Store is fine.But, there is an old guy arranging shopping carts outside and he bothers customers.One question. Do you live alone or with family?Give me $5 for my cigarette. Or keep going.I had fight with him a couple of more times since he keeps stopping me to talk.I hate it since he approached me as the way a man approaches a girl.I will stop going.

Walked in the store and the cashier made eye contact and didn’t greet me. His cell phone was more important. I asked another associate where an item was located and she abruptly pointed. Work on your customer service. Especially the kids that work there.

Great selection of sausages smoked and not. Good place to find Polish speciality foods and meats along with beer and wine.

I am glad I read the reviews before going to this location which use to be 4 FOR LESS and judging from the submissions its not a friendly store to visit I will stay away

Went there on Wednesday not knowing it is a special discount day.We are talking a sardines can packed, total ZOO, walked out not buying anything. This store is tiny and every inch of space is packed, passing through with the cart is a sort of slalom gigant, not impressed.

I arrived in 2 minutes before closing. Just needed 3 rolls for a breakfast. Seeing me approaching the entrance door, a young member of their stuff rushed to the door from inside an locked them just before me.I tried to explain it was 2 mins before time but it was Ike speaking with a robot who repeatedly used to say its script: Welcome tomorrow. Then a new employee came and stated, it was 8 o clock a d they closed. She did not listen to me that I arrived in within opening hours.It is clear to me that the young members of their staff need more training on customer relations. Luckily their other location I Prospect Heights has much more friendly staff.

Best Polish food. I love that this place is right up the street from the pool. Then we can have a huge jar of pickles in the car after workout /swimming at Meineke.

Overall food is good but, soups are very, very fat.Also, place is really crowded during pandemic. Nobody is keeping the distance. They are some people not wearing masks and nobody seems to be concern (including managment). Be aware when you go there.Looks like, pandemic doesnt exist there. Profit of the business is more important than safety.

My wife and I just moved to the area. So far we love this store! The food needs some improvements but still very good and tasty.Definitely this store will become our weekly shopping destination.

Great place to get fresh deli meats and others. It gets very busy on Wednesdays as theyre offering 20% off on mostly everything so be prepared for the long lines and no room to move. I wish they wouldve brought baskets back (not everyone needs a cart if they come in to pick up only few things).

You can buy over here a dinner plate for $5.99 i it is very generous. Huge variety of hams and cheeses, sausages and pate. Bakery stand is amazing too.

Fantastic place, a little small, offering 20% off on Wednesdays. Deli is great at what they do, as is the bakery. Good variety and a lot of stuff youd expect for a Polish grocery store. The discounts are a good thing to set it apart too, since there is plenty of competition in the area.

The look of the place is more modern and new. For the items they had it looked like a good selection. As expected they had a lot of variety of sausages. The slight disappointment I had was their small produce selection: they have that in a small space in the corner.

Today 5/21 half of the workers were wearing masks under their noses. Even at the deli counter. Some young men were wearing masks just on the chins. A shopper at the deliwas not wearing mask at all.Apparently, the management of the store is not taking the current situation seriously.They should. Its all about food in this store.

Loved everything about this place

I had a wonderful shopping experience here this evening and found almost everything I wanted except for potato pancakes. The deli clerk told me they ran out of it earlier today; but it is New Years eve and Im sure everyone came here early in the morning and bought a lot of deli items. I found the store to be clean, well stocked and organized. I bought polish sausage, pierogis, grapes, European chocolates and many other well priced items like cheese and yogurt. There was a huge array of Polish candies, baked goods and chocolate all very reasonably priced. On Wednesday they offer discounts so Id advise the public to come here early in the day especially if you are seeking specialty deli items. There is a lot of fresh produce here all beautifully displayed and priced to sell. Ill definitely come back here because I love the selection and the bakery is very tempting!

Store is very easy to spot from the street. Lot of people come here after work and especially early Saturday. I have waited on a Saturday for deli meats over an hour. Please come prepared. They sell everything including beer.

Employees are not friendly

The place is usually very nice but the products are a bit over priced. Last time I bought their chicken noodle soup there was hair in it and that is just disgusting and unsanitary especially during this time with COVID-19 around.

Awesome place to grab great food at great prices. It was SUPER busy the day I went in (Wednesday, everything 20% off) but I did not have to wait long at all at the deli counter. I almost walked out when I saw the people but I was too tired to leave. Im glad I stayed because it was a very positive experience and the food suggested by Theresa was delicious. She was polite, helpful, and recommended delicious food. Next time youre in the area, go into the deli and ask for Theresa, shell take care of you.

The best polish Deli! My first visit yesterday left me very impressed. Good customer service . Fresh good quality food. Prices are just average, some items are very cheap. Clean and well organized store. In my opinion much better then KD ( Krystynas Deli ).Looking forward to my next visit.

Best European grocery store I have EVER been to! Their hot case/salads selection is out of this world, huge deli selection, bakery is mouth watering, their bread is baked daily and SO delicious, always super clean, and the customer service is amazing! If you dont shop here you are missing out

5 stars for deli meats and other products, 3 stars for their hot lunches. The hot lunches are not that tasty, and they seem to reheat them a lot.Deli selection is very good, all the other products are great.

Very good to have a Polish Deli in Schaumburg. Its kept clean and well stocked, all items are put away neatly and its generally a nice place. For the most part, the prices are pretty reasonable, but there is something to be desired in their selections. This is understandable because it is not the largest space. Their bakery is great and on site, and the deli has everything you need except for the nostalgic feeling hanging kiełbasy bring with them. Ill be visiting regularly.

This store has a great selection of items. The home made soups used to be so good now everything tastes like veggie soup even the zurek. They also need to list all of the ingredients ... health inspection would point that out. The polish people who shop here need to chill. There is no need to push and touch people, dont worry there is enough sausage for all of us.

Great eastern european meat counter and grocery

This story needs to upgrade their Deli zip lock bags because the 1st time you open them they rip so you have to transport your lunch meat into your own zip ziplock bag otherwise the meat doesnt last

Great selection of Polish goods! Can be a challenging visit when you dont speak Polish. Some employees are helpful when asking questions in English, some either dont understand English or are just not helpful cause you dont speak Polish. They do offer 20% off your purchase on Wednesdays.

Very poor service. Was in line for 15 before cashier told me she can not take a credit card payment, only cash because their system wasn’t working. You’d think a business this size would have some sort of back up for manual payment. Very poor management and not even an apology. Left my thing and walked out to shop at the KD deli just a block away.
