The moving team (2 trucks) were pros. 5 stars. Justin/Jordan and Tony/Rob. These guys were superb. The packing team was a little slow although they were nice guys. The reason I gave the overall 4 stars is not the moving team, but the people who quote a job. They do not come out to your house to give a more accurate estimate. They ask questions over the phone and then give you a quote. They also say the price changes based on weight. When you compare quotes with other companies, be aware that 2 Men changes based on weight. Fair enough, but who knows what their household items weight is? They ask how many bedrooms, basement, garage and issue a quote. Not accurate or even close. Be aware of this. They need to come to your house and check for a better quote. Dont use Covid as an excuse. Wear a mask.

We were told it would take 6 hours and it took 12 (we were charged for 9). We had to submit a detailed list of all the furniture in our home, but the company was still not prepared for our home. The men were slow, would hide behind the truck to use their phones, and verbally fought on our lawn. The movers lacked simple training and tools that a professional company should have. They also lacked leadership and seemed not to know what to do next. Furniture was damaged and boxes that were labeled well were not put in their proper rooms. Boxes were placed upside down, even ones labeled fragile, and stacked to the point of damage. The movers admitted it should not have taken so long and they didnt have the proper tools. This was the worst moving experience weve ever had, and weve had multiple moves in the past few years. We will not use this company again.

The Two Men and a Truck team that came to our house was wonderful.Tony, Doug, Rob and Solomon were really in sync. They helped each other at every step, when they were unsure where something should go they asked.Every question was polite and never a complaint that something was messy or not packed to their expectation. If you should use Two Men and a Truck you would be lucky to get this team.

Excellent full service for a sudden move from one apartment building to another. Was able to purchase boxes and supplies easily. Packing, loading and unloading was quick and worry free. Movers Ben and Tyrone were very professional and friendly. They were clearly trained well and I would ask for them next time!

My dad passed away for I had to have some furniture moved from Palatine to Pecatonica. A bit pricey and when they dropped off the items in Pecatonica, the driver said that his boss wanted to charge me $175 extra for items that were to be taken to their dump. Problem is that my quote included the disposal. The driver said dont worry about it and that hed dispose of the items. If not for him, Id never use them again

This includes commute, loading, unloading and arranging stuff. Bryan S and Andre M were very good movers and were very attentive to my requests. They even worked in the pouring rain. A few items made it to the wrong destination, oh well.

Richard and Edward were our movers. They were very fast, professional, and safe moving our belongings. They were very good about wrapping and securing our belongings before they put them on the truck and secured them well. We have since unpacked and everything was moved correctly and nothing was damaged or broken at all. Both men were very relaxed and entertaining and fun to be around while still getting the job done. They also put everything exactly where we needed it which was great because we have an infant and were busy chasing her the whole time, so it took a lot of strain off of us. We also had multiple things being delivered and work being done on the house the same time they were moving us in. Even with all the movement they were able to get things in safely. I have moved cross country before with a different company and had a terrible experience where the quote was way off and it took them far longer than they said, and multiple items were damaged. I moved local for this one and was skeptical at first when looking to hire someone. Two Men and a Truck far exceeded my expectations. I would recommend them again for anybody needing to move.

They were very courteous and polite even though my move was to a third floor condo with a elevator and people in the building who needed to use it at times. Had trouble scheduling my move with the office. Had to push my move back twice because of the lack of communication. I needed to add an extra stop en route to pick up my girlfriends furniture and was told I could email my contact anytime to add it on. Never got a reply about it, even after a call and message.Antonio and his buddy made it worth the wait. Showed up on time and packed the truck in under an hour. Had to take apart some tables and properly wrapped and protected everything. They were totally unaware of the extra stop but volunteered to take care of it for me. Got a call from my girlfriends mom saying how great they were. Brownie points with the in laws are a huge plus. The office had told me the move would take 2 days, pickup day one and drop off day two. They drove 6 hours straight to my new apartment and unloaded on the same day. In about 30 minutes I went from having 1300 square feet of carpet to a fully furnished apartment. I would have given them a huge tip but I lost my wallet the day before.Office gets a 2/5, Antonio and crew get a 6/5.

Bryan and Luis did a superb job moving our heavy furniture, including a large armoire, two heavy workbenches and a bunch of other stuff. They were fast, professional and put everything exactly where it was supposed to go. Best of all, they did it all without the slightest scratch! Considering the difficult maneuvers they went through moving our armoire, I almost wonder they had Super Man emblems hidden under their shirts!
