Stopped by to grab a cup of coffee on my road trip. What a lovely place in a lovely city. The view is awesome, the coffee is decent, and the people are nice. I will come back to this city and this place again.

I love the magical vibes this place carries and the customer service is always wonderful! The staff is well informed on the medicinal benefits of their drinks and they also have an apothecary for all of your holistic health needs. Synergy is unlike your typical coffee shop. It is more than amazing! The drinks are natural and vegan. Im not vegan but I felt this was a place to try. Im so grateful I stopped in.Willow gave me a great recommendation for the dandy chaga latte and it was slightly sweet and creamy. It may be my favorite new drink ever! I was so impressed by how delicious it was that I ordered a daniccino to go so I could save it for tomorrow.The vibe of this unique coffee shop was so energizing. Everyone was friendly. It was so relaxing to just sit and drink my drink. Ive never found a coffee shop with a more perfect vibe! I highly recommend Synergy and cant wait to come back!! Synergy is one of the most exquisite and unique coffee/chocolatier cafes, the atmosphere is great for hangin on your laptop to get some work done and enjoy a nice blended tonic or warm drink with some amazing vegan cane sugar free chocolates. The music is allways a jam, the people are always carrying good vibes- It’s all around a perfect place to chill mid-day to take a break from the Arizona heat. I love Synergy!

Synergy is by far the best coffee shop I’ve ever experienced. The warm hearted members of this business make you feel right at home. The drinks and food are incredible. You can enjoy such comfort in the menu and know what you’re consuming is indeed good for you ! Everything is organic! All the to-go cups and boxes are made out of 100% bio-degradable materials! By supporting this business you are supporting a better earth and a healthier body. The fact that they take the extra time and spend the extra money for nothing but the best products makes them the best. I’ll keep coming back to this business and will support them for as long as I can. Hopefully they will be in business for years to come because they care about giving their customers the best. I was very excited to try the coffee shop, only to be completely disappointed. I ordered three drinks and all three tasted like hot water, zero flavor. When I say zero flavor, I mean absolutely no flavor. After spending $20+ I am highly disappointed. I do not recommend this shop, you are better off saving your money. I left the drinks behind and ended up at Starbucks in Safeway across the street. :(

Absolutely amazing.The owner is so down to earth & has a beautiful energy.The drinks are amazing, especially the sensual healing.This place is very accepting of all different types of people and it’s so heart warming to go into a coffee shop where everyone can coexist.The only thing to keep in mind is that when you are paying the buttons are small to leave a tip on the computer system so look carefully so you are able to gift back to the amazing human being making your delicious drink! 💛✨💛

I really enjoyed checking out this place! It was quite unique. The drinks were SUPER interesting and the ingredients they use are really neat. I got the mocha (super good!) and the dandy latte (SUPER YUM!) Despite the decor needing some TLC, I highly recommend checking out this place! It doesn’t have enough reviews for the gem it is.

This place not only has incredible chocolate and drinks, the owner has created one of the best local hubs for artists. So if youre looking to connect and meet some of the delightful locals this is a prime spot. It also offers a lot of that art, as well as local writers. For drinks I highly recommend the sensual healing it is the best hot chocolate I have ever had and probably will ever have. Speaking of the chocolate it is quite the feat, low glycemic vegan, and so so delicious. Check this spot out it is a gem.

Im a local and Synergy is one of my favorite spots. The coffee is great, the vegan smoothies and pastries are well done, and the chill vibe is pure Sedona. Great place to stop after a hike.

The owner can be really mean sometimes. Ive seen her come in on several occasions and just start yelling and trying to kick out customers who were just waiting for their drinks. They cant seem to keep employees and half the times Ive gone in the very pronounced energy has felt chaotic and toxic. Even still the menu tops any other place in town in terms of quality. They have a pretty decent little apothecary in the back, but dont really advertise is or seem to have the knowledge or setup to actually make proper use of it. They stay open late on Saturdays and invite musicians to come jam, which is a mixed bag which ranges from awful to phenomenal. They really seem to be doing their best most of the time, but their best could definitely be a lot better.

I am SO in love with this place! I’ve never been to a coffee joint with such a wide array of medicinal creative elixirs, lattes, and chocolates.The best part is the staff, everyone always welcomes me in with open arms and will do everything in their power to make sure I am satisfied. Props to Sierra for holding down the fort- Willow and Lyra are such lovely ladies and make the BEST coffee drinks i’ve always wished to get at other traditional coffee places.THE CHAI!! I have been consistently in search for a REAL chai drink that actually has SPICE. They use traditional high end chai with that kick i have been consistently let down on with other coffee joints.Overall 10/10! DONT COME HERE IF YOURE LOOKING FOR A LOW GRADE STARBUCKS DRINK.DO COME HERE IF YOURE LOOKING FOR QUALITY PRODUCT.

