I had the opportunity of working with Peter. He and his team worked hard and late in the night to make sure I could leave with the car I not only got what I needed but wanted. My significant other and I spoke to Danny from Pierre Ford over the phone before deciding to go to the dealer and check out the different Ford Bronco Sports that they had in stock. From the start Danny was very straight forward, no BS which I truly appreciate when it comes to buying a car since its generally a stressful situation. We got to test drive the car(s), double check, triple check the car and ask a million questions--Danny and his sales manager Melvin were very kind, patient and thoughtful throughout the entire process. I didnt plan on buying a car today but the negotiating was so smooth and hassle free and they made sure I had everything I wanted with the new car that I felt confident in giving them my business. Super happy with the purchase, the warranty and the service we received. We are also looking into buying a Ford Transit and well definitely be going back to Danny and Melvin for it!

We ordered a Mach-e and came down to pick it up at Pierre. Raymond helped us out and he provided a high degree of service. Despite it being a new car Raymond had a thorough understanding of the car, and importantly the apps needed to get full use. He also didn’t try to push the after market none sense.

Went with my BF today to test drive the Mach E! Though the car wasnt my fav, I have the say... the staff are amazing! Angel took care of us from start to finish. I started looking for a new truck in May 2021 and got in contact with Angel at Pierre Ford. After several months of texting back and forth (Im in AK) he was able to find the right truck to fit my needs. He was very helpful, persistent - but not pushy, and made the process low stress. This is coming from a guy who hates dealing with car salesmen. Overall, I was very happy with the experience.

The people here were great. However, holding up on promises not so much. Purchased a used Chrysler 300s from them, and got some we-owes written up. One of them being the door trim which had been torn up off the door, an alignment, and on the less serious side there was a good sized scratch down the side. Came back to pick the car up, and was Beyond excited that the scratch was completely gone, but now I’m also stuck with a car that needs a door trim replaced (they glued it down… then clamped it, looks awful) and they didn’t do the alignment at all

I purchased a used Toyota Camry post bankruptcy to help build my credit through Pierres used car lot a year and a half ago. Yesterday I found a brand new 2020 Edge for a really great price and tons of incentives. I was contacted by Melvin and he started the credit app process over the phone, he called me and said he found a lender and asked if I would be willing to come in and look at the car, test drive it, and discuss numbers. When I arrived Melvin linked me up with George and he was absolutely amazing. George quickly gathered my information and got the process going immediately. Meanwhile Melvin came back and presented me numbers that were to good to resist. Not only did he get me an APR that was half of what my Camry was but they gave me $4000 more than any other dealership offered me for my car. I really think that this was my best car buying experience that I ever had, they had me in and out in under 2 hours. George helped me gather my things from my car and packed it into the new car and set up the fordpass app for me on my phone (amazing app). Do yall remember how Pete from Goof Troop and Matildas dad were sleezy car salesperson stereotypes? If cartoon villian is the kind of sales experience you are seeking, Bill Pierre is the right place for you! The cars do not match the online ads and the salespeople use predatory tactics. The staff also has a really negative attitude about the local houseless population and have no problem sharing their archaic views about how they feel about our vunerable community members. Staff even brags about destroying the property of houseless people (i.e. THEIR HOMES), which I am pretty sure is a more serious crime than misrepresenting their cars online, but both things are bad. Dont come here.

After unauccessfully trying to get it solved by Sound Ford, I turned to Bill Pierre Ford. I have owned Fords all my life and always taken them to a dealership and NEVER have I ever come across such awful experience like I did at Pierre Ford.I went in because I needed new rims for my vehicle. I preferably only work with OEM Ford genuine parts. I spoke to several people from the dealership ranging from the Service Advisor, to the Parts Department to the salesman. None were able to tell me what rims would fit my car.Even worse, how disrespectful the Service Advisor was. At one point she turned her back on me and walked away while I was talking to her.The sales people insisted I go to Les Schwab Tire Center just down the road from them despite reiterating that I wanted Ford parts.I sent an email to Jodie Simmons CRM, General Manager Luk Blackwell among others and I they cant even be bothered to respond.I ask myself the following question: if their staff cant answer my questions about Ford Parts and management doesnt even care to reply to my feedback/concerns, what makes you think they care at all about you or your car? What an embarrassing and poor run dealership to go to. Shame on them. The whole thing is sad to say the least.

Conner Carroll was an excellent salesman, without being slimy whatsoever. We felt taken care of and heard. The whole process took a few hours. It was an overall pleasant experience and we walked away with a car we love.

