This company doesn’t even deserve a star. I interviewed with James Chapman aka Director of Operations for Receiving Coordinator with All Stars Staffing. I gave up 2.5 weeks waiting for him to make a decision. On my first day I was told by the staffing agency that I was to work 6-2:30. When I got there I was told that it was Monday & he wouldn’t be in til 9-9:30am. I was given directions to work in Processing til James arrived then I would be pulled & start training in Receiving. I ended up staying there all day. At the end of my shift James informed me that the Receiving person had called in & hopefully won’t tomorrow. James told me to go ahead & come back the same time as today. Later on in the evening I received a text from a recruiter from All Startz stating that Iclick felt like I wasn’t a good fit for the company. Said, I complained too much & wasn’t flexible. Yes, I did complain but, not to everyone. They had me at a table all day with another associate & we were just making conversation. I suppose it would come off as complaining although, had James told me the Receiver called in & that this why I was placed where I was at. All could’ve been avoided. This company wasted my time. Complete lack of communication & unprofessional. If you have no self esteem or do not know your worth, by all means apply.

Its a nice working environment. If you are a hard working person, they will take care of you like as you are part of the family regardless of what temp Agency you are coming from.The wharehouse management team are nice and understanding.

WAS A great place to work! Jeph has an Ego bigger than his head and its more than he can handle! I was fired because I had to go #2 twice during my shift! So apparently, with your given breaks & lunch, you are not allowed to use the restroom or get a drink of water or anything of the sorts! But you will notice, when youre a temp, every single other temp & even the iclick employees go to use the restroom, go make a coffee, or go get a drink of water!!! This guy Jeph had his ego boosted cause his boss NICK was on vacay, and didnt like the fact that my Jack in the box tacos went right through me! He even hired me back for a 2nd time! They loved the work i did! I put out almost double if not more orders a shift than the day crew, and ppl there know that, So does Jeph, Nick, & Steve!!! His reasons were nothing short of personal!!! Hes a buster!!!
