I am dealing with the worst case of buyers remorse ever since I bought this lemon of a phone. Be warned, do not buy an iPhone at this store! My wife and I purchased an Apple Watch and iPhone on 10/25/21, only for the phone to shut down the following day. We returned to the same Verizon store multiple times, just to be informed that they could not exchange or refund the phone. Sales Representatives were friendly but unable to resolve this issue, stating we were out of luck and need to drive to the Apple store in Orlando. UNACCEPTABLE CUSTOM SERVICE!

I came to my Verizon store today and got my billed paid. Also they fixed my phone screen from going black and white. They are a big help, go see them.

I was on vacation and phone stopped recognizing sim card. Went in they quickly accessed my phone and said I needed new one. I had insurance. They filled out info but it was not sent. After waiting 3 hours for phone to be delivered I called and they could no longer help. Called ins and they got me phone the next day. No phone for 3 days.

I bought a new phone and made a few trips back.however every trip was a pleasant one. They know customer service like the back to their hand! I highly recommend Verizon.

I didnt have a great experience initially. Jessica deserves 5 stars and if this review was based solely on her customer service, it would be 5 stars. I left T Mobile due to service issues after 12 years. I was added on to a business account where I was requested to be added as an authorized users several times just to get tech support over the phone, with no luck. I do not recommend the S10, its probably the worst galaxy/android system based phone Ive ever used. The fingerprint scanner doesnt work properly with or without a screen protector. Its not worth the price point. I ended up leaving Verizon due to even worse service issues where my phone was dependent on WiFi at home. I had to go back to T Mobile. I cant say that I would recommend Verizon due to the cell service and phone issues.

The staff was pleasant, but our customer service rep, really did not provide much service at all. He didnt listen to the initial request and did barely anything to help my 69 year old mother in regards to setting up her new phone...even though he knew she was switching from an iPhone to a Samsung Note20. Zero explanations for her and bare minimum service. Not a good experience at all. Pretty much just went through the motions without much concern for my mother. He needs some more training on how to make sure customers are well taken care of.

Had no idea I would get such a friendly staff. I came in to ask questions about switching to Verizon and I was meet with warm smiles. All of my needs were meet and Im saving way more than I expected !

My rep was just awesome and professional! He took the time to care for us and fit us into aphone that works and a tablet that is on a great deal. I definitely recommend this store and Will for anything Verizon!

The Store in Sebastian is awesome. The entire team are amazing; Jessica, Fadi, Cameron, and Melvin were super helpful and knowledgeable. I was in a panic because I had disabled phone and was expecting an important phone call I had to take within minutes. Darius and the entire team jumped into assist with my phone dilemma. Fixed, bam! I got important Phone well. Everything worked out very well. Thats why I love Verizon! I will never switch carriers. Excellent customer service.

My phone speaker was low due to my ignorance. The sales person fix it immediately but then proceeded to tell me the speaker was not quite right and tried to seel me a new phone.Shame on them!

The customer service here is amazing! We got two new phones with screen protectors put on perfectly for us all in the same day. Effortless switch over from our old phones with the help of our sales woman. Will be back to set up a phone for our daughter!

I was just at the new Sebastian, FL Verizon store at 1676 US-1. I was very impressed by the excellent customer service. Everybody was very professional, friendly and courteous. However, the real stand out for me was Trenton Briley. Treated is extremely knowledgeable, kind and efficient. I wish he was at every store I went to! He is awesome.

From the moment we walked through the front door of the new store in Sebastian we felt like family. the staff all said good morning, and Sales Associate Bradley B. asked if he could help, my wife and I were looking for great phones and a great plan. Bradley was courteous, pleasant, and insanely knowledgeable. We highly recommend Verizon and specifically the new Sebastian store on US1. My safety screen cracked on my phone 3 days after purchase and they replaced it, no questions asked, Bradley hooked us up with Johaan and we went into the store and Johaan was expecting us and replaced the glass and we were in and out quickly.We just want to thank you for making our time spent, well spent.

Normally I dread going to a phone store to upgrade my phone or service, however after going to the new Verizon store in Sebastian ( I live in Vero but have never had a great experience in the Vero store) I have definitely changed my mind. I had the pleasure of working with a young man named Eric who was extremely patient and knowledgeable... and had an excellent sense of humor which was a huge bonus. He answered all my questions while I was in the store and even for the next 2 days when I needed help. If anyone is looking for a new phone/service I highly recommend going to this store and asking for Eric.

Came into the store to fix my old tablet with the wifi. Gentlemen helped my wife and I to get more information in how to connect at home. Left with new tablet.

Such a lack of being helpful, the store was busy and it was like Matthew was just wanting to do the least to get to the next customers.I switched from an I phone 7 to a Samsung note 20ultra and had a change in number because of a promotion and he never even suggested it would be good to leave the old phone on a few more days to switch over accounts.