Do your research before shopping here. Went in to look at trading in my car for a newer model. Left feeling like I was in over my head with what I got into. While I love the car and went to them because they had the one I wanted, the overall experience left me with more questions than answers. The Sales team is defiantly not on your side, they are in to make a sale and nothing else. Ask questions. If they do not give you the answer you like, walk away and come back later or stop by another Ford dealership. I even heard the sales manager yell at the salesperson about needing more information from me. It felt sketchy and un professional to ask for more information when I had brought it up earlier and they dismissed it. Asking for it 2 hours later when we had been waiting 3 hours to finish the purchase was ridiculous. Will visit another Ford dealer to make my purchase in the future.

Highly recommend working with Troy J for your next Ford. We stopped in to check out a truck but wasn’t 100% sure if we wanted a truck or even ready to buy yet. Troy was super friendly, knowledgeable and patient with us as we weighed options. We ended up waiting and Troy was completely understandable and not pushy. We decided a week later we were ready to purchase the truck and went back to see Troy. It was great to be able to purchase without a ton of pressure and being comfortable and pleased with our decision.

We drove 4 hours from home to check out a truck, Diana had it pulled out and ready for us we test drove it and did the paperwork and was back on the road in 2 1/2 hours! I have purchased lots of vehicles in my life and this was hands the easiest quickest transaction. I really enjoyed Diana and the guy that did all of the paperwork he called around and got us a great rate super friendly and quick! Definitely will be our first call when we need another truck.

They dont honor kbb cash offers like advertised. They try to sell you at the top of resale margins 60k for a crashed truck and offer lower than the lowest off on your trade in. I would rather settle with carmax.

I was NOT excited about needing to purchase a new car. I had been without car payments for a long time and wasnt looking forward to starting them again. I did some research into what car I was interested in and narrowed it down to two. Then I figured out what my budget was and what amount of car payment I could tolerate. When I looked for these cars locally, I found Bill Pierre Ford. From my first online inquiry, to my test drive appointment, to the eventual purchase of the car, every person I dealt with treated me with kindness and respect. I wasnt pressured to make a decision. Everything was explained in detail - things like options for the car, financing options, maintenance and warranty options, etc. Each of these was presented in a no-pressure, informational way. I was given the facts and left to make my own decision. This made the process way more enjoyable than I thought it would be. Once I made the decision to purchase my 2018 Ford EcoSport, the process was smooth and amazingly speedy. The sales manager, sales person, finance manager and everyone else I came in contact with were all wonderful. I love my new car!! I hope I dont need to purchase a car again for a very long time...but if/when I do, Bill Pierre Ford will be my first stop! Thank you all for making this experience exceed all my expectations!

I really only go to any dealership for recalls and any servicing that may be needed around the time that I happen to bring it in -- I tend to go to independent mechanics for everything else. But I have to say that the scrupulous attentiveness I receive from Greg makes me more open to coming here for servicing, despite my bias against dealerships. He not only takes care of you, its clear that its extremely important to him that you *feel* taken care of. That feeling sticks with me long after Ive forgotten about the service. Good vibes from this place -- Ill be coming back.

So disappointed. Called the dealership about purchasing out our leased vehicle. Let the employee know that we already had the financing taken care of and check in hand minus the tax, licensing, & whatever additional fees they tack on. We were unable to get anything more detailed than the 10 day pay off over the phone which did not include those items. Confirmed that we did not need to bring anything additional and that they are not busy right now. We scheduled the appointment and headed out to the dealership. We met the guy we talked to on the phone and he was very pleasant. We were brought to a table in the middle of the sales floor & no other customers were there. I was very clear on the phone and upon meeting that we were there to purchase out our lease and already had the bank check for the 10 day payout price and would be covering the rest out of pocket. As we were waiting my husband asked about some rims/tires that were on one of the trucks in the showroom (bad move on his part). The guy comes back and says if we financed thru Ford they could probably include them. I said no we already have our financing done and that would be a separate transaction if we got them . At which point we were told something like they couldn’t sell them like that (I couldn’t really understand what he meant). We were again asked about our loan and suggested that we try and finance thru Ford because interest rates are low. I again stated that we have the financing already done and wasn’t interested.The guy comes back this time with a paper and gives us the estimated total and asks how we are going to pay the difference. We are again asked about trying to finance thru Ford. No we already have our loan.....I let him know the difference would be paid by card and he goes away again. Comes back and says we only allow 2500 on plastic. Ok then we will do 2500 on our card and a check for the difference. He comes back out to us and says actually since it’s a lease buyout we wont take plastic and we have to run a credit check if you want to pay with a personal check. Now they can only accept a cashiers check or cash. At this time it’s after 5pm and all the banks are closed. I explained that if we can get our final price then I will get a cashiers check and bring it back tomorrow because the banks are closed (an atm won’t let me pull out that amount of cash). He leaves again and now the finance guy comes out to ask if we have any questions and he is getting our paperwork ready to sign. We sit at this table for another hour....mind you there were no other customers in the store for the whole first hour and a half we are there. After this back and forth garbage and then waiting an hour to sign papers....the husband found the finance person in his office on the phone with our paperwork on his desk...our paperwork still not printed and still no final price. We were told it would be another 10 or 15 minutes. We were both so frustrated after this runaround that he asked for our bank check back and to call us when they have the final purchase price and paperwork ready. There is no reason this whole fiasco had to take almost two hours and we still left without knowing the final total to buy out our lease. Are you kidding me? Once we can complete this transaction I will NEVER bring my future car buying business to this dealership. I am so disappointed in how we were treated and all because we weren’t directly financing thru them?? Or??

