David the manager at this location was exceptional. I was having a bad day and he managed to help me solve one of my big issues quickly, thoroughly, and creatively. Definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had at any store. If your looking for reliable service, good manners, and a friendly attitude, and live in Indian River County, then this is the phone provider for you.

Went into store to change to a new phone the guy tried to charge me double of what I have normally paid in the past!! Never had this problem there new people working there be careful!!!

Worse metro store I have been to. Overcharged. Didnt have any thing worth buying in store. Did buy a new broken phone. Pen was stuck in it. They couldnt remove it or fix it.. Kept it anyway. Needed a phone. Guy that works there is useless. Call the place up. No answer and mailbox is full.

They didnt tell me about amazon prime for having the phone, the other metro did, on rte 1. this isnt a corporate store either, so phone options are limited. their interworkings arent empaethetic. ill try them again and if they improve ill improve my overview. i want them to do better.

Horrible, had to purchase a replacement phone because it was defective and needed it that day. No reimbursement because I wouldnt wait 2-3 days for a new cheap flip phone for my Mother who had no way to contact out of state family while her son was dying in the hospital.Trying to deal with this company who will do anything but make this right is frustrating!

Thought they handled tmobile also but exclusively Metro. Staff was still very helpful & polite.

Been with them for 3 months now. When ever I stop in to pay my bill or ask a question they are always there with the answer with a smile on thier face. It feels to me they like thier job and happy to be there to service own needs. Thank you.

Complete ripoff! Very bad business. Stay away or youll regret it!I bought a phone which didnt work. I tried to return it an hour later and could not.

I had to wait 5 days and counting to get an iphone 5 to come in stock. A truck should not take anywhere close to that if you are out of stock.

Had phones for 48 hours....didnt have any service at my house. called customer care 3 times and tried everything...brought phones back and they would not refund one penny. Their 7 day refund policy isnt worth anything. beware...use a more reputable carrier
