was so upset. I couldnt believe I gave them something and I wasnt getting in back! The nicest Police Officer came and reviewed the tapes - I ended up getting my bracelet back. I will never forget how I was treated in front of everyone and BE AWARE - even if you have a receipt - they still may not give you all of your items back!!! Dont just trust them!

All the store Managers specially Franny are rude and disrespectful. I gave my earring for a repair. They gave my earing back after 2 weeks and it was not repaired. I went to return the earing and they said it cant be returned. I cant get my money back and all they can do it a replacement. I dont want another faulty piece for my existing faulty piece. Worst experience ever. Pandora is all about memorable gifts but the customer service is something that I would never forget.. I started hating Pandora because of this store staff.

This experience was horrible! I brought in a ring to get cleaned and the lady was so rude at the counter. I waited 30 minutes for the ring to be cleaned. When I went back the lady gave me a hard time because they didnt give me a reciept but my ring was there. She went to go get the ring and it was still dirty! I told the girl why does it look dirty and she told me that the style of the ring is supposed to look like that. Today I used a needle to see and its definitely dirt. Build up of lotion or something. Also the lady lost the box I brought it in so I had to ask for one back. This store has horrible customer service and it was a waste of my time to go get this ring cleaned that I paid for because they didnt even clean it correctly. Worst store. Dont go here please go to a different Pandora store. I cant believe this!

I was told by one lady that one of the items i was looking for was in stock. So i waited and waited in their tight little overcrowded store to finally be called up. Than the girl who was supposed to help me spent 5 mins moving around things assumably looking for what i wanted. She than brought me a different item and tried to sell me that. If youre store is so unorganized you dont even know what inventory you have thats a problem. What a waste of time. Ill never be going there again. Im an idiot for not ordering online to begin with.

Im so unhappy with the customer service I received today. 2 months ago I got a pandora bracelet, and an eiffel tower charm. when you buy a bracelet there, they give you a 1 year warranty should anything happen to your bracelet/charms that shouldnt. so when my eiffel tower bent I drove 35 minutes to woodfield to get a new charm.the associate went and asked a manager what they could do for me.she came back and told me that the manager said that the warranty wouldnt cover it because it was just something that happened and not a manufacturers defect. (so basically she was insinuating that I bent my own charm) and told me theyd replace the charm if I bought stoppers for my bracelet. stoppers keep the charms from slipping between different sections of the bracelet. so I came in in need of a fix, and they try to sell me more products. what good is a warranty if I cant even use it ? waste of my time, gas, and I will no longer be purchasing any items from pandora .
