We went in several months ago in response to a 5G offer we saw.The salesman immediately pressed us to forget about 5G because we didnt need it.He pushed us to cancel our long term Metro Account and switched us to a Galaxy which he said was free.He deliberately never told us that we were in a contract. He told us our LG chargers would work. He never told us that this was not a prepaid account.Fortunately, Customer service reduced our unexpected high payment, but we are unhappy with the phones and are locked in.If you read the store response, it was very nice. So as requested, I sent an email 3 times with no response.. it might look good on line but no purpose in reality.To all of you with negative experience. The review response sounds very nice, but did you get follow up from management because I didnt.

Terrible experience shopping at this store. Jacob the manager was a condescending, arrogant punk. I went home, got on line with T Mobile and got the deal I was looking for and so much more. I like to shop local but this store is not worth the loyalty.

For ALL of T-Mobile period. A few days into service noticed we had bad connection. They said towers were being updated, few weeks later same thing. Ok, gave em time letting them know I’d like to return my equipment they said that’s fine if they can’t fix.It gets better: went to Costa Rica and they said we would have service OML not only did we not have service but we were always hurrying and afraid of hotspots. Finally came back and still no good service. At this point we were told we had to pay for devices if we wanted to leave. Hmmmmm.The BEST PART! : while considering moving services the worst happened, my brother had a severe injury to whom we tried calling 911 and we couldn’t get thru, 3 T-Mobile devices and couldn’t call an emergency. Finally went thru after much blood loss and that was it. We are going to VERIZON as it has the best service and it COSTS …. THE SAME! I was very very veryyy patient.

My 80 year old father and I went this Sebastian, Florida location on January 26th to upgrade his flip phone.  The associate (Jacob) engaged in high pressure sales tactics throughout the visit despite being told NO repeatedly.  We decided on an inexpensive smart phone as my father has never used one before.  Jacob was made aware that this was a difficult decision.  He proceeded to get accessories totaling 60$ plus tax to put on the phone without any input from us. I told him that this was fine as we were there anyway.  (Despite the fact that 1) he didnt ask, and 2) I can get them elsewhere for 1/4 of the price.) He then told me that my only option for a data plan on this line was $30 a month.  Having been a customer for over 20 years I knew that this was not true. The visit ended up with the associate having a dismissive attitude as I had nicely called him out on the above.  My father decided the next day that he wanted to return the phone and get the flip phone.  After calling ahead and speaking to a different associate,  we returned to your store.  When we got there we were eventually greeted again by Jacob. He rudely asked what the problem was and told that he might be able to return the phone.  Another LIE given tmobiles return policy.  He then tried to get us to just keep the phone.  We asked for the flip phone,  which I had been assured earlier that morning  that they had in stock.  He then said that they didnt have any.  I could come back after 4PM and check if any came in on the delivery if I wanted. He made no effort to check if any would be delivered later in the day. He could not be bothered with us. This was quite clear based on his tone with us. I asked at this point if I would have a problem returning the phone to another store. His rude reply was that another store might make the exchange.  At this point we left as I was certain that he was being dishonest about the phone we wanted being in stock, in addition to his poor attitude. We went to a store in Vero and made the exchange without a problem.  30 minutes after leaving the your store,  I had my husband call there and ask if they had any flip phones in stock.  Sure enough,  according to Jacob, (my husband asked who he was speaking to) they did!!  This was two plus hours before the supposed time when more flip phones MIGHT be delivered to the store.. What this young man did was petty, dishonest, immature and spiteful. To run an 80 year old man around the county is unacceptable and cruel. My father already felt bad about wanting to return the phone and then was embarrassed by this associate in a crowded store.  BEWARE of this store. Especially if you are elderly or in a position to assist an elderly loved one with these decisions.  I called the following day to relay my experience to the manager.  Despite his verbalizing an apology he has not followed up with me as promised.  He did, however, give me a credit to my bill, because, in downgrading the device, and despite  the manager in the Vero store waiving the overstock fee, I actually lost $ in the transaction.  Truly the WORST customer service experience I have ever had.  *5 months later and still no return phone call from the store.  Despite my attempts to follow up on this*

I found myself in a situation where I had to call over there for assistance getting photos off my iPhone onto my computer. I spoke with Michael who took 30 minutes teaching me how to do it. This excellent customer service inspired me to purchase a new iPhone. After I purchased it I was still having issues so he encouraged me to bring my computer in and he would help me. I brought the computer in and Michael and “the gang” spent 40 minutes with me figuring it out.I would definitely recommend working with these guys. Not only are they knowledge and thorough but they legitimately care about people. I think everyone should go there to purchase their phone items. :)

In a world where good customer service is never a given, this store exceeds the expectation. I spent 4 hours at this store today, something I hate doing but Michael, Jeffrey, and Manager Christian made the time fly by. These 3 gentlemen worked on my order professionally and explained every detail of the phones so I understood what I was getting.Even when I had an issue with another customer these men stepped in to make sure I was okay.I hope T-Mobile knows what a great team they have at this location. As a local business manager, I will be recommending them to all my customers.

This afternoon, June 15th, I had a major problem loading my wifes phone contacts into my new car. I worked two days on it - unsuccessfully. Exasperated I went to the store on Highway One, and two employees there - William and Christian, each spent more time and effort than I would have ever expected to solve my problem. It is employees like these guys that make using T-mobile an all-round winner!

Michael was very polite, helpful and humorous. The reason for 4 stars rather than 5 is that he didnt fully explain what the charges would be before I asked for the monthly charges. Other than that it was a pretty good experience.

I Got My Phone In December During A Promotion, However Some How It Was Never Added To My Account. So I Reached Out To T-Mobile Expert Team And Told Them My Problem, Then They Reached Out To The Store To See What Promotion It Was. The Store Was Completely Honest About The Promotion And Now My Phone Bill Is $20 Cheaper, Also T-Mobile Is Going To Give Me A Credit For The Last 4 Months That Promotion Wasn’t Applied. I came in need of a phone ASAP since I had broke my phone camping and I wasnt from there. He made an unpleasant circumstance an enjoyable experience. While all my data was transferring the rest of the employees were laughing and making jokes. What you did that day made a difference.