I went out to Bill Pierre Ford to look 2019 Ford F150 Harley Davidson . And the manager on March 21st on sunday wouldnt let me test drive the truck or start it to see if i liked it or not. Very poor service by the manager. He was very rude. I think he was discriminating against me. Very unfair dealer. Will not go to this dealership again.

My service agent, Greg, was so friendly and accommodating. He explained everything about what was wrong with my truck and how much it would cost to fix it. He arranged for a loaner car at the last minute and made sure I was satisfied with my service. I usually feel like Im getting ripped off at dealership service shops, but this changed my attitude.

Greg has been helping me with my trucks for years, he is hands down the best at what he does. I just wrapped up my final service in the 5 year plan I bought with my latest F150, and I cant say enough about what smooth ride its been. Greg and his team represent what true customer service means. Even if I left the city Id probably make the trip back in, to buy and service my vehicles with this team. Thanks for all the good years!

My wife needed a new used car, so we scheduled an appointment with Jenelle and she met with us and showed us some options based on what my wife was looking for. We liked the first one but it didnt have enough trunk space so Janelle found us another option with more space and we loved it. The financing was a lot easier than expected too, and she got us a better interest rate than we thought wed get. Overall we really appreciate the service and will definitely recommend her to our friends and family.

I went in to look at a vehicle and no one knew where it was located even though I had informed them I would be going in. Spent 2 hours getting drove around looking for it. The financing process to when I drove out the lot took about 5-7hrs, which was way too long for me. Someone from the financing dept. told me GAP insurance was mandatory, which it is not. Till this day 5 months later I have yet to receive all my signed paperwork. Ive called a few times, but im fwd to extensions and no one ever answers. The only pro is they hade a wide variety of Ford vehicles, anything you are looking for. This was my 4th vehicle purchase from a dealership and the worst one so far.

I have a 14 year old Ford Escape Hybrid. The transmission forward/reverse setting was acting berserk because the car was going reverse instead of forward after setting it to forward after from park. I brought it in to Bill Pierre, and they fixed it overnight! Kudos to Greg Karras and Bill Pierre!

After calling the dealership I spoke to Kevin (sales) who answered some questions about the 2018 Ford focus and set my first impression of the professional and friendly nature of the staff at Bill Peirre Ford.Show floorRob Miller (Sales Savant) greeted us at the dealership and listened to what I had learned online about the vehicle. Rob was extremely knowledgeable and answered any questions I had for me. We then went for a test drive where I discovered this indeed was the car for my family. Rob invited us back into the gorgeous showroom and sat us down at comfortable tables and chairs while we filled out paperwork. Great coffee and beverages made this process much more enjoyable!The DealI then had the pleasure of adding Kelly (sales manager) to my team to bring this deal into reality through math and casual conversation. I was NOT pressured into a deal I didnt want. I was NOT bullied in any way. I felt that my Bill Pierre Ford team was there to help and the math was explained to me in simple terms I could understand.ConclusionCharles (finance) was our financial expert, who infact got me a killer rate and explained my options for additional coverage for our new interior and advised me as a fellow parent. The coverage ended up being to good to leave without! They even worked out a solution for me forgetting my checkbook for my down payment on the weekend. (I live 3 hours away)AftermathRob Miller offered to save me the 6 hour round trip and come get my down payment from my house!!! This is just over the top service and I would recommend anyone considering buying a new vehicle to please check out the selection and wonderful staff at Bill Pierre!

