I have to say that the sales person who helped me yesterday named Lucia (not sure of spelling) she’s Brazilian though, so you’ll know who she is by her accent. I went into the store only to buy a new case and screen protector for my phone. I ended up walking out with 6 extra things! She wasn’t pushy at all! She is very sweet and friendly. She just let me know what sales they were having and gave me suggestions. She is very well informed on all of the products they sell so I felt very confident on everything she was telling me. I’m so happy with her service that I’ve decided that I will only go to that particular store and always ask for her. I used to manage 80 people under me and I would have done anything to have her on my staff! If you know me you know that’s saying a lot! So if you go to the Sebastian store make sure to ask for the Brazilian lady!! You’ll be happy you did!!😃 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I was so relieved to actually be “ helped” by a person whose job is customer service. I had a detailed and time consuming issue to resolve regarding the theft of my iPhone, among other things. Tom Fullerton actually spent a good 2 hours meticulously sorting through the details, making phone calls and I left the store a happy camper due to his efforts. Far too often,, and this is based on many experiences, employees simply do not give their job 100%, although they want 100% of their paycheck. Tom Fullerton is knowledgeable about apple products and has a work ethic that I only wished others would emulate.

If Lucinda represents the rest of the customer service at this store, then AT&T (which is not known for customer Service) has a Gem of a store and of an employee in Ms. Lucinda. Not only was she attentive & helpful to my elderly uncle with a flip phone, but she took the the time to explain everything & find him a better option to save him 50% on his monthly Bill. Just outstanding service with a smile & I got to practice my Portugués 😀
Worst customer service of just about any store I’ve ever been to. ATT store in Vero Beach is significantly better. It would be nice to stay local, but I guess that’s not possible. Second time I’ve been here and waited almost an hour with no acknowledgement whatsoever.
Luciana was amazing, very knowledgeable and gave us the best possible deals. She made us feel very comfortable and kept her store very clean, she also really cares about her employees which was awesome to see especially in these times. My fiancé and I are extremely happy with the service from this att store.
2 visits to att store and 2 phone calls to technical support and problem still persists. Store personal was very helpful to no avail . Will file claim with insurance co. for defective phones

This AT and T store was the most helpful and kind store I have ever experienced. The manager, Lauciane (Lucy) helped my 93 year old mother to convert from an Android to an I phone. She was patient and loving and answered all her questions and never rushed her. (My mom is very tech savvy and caught on quickly with Lucy s help.)I also got to observe Lauciane interact with several Hispanic customers. She speaks fluent Spanish as well as English and is able to flip languages back and forth with ease. She multi tasks while helping to train new staff. I would highly recommend going to her store as she will definitely take great care of you.There is also a young man, Eddie, who is wonderful with dealing with the elderly. He goes out of his way to help and explains everything (sometimes more than once). He is very knowledgeable and personable.I highly recommend this store!! It is busy due to the great service and feel good experience you get every time you are there.
I was an At&t customer for 15 years. I went into the store because my phone cracked. As I waited, I saw an employee help an older man send an email. The customer tipped the employee $10 for helping him send the email. The employee gladly accepted the tip from the customer. This didnt seem right to me. The employee said it would cost over $1,000 to replace my phone. I just canceled my service and went to metro PC t-mobile. I got 4 free phones plus a lower monthly bill. The employees at T-mobile were friendly and much more helpful. Great service with t-mobile. Happy I am no longer at At&t
Our recent experience was very positive! Jackie and Ron were extremely knowledgeable and handled all issues quickly and efficiently! Unlike our online or phone contact experiences with AT&T which is always lacking at best, in person was FANTASTIC!!! Congrats to these store employees for restoring our confidence in AT&T!

In addition to being the most beautiful store I have ever been in for cell phones and accessories, the service is 1000 and the plans are the best. My whole family and I are very satisfied with our new cell phones and especially with the plans. Not to mention the AT&M signal it has in every corner of the USA. Super indicate the operator and especially the store !!!

Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable with getting a new phone set up and number ported over. One thing I have a really BIG problem with is they added a $15/mo insurance plan on my 74yr old mothers $60 flip phone. When I called to ask them about it, two employees told me that an insurance plan is automatically added to every phone. No option given or discussed with the customer. This is completely unethical. Buyer beware! Im making complaints up the chain and to a local consumer action team so maybe this will change.
I want say that this ATT store is the best store I have ever been in. I am of the older generation and want you to know that Luciana and her staff Colby and Aaron were amazing. They explained in easy terms about our service and helped us overcome our issues. This team could certainly set the example for all employees to follow. Outstanding service! I went to the store when they were super busy, and the manager was going over helping everybody and helping her new employee too. And with a great attitude. No kidding, probably 20 people in there and everybody was satisfied! Thats what I call mastering multitasking! Great job AT&T!
Am very happy I found Luciana at the Sebastian store. She has been our representative for years and always been so helpful and nice at the Indian River Mall. Its always a pleasure dealing with her and we plan on doing business here in the future. Found the store to be friendly and spotless.

Went to Sebastian store to get television service. Luciana was incredibly rude and very short with her answers to my questions. She could have cared less about my concerns.i felt like a bother to her. Ive never wrote a review before but the service was so bad that I had to. I ended up going right to Comcast and got service. I wont be back to AT&T

The associate guarantees us we were going to get a deal where our account would be credited each month for our phones for the total monthly installment. When we got home I looked at the bill I discovered he had not given us the promo that was promised. Avoid these people.
No one there really seems to want to be there, seem super uninterested in their jobs. I only go there because it’s close but I think I’ll go to Vero from now on.

I was looking for somewhere to sit down and talk with someone in person about tv and internet. Im glad I stopped in and was able to to do just that. These guys were great, no pressure to purchase and outlined various options that were available. I did decide to sign up, been happy with the service and the attention to detail discussed.
Dont use the over the phone service. The reps are only going to try to up sell you and use any way they can even bare face lies. Insted, go see Gorge at this location, he is honest and knowlagable about all the AT&T products and services. Love this team at this store.

Wow, drove 20 minutes hoping to have my phone looked at for slow internet service. Nate, at lease try to seem interested in helping. He couldn’t have cared LESS. Didn’t even bother to look at the phone, he literally said call 611, you’ll be sent a new phone. Thanks, I’ll let everyone I know and ATT Customer Service you’re unhelpful, rude, and have no customer service skills whatsoever. Get some training.
This is the first person I have met in Sebastian Florida, who was actually rude, inconsiderate and wasted my time. I explained I have two kids in the car, I need to pay my bill for my wife and myself, if that doesnt work without the 3rd account paying theirs, than I would need that 3rd account put on a separate plan. Instead of him helping me, he starts showing me his computer system, and not offering to call att on my behalf. Erik tells me I have to call at&t and deal with it myself. That he wont help me, he is done, goodbye had a nice day and slams his hands on his desk. I dont know how long this person has worked here, but I have never seen them before. When I asked to speak with the manager he said hes not here real snippy. Not giving me any other options for a time to come back or offering to help me in anyway. He gave 0 fks about helping me, a disabled father of 2 kids. This guy was snippy, rude, and just plain a jerk. I hope they fire him and continue with the other good employees this store has.
