They have always treated me fairly. My guitar has been in there probably over a hundred times in the past 15 years they know Im going to come back for it and give me a premium on loans. They even call me when my loan is almost up to remind me and have held on to it a few extra days when my loan was up and still let me pay the interest and get it back. The only pawn shop I will put my guitar in.

Beware of the scam artists at this place. They convinced me to take less for my mint condition acoustic guitar by comparing it to an example on eBay. I couldn’t see their computer clearly through the corona virus plastic shield and took their word for it. I got to my car and looked up the listing to discover the comparative listing was severely damaged with a lifting bridge. I went back immediately to cancel the loan and they still insisted on me paying $25 interest for them scamming me and having my guitar for 5 minutes.

Very dishonest with the items they search online to convince sellers their lowball offers are legit. They compare the price of a broken unplayable instrument to an almost new mint condition example I bring to them. When I called them out on it they were extremely rude and tried to say there was absolutely nothing shady with what they did. If you enjoy being treated like boarderline fraud is a legitimate business practice go here! They’ll make sure to piss on your back and tell you it’s raining.

Legit place to get a pawn when you need it. I’ve been there twice. Each time the guy was super nice and easy to work with, they gave me a fair price and everything was in order when I went to pick it up. Not sure what else you could ask for in a pawn shop. I’ll be buy to see what they have to sell once all this blows over.

This is by far the best pawn shop in the city- friendly, efficient service, fair prices and a clean/organized store. I feel compelled to set the record straight as I’m shocked by all the negative reviews on here! I visited several other pawn shops to get quotes on my jewelry, and Capitol Loans’ quotes were far higher than all the others. In a few cases, their quotes were DOUBLE what other shops were willing to pay. Their employees are knowledgeable and accommodating-they never make me feel uncomfortable like so many pawn shops do. No sketchy vibes and no judgement or attitude. I’m so happy I found a pawn shop close to home! It’s great to have a reliable place to go for some quick cash when emergencies arise!

A goliath in light of Capitol Loans.Money was short around then that is the reason I went to a second hand store around the space. I discovered Capitol Loans while sifting for an OK pawn shop.The union was mind blowing. The hypothesis was incomprehensibly sharp. They in like way have high examination rate so that is major for me. The credit cost is even not hard to miss goliath. That is the reason I recovered my thing again when I had the cash.The tolerant masters are staggering. They are superior to typical and kind. They genuinely care for their clients. They even gave me a ton. I truly regard that.I would lean toward not to be short on money afresh, at any rate in the event that I at whatever point did, I will return to Capitol Loans.

Im writing this because its important to me to share with the community where you can go in Seattle to pick up some awesome buys and if youve ever been in a situation where you may have cut the monthly budget a bit too close like me, you can take a number of items to these guys to take out a loan. Last month I was in a bind and I took my item to a similar shop in downtown Seattle and because the employees were so off-the-wall rude for no apparent reason I decided to leave. So I walked out. Later a friend told me about Capital Loans so I took my item to them and quickly got a loan and now its the only place Id consider going if Im ever in the same situation plus their selection of things to purchase at unbelievable prices is incredible.Why shop or do but business with a company that cant even be polite to the customers.Ive experienced the guys here to be really helpful and friendly plus theyre just all around polite people. Common courtesy and politeness go along way with me, thanks Capital Loans !

I have been going to these guys for years now, and now that they are my neighbors, I enjoy supporting them and have never felt done wrong.-They have the lowest fees around by FAR.-Many times they have lent me powertool equipment so I was able to complete a job, that i was on my way to even!

Worst customer service they dont know what they are talking about when they offer you a price. I own an authentic Bach 72 trumpet which is meant to be silver plated. These morons tell me its a fake because it is silver plated an offer me 25.00 for a 3000.00 instrument. By the way all the awesomesand great service josh were written by the employees of Capitol loans. Anyone who has shopped ot done business knows these guys are a joke and nothing more than your average street con.

Ive gone in there a few times to do business. Everytime I left disapointed so I stopped going. Rude employees and they give you the absolute lowest amount possible for all loans and purchases. Ive found Palace Pawn and Loan downtown to have much better service and they are fair.

They set me up with a great bike. Friendly and were more willing than a bike shop to talk to me about getting the right kind of bike.

I went in to get a quote on my dslr nikon camera. After getting a very nasty look from the clerk, I had to ask could he please talk to me. He said he wouldnt even look at my camera if I didnt have the battery pack. I said I could come back with it, but could I atleast get a quote before I left and came back. He googled a price, which took him all of 30 seconds and told me that for two lenses of different quality, he would only give me $20 for both. When I asked him why that price, he then explained to me what a lens was, and what kind of lens I had, which is ridiculous because its my camera and I bought the lenses so why would I need an explanation of what kind of lens I had? He was short, rude, and condescending and I will never do business there. I just wanted a quote and to see if he was interested, not to be talked down to or low-balled. Unprofessional, unfriendly, and uncomfortable. Never again.

Got my bike here (LOVE IT) and check in occasionally to see what they have. Ive noticed that most of the instruments and power tools take a long time to be sold, so if you want to pawn something Id go with that. (Dont ask about the moped out front though, its for employees. :( )The team is awesome and really open to letting you tall with them to see if they have anything in stock youd like. No bullshit or trying to get you to buy something that isnt what you want from my experience, which is nice.Their VHS and DVD collection is overpriced in my opinion, especially since there are a ton of thrift stores in the area with better selection. Some of the video games are $5-$10 below the price of getting it new. Id check the cartridges to see if its potentially worth inheriting old game use (Im looking at you, Pokémon games!) or investing in a new one.

Do business ANYWHERE else but here.This crack head owner has continued to harass me long after we were done business. check with the police before you buy! Has been known to break into homes to retrieve merchandise. BEWARE!

Went in for a FFL transfer. Low fee, convenient location, staff were friendly and knowledgeable and didnt mind the ridiculous hold time while the illuminati consulted the lizard-men about whether I could have my tokarev. Nifty place.On another note it seems like all of the people that leave negative reviews are bums who didnt get thousands of dollars for their janky stolen merchandise, so thats another point in their favor. Dont do drugs, kids.

Got there fishing for a used guitar because I had seen some of their posts on Craigslist. Their prices are surprisingly low and reasonable and the guys quite kind and helpful. I walked out the store with a fantastic Fender Strat under CL used, Reverb, GuitarCenter Used and Ebays price, and most of their guitars were priced this way. Guitar is in excellent almost unplayed condition and I also got a 25% discount in a pedal I purchased the same day (which was already reasonably priced). That is good business, I will be back for more. Thank you so much you guys!
