Easy online process. Went to the location and given a tour and suggestions for accessing building. Very clean. Promotional price length reviewed clearly.

Decent storage facility but they really dont tell you how much (or how often) your fees are going to increase for the unit. My unit cost doubled within 3 years for the smallest unit.

She followed up to make sure we got the lease taken care of and actually took a call from me at 10pm when I couldnt figure out how to get out of the Cubesmart location in Colorado Springs. She was a wonderful support person and I am very grateful for her assistance! I also know that she keeps her own property clean and that she is a great store manager! Cubesmart is lucky to have Jen!

Immaculate facility. Last facility I used had a major mice problem & non working hall lights. Wish I could pay to put empty boxes in the dumpster. That would move it to a 10.

This storage facility was just what I needed for a couple years. I had moved from a larger home to a corporate apartment until I could find my permanent home. The people that run this facility are very nice. You get a good storage space for the money. They are professional and when a mistake occurred they rectified it immediately.i just picked up everything today and the woman in the office ( Jennifer, I think) got up from behind the desk and opened the door for me before I was all the way up the stairs. She was pleasant and helped me close the account right away. She just needed to check that I had removed everything. This place is convenient, kept clean, has great hours and a wonderful staff. Thanks Cube Smart and Jennifer for such a great experience!

I had a great experience going to this place. The manager answered all the questions we asked & was able to show us few storage options that were available. It help us descide which space we needed for all our things. Shes really helpful, nice & had a great conversation. I definitely would recommend this place.

Jennifer at the Schaumburg location was amazing. She helped us seamlessly and when we were all packed in my car wouldn’t start and she allowed my husband to use her car to jump mine because she was the only one with jumper cables! It was very cold and snowing and Jennifer turned what could have been a huge deal into a extremely small issue which is exactly what we needed that day! Thank you Jennifer for all you did for us and I am sure others every day!!

It was easy to setup and close by when I needed it. You can use your own insurance (show them a paper copy of your proclamation). Staff is friendly. Facility is easy to get to and access.

Hello,I have been renting at the Irving Park store in Schaumburg for approximately 5 years. Throughout my time here I have not had a single problem. Both the grounds and storage units are immaculate!! Sometimes I could be there a couple times a week and you can be assured that if Jennifer is in the office it wont be long before she visits just checking if theres anything she could do to help. Staff was always friendly. We found a deal online that was less expensive than Public Storage. I appreciated the suggestion to lay out my contents at home and measure to determine size needed (I would have guessed wrong). In one of the units we rented, our boxes got dusty as a result of some concrete repairs. Lesson learned is to cover contents with a plastic tarp/painter sheet. I would be a repeat customer.

I walked in and the lady at the counter was extremely nice. I let her know that I was in a time crunch, so she showed me a few units and took all of my information quickly. They had great prices and a clean facility.

Wonderful facility. Jennifer has been friendly and helpful, an amazing customer service. I used multiple times cubesmart in the past for moving purposes, but this is by far the best facility I stored into. Again, great manager, great experience.

Do not store anything here its i a scam i ias late may and june i paid what was late and wanted to get in my unit. Kts july 3 my payment is due july 1st i wanted to get in i i w told i had to pay my unit befor i i can get. It is not late till the 6th after the 10th more fees . Long story short my unit was 268 a month wich is high but 2 months late + late charges 988.00 do not come here every .

I found a great deal at 0616 CubeSmart on Irving Park Rd, Schaumburg, just mins away from me. The monthly fees is within my budgets. J Crawford at CubeSmart is very nice and friendly. Very clean and well maintained.

All of my furniture was covered in mold. Everything was ruined, the manager I spoke with was not helpful or sympathetic to my issues. Would not recommend to anyone. Horrible experience!

I have been renting here for 6 months and it was great. The old manager I would talk to was very nice and helpful, the location was not very busy, the storage spaces were mostly clean on move in. However, the new manager at this location left me sour. I came in with questions on a new lease sent to me through the mail due to a change in the system cubesmart was rolling out. The manager proceeded to state he did not know anything about the new system and could not answer a single question, but that I should sign the lease. I attempted to simplify my questions to get any form of answer but instead of doing the correct thing of looking up the answer or referring me to someone more qualified he got very defensive and proceeded to cut me off every single sentence with contradictory statements, raised his voice, gave no more information at all, and finally flat out ignored me until I left. The deals are decent the space is fine but literally every storage space is competing in those prospects. The only thing that makes them different is things like customer service and policy. The customer service was terrible so Im taking my money somewhere else and I recommend you do too.

I just honestly want to say Ive never seen an employee make a customer so happy in my entire life like Stephanie in the past two times total of two years ive rented from cubesmart. I only come back not for the price but the good customer service i receive. Stephanie tries to do her best to make anything and everything work for her customers. Example when the elevator goes out she has no control but to call maintenance right away to report the problem. Lol. She is a good woman. God bless her heart. :)

I was impressed with Deitras knowledge of not only the Schaumburg facility where I rented a unit but also other facilities in the area! She is friendly as can be. The only issue I had was the website showing 1st month rent free on certain units so when I chose a large unit which I overlooked that it didnt have the same offer. My bad! My oversight. All in all though Im pleased with Deitra and the facility!!

Always clean, and Stephanie always remains calm. friendly and helpful even under stress. Way to go, Stephanie!
