Mary & Sandy are extremely helpful with helping us at the facility. Renting a unit was easy and painless. Always have a good experience from public storage.

We are very pleased with Mary & her staff at this facility. The customer service has been great. I needed to contact this facility many times before we moved back to Schaumburg area from Nebraska, and they were most helpful.

Anthony is the greatest!!! When I first used this storage site he answered my questions about rodents and bugs, easiest way to pay etc. He was polite and even helped with the backing out of my moving truck 😩some say I cant drive 😂. Ive used public storage before in other cities but this was the best one. I highly recommend!

I moved in about a month ago and recently started looking for a public storage place. Ive never used one before but I am glad I did! There was a young lady by the name of Tatiana who answered all the questions I had without hesitation. She gave me a small tour and explained how they do things around public storages. Towards the end she said, Since youre new you would be given a discount! This location is a 5 star for me! I would recommend this location!! If Tatiana was this attentive then Im sure all the other workers are aswell!!!

This is the best storage facility in the area! We have been here almost 12 years. I have come here when our child was very young. We always felt safe and secure. Facility is clean. The site manager, Mary goes above and beyond to make our stay welcoming and affordable. All of the other site staff have always been professional and courteous. One of our personal favorites is the cute lighthouse by the office. It always feels welcoming! Its conveniently located off the 390. If you dont want to pay tolls, plenty of secondary streets to get you off Irving Park Rd. If you need extended hours, just ask Mary. Our family highly recommend Public Storage and this location. I was looking for a storage unit and was not sure of what size I needed or what the units cost. Mary took the time to take me out to the units show me what was available. Once I picked out what I wanted, she went over all the paperwork step by step with me and made it very easy to sign up. She was pleasant and easy to work with. She was able to answer all my questions i had. I would recommend this Public Storage for any of your needs. Unit was very clean and so was the office. Gate and Office hours are very good. Getting in and out of property is good. Exits front and back of property.

I would recommend this location and Kari to help you find what you need. She has the customer service skills that I would expect someone in her position to have. I would also recommend her for any CSR position that may come along. Very pleasant personality.

I came in today to make a payment on my account, and I have the pleasure of meeting Kari today. She was the bubbliest, nicest, human being I’ve ever met in a customer service field. This is one of the nicest storage facilities I’ve ever rented at. I’m so appreciative of everything they do.

Good customer service by the lady who helped me, Deb I think. Answered my questions and got me set up with my new storage unit. I feel like my stuff is secure but dislike how you have to pay for their lock that you can only use at their location. Don’t bother bringing your own lock.

Debbie and Mary made this experience incredibly pain free. They are both so pleasant and very knowledgeable. They always make sure that I have the materials needed to properly store my property. The facility is very clean and well maintained. I feel very safe when I visit. I have used other storage facilities in the past but this location has provided the best experience by far.

Mary is a wonderful Manager at Public Storage in Schaumburg, IL. Shes very personable and really listens to her customers. She helped us change our insurance choices and address, so easily today and loved chatting about her fancy new car. So sweet! Love the location and the easy access to our stuff.

This is a great facility with top-notch staff. We have been customers here for many years, and we have had nothing but good experiences. I had never used Public Storage before. They were always priced high. However my movers suggested this location, and I took a chance.Mary the property manager really did a great job following up my online order, and even went out of her way to make sure I would benefit from a soon ending promotion. The facility is really easy to get to right near the new highway, and the entrance and exit are great as you avoid any local traffic.Mary is very good at assessing what you need, and in my case went as far as dropping by my unit during the move to ensure me that my movers utilization of the space was good.I highly recommend this facility.

This property is nice looking and clean. The units are very nicely arranged and I love the front and back gate option. And you simply drive up and enter your code without leaving your vehicle. I highly recommend this facility and the office staff are straight-forward, very friendly, professional, and helpful with all of our packing and storage needs!

Facility upkeep is going downhill. Back gate hasnt worked for months. Doors to the inside units have locks that havent worked in years. This facility is great for short term storage. But for long term storage, the rate sky rocket on a unit. The manager has no ability to help give you a lower rate for your current unit as everything is dictated by corporate. Your forced to keep moving spaces, if any are available. So glad a different company opened a new facility 1 blk away.

Dan was really great during my move out. Very friendly and very quick I did have some water damage in my unit but not his fault. Have filed an insurance claim. No real issues. Was there 2 yrs.

This Public Storage is the best place that I have been at. They take care of you like family. If I have any questions they are there to ask them right there and then. Mary is the best. She is all ways there for you and if you have a problems with you storage or a lock she will fix it fast as she can. The team at this Public storage is on there game and looking to make it a better place to have your things at. I dont have anything bad to say about this place. The only thing that I could wish is that places and people be more like this people at this Public Storage.

Mary (the Property Manager) and Daniel both were very helpful in finding me the right unit and signing me up.The $1 first month fee only applies to some units and does NOT include two required add-ons: (A) a $25 admin fee and a (B) $20 lock for the unit. So while you get a month of rent almost for free, there is fine print that costs $45. Just a heads-up on that.The climate-controlled units are really nice; the hallways use motion sensors to light as you walk around and its 55-degrees all day and night, so perfect regardless of outside conditions. There are no electrical outlets understandably, so if you need light, you can store/bring an electric light source just in case the hallway lighting isnt enough for you. This is a big place, so the front office is kind enough to borrow out [upon request] two flatbed carts so you can roll stuff away from your vehicle. Nice touch!I recommend reserving online to get the best price and availability. This location has an awkward entrance and exit onto Irving Park Road (it only works well if youre headed west and then continuing west, haha). Of course, thats what a U-Turn is for... :-)

Caution!!! They will bait and switch you 3 months later along with the 40% minimal increase on your rent. NEVER IN OFFICE!!!Google reviews are fraudulent, They have RATS!! Mary is very unprofessional and RUDE, acts as shes helping you out but their setting you up. EXTRA SPACE STORAGE down the block has cheaper rent along with brand new facility no rodents or bugs Very professional and will tell you up front when your rent will be raised and they will negotiate if you want to pay for the year.

Mary was fabulous in helping me find a unit to suit my needs and explaining all the extras that PS has to offer if I need more.Only thing I would suggest is a map of the facility. Its easy to get a little turned around inside when youre not there often. LOL

I was very pleased with the whole experience as I watch Mary multitask in getting me registered for my unit and answer incoming calls with which she handled quickly and returned to me and was very informative to my questions. I have had meet with Mary once B-4 as she was able to assist me with getting a unit last year at another location for my snowmobiles.