My wife and I had been looking for several weeks for a truck for her. We visited dealerships and locally owned lots from Auburn, WA to Anacortes, WA. We were very serious and waited for the right one. Adrian at Pierre Ford was a pleasure to work with. I originally contacted him about a GMC truck that sold very quickly. He responded the same day and gave me some options for some different used trucks. We test drove 2; a 2013 and 2017 Ford F-350. We couldnt decide and moved onto other dealerships. Adrian reached back out to me; not pushy. We came back a couple of days later and retest drove the two vehicles. Adrian let us come to our decision and we decided on the newer 20107 used truck. The bottom line is, if it were not for Adrian and how he dealt with us, we would have chosen elsewhere to go.Thanks Team Pierre Ford

Bought another car from Bill Pierre Ford this week and had a fantastic buying experience. We have returned to them for our last few purchases and each time have been treated amazing! Jason, Caleb, and George provided great and efficient service. So professional and polite along with so many other employees we spoke to. George helped me move car seats around in 4 different vehicles to help me find the right fit I was looking for and after driving one Explorer I decided I wanted to go with a different trim level. He looked online and turned out they had just what I was looking for on another lot. He had that one brought over right away and it was perfect. The right color, wheels, trim level, and seat configuration that I wanted. I didn’t have to compromise on anything. I was even super pleased with my payment too!! We will keep coming back and referring family and friends to Bill Pierre! Thanks everyone for my new car.

We called ahead and made an appointment with Diana who encouraged us to take the Uber up from Downtown. We were greeted by Tyree who welcomed us with hot drinks and put in a lot of effort to find us a car we liked. We were there for over 4 hours with 2 kids. Tyree bought them snacks and made sure they were entertained. If he didnt know the answer to something he would find someone who did. Devon was also friendly and tried to get us a good deal. Their financing guy was also chatty. We went in looking for a 2019 model and drove off with a brand new 2020 Ford Escape

I bought a nice pre-owned Ford Ranger and I am very happy with the quality of the car and the price I paid for it. When I needed to bring it back for a repair, they took care of everything and provided a loaner car for me while it was being fixed. I can definitely recommend Pierre Ford and their service department based on their professionalism and customer service.

I did not feel like this company cares about their customers. I had a test drive with a used convertible Mustang GT today at Bill Pierre Ford Inc. We had a fun conversation with Kevin, the sales specialist. He answered my questions calmly and patiently about the car. Then, told him I want to talk about the numbers and we went inside. Not sure about the name of the business manager, but probably Darren. This staff didnt even let me talk and started talking like I cant give you the entire pricing list of Mustang GT that we own, we have thousands of vehicle here I dont have time for this.. And all I was expecting was what is the pricing for the one I drove, and what is the price range for brand new one. Thats it. I didnt care anything else. However, since he started talking and never stopped, had to listen all the things he got.Car looked really nice to me, I was pretty serious about it, but now doubting about going for it.Seriously, its hard for me to write some reviews like this as a former Ford Motor Company employee.

I bought a brand new 2011 Ford Escape XLT Sport from this dealership 6 years ago. Ive had nothing but problems with it.. wiper fluid leaking through the roof on the passenger side, compass/voice activation/sunroof all stopped working after the leak. Leak was fixed under warranty (Marysville Ford). Electrical stuff couldnt be figured out before warranty expired, so SOL. Also had a complete electrical failure on the side of I90 and had to be towed to nearest dealer (Evergreen Ford). They could not find a cause for the failure and miraculously it never happened again. This past winter the drivers side door started filling up with water every time it rains. Yesterday I brought my vehicle in (Evergreen Ford) because motor was chugging and I was told I need a NEW ENGINE!!! IN A 6 YEAR OLD CAR!! FOR $7000 dollars! Today I called Bill Pierre to see if they would cut me a deal on a new car in order to keep my business. They came back with $4000 off MSRP. Are you kidding me? I am no longer a Ford customer unless this is made right.

The guys at Bill Pierre are very accommodating, very knowledgeable and I’m very happy with my vehicle. The process was pretty smooth and easy. I had a few issues with the car and came back and David from the used auto repair was able to help out right away. They even gave me a rental while they fixed the car and a ride to work! They go above and beyond to make sure you’re a satisfied customer!!!

They are so rushed n busy trying to sell the car that they forget making customers comfortable. Salesperson wasnt even knowledgeable about the car he was selling. Just wanted to make a deal. Just getting in, it smells like people waiting to rip the customer off.