Visited sedona with my girlfriend, coffee shops are some of our highlights of our trips so naturally we saw synergy and decided to give it a go. The atmosphere is very free and laid back but had a pungent smell that lurked around. The iced vanilla latte was no treat either, neither of us could finish our cups and even decided to go elsewhere to buy different coffee. Overall, a nice place to chat with friends but I wouldnt recommend the coffee from my personal experience.

Overall it is a good place, its got a nice view, they have a good selection of pastry and a few pieces of stone and crystal jewelry. Personally I felt the place itself was awkwardly quiet. Worker was fine but not super welcoming. The french press was a bit of a downfall. The coffee was under extracted and tasted a bit dirty.

Great food and fantastic vibes. Servers are super friendly and make great drinks. There is a huge variety of beverages, snacks, plant medicines, and tinctures/ointments. everyone is super friendly and accommodating. Like the title, this is a very synergistic place where synchronicities abound and magic is real. 5/5 would come again!

Vegan, awesome excellent french press and assortment of chocolate.

I was very excited to try this place because of the vegan options but I was let down. The man who helped me seemed nervous or uneasy and even accused me of not paying as I walked out with my drinks only to realize (after looking back through the transactions) I did in fact pay but he had forgotten. It wasnt even busy I dont know what was going on but I did not feel comfortable or welcomed at all sadly. The coffee was just ok honestly I wasnt expecting a homerun but I will never forget the way the place made me feel.

Beautiful scenery, great drinks and my favorite chocolate of all time.Ive come here quite often over the last year and a half. One of my favorite places to visit in Sedona, sadly tho do to my last experience did not leave much to desire.Mainly the vibe and the energy felt so off and not welcoming and a bit uncomfortable. A lot of where I feel this uncomfortable salty energy was coming from the newer barista with dirty blonde dreads. No not the owner, this employee is a little taller than the owner is.Either way I really did not enjoy or feel welcomed and thats the first time in a my time of coming Ive felt unwelcomed and uncomfortable. Used to love the vibe and conversations and friends Id meet here.. not so much anymore it seems.If youre sensitive to energies and enjoy comfortable welcoming environments then I dont know what to tell you, I thought this was the place for that kind of openness. But I definitely recommend getting some chocolates and a drink and take them home or to a welcoming.environment.

After reading reviews thought this place would be great to get a cup of coffee at since I was visiting. I was wrong, when I walked in there was no one inside. A guy walked up to the counter not wearing a mask and started rummaging before focusing on the dog. And then finally another man walked up with no mask, he did put one on once he got there though, but did not say anything. I ordered an overpriced mocha which was very watery. There was no exchange of words except for me saying how’s it going and getting nothing in returnOnce I paid I quickly left, everyone in there seemed very drugged up and not able to function. The dog was the friendliest thing in there only because it wagged it’s tail.

So good.People may complain about masks but like... white sugar lowers your immunity by 50% for 6 hours.They don’t use white sugar. Yall need to go back to school for critical thinking. The bloody CDC is funded by Pharma companies almost entirely, it’s no wonder you are getting misleading info.

Still giving 4 stars cos I’m a small business owner myself and I know things are rough in the pandemic world. That being said... not a good experience this morning.Walked in around 10:15, and the fellow in there seemed like he’d rather be anywhere but there. Didn’t acknowledge us as we walked in or at all until I said I had a question and his terse response (after an awkwardly long pause) was... yeah I’ll be with you in a minute. He had an actual scowl on his face the whole time we were in there. I felt like I was inconveniencing him by asking a question. I asked for the pricing on the CBD concentrates and he said “It depends.” Period.The best way I can describe my experience was uncomfortable and awkward. I ended up spending $75 in there but felt like a serious inconvenience from the moment we walked in. I looked at my partner upon walking out and he just said to me “Jesus, that guy was happy to be there, huh?”

If you like watery coffee with a hint dirt chunks and totally stoned staff that can barely walk toward you this is the space for you. Wanted to support a cool local coffee shop and left regretting the overpriced watery coffee I ordered. Chocolates looked great though!

WARNING: NO COVID PRECAUTIONS!Drinks looked interesting, albeit very expensive, and I was so looking forward to having found a health conscious coffee shop with the priority of personal well-being.Unfortunately after visiting, it is obvious that well-being is not a priority. No masks were worn by anyone, no social distancing was enforced, and there didnt appear to be any precaution of any kind taken.On top of that, if I am completely honest the coffee wasnt very good either. It was watered down and chalky. I will not get that almost $7 back, but hopefully this review helps others avoid a potentially harmful situation.

When I was a tourist before I moved here I came into the store for the first time and I was greeted by the owner. First thing I said was “wow” 🤩 this place is a gem 💎. She is highly knowledgeable on the health benefits of her very own in-house made CBD products and crafted coffee, cacao, and health elixirs. So, if you’re in town and want to experience something eclectic with some health and healing benefits this is the place. I never write reviews, but felt the push to give this place 5 stars as it inspired me to find a housing solution while I was still living out of my car. I am now able to write this message out the comfort of my very own living room in West Sedona. Very blessed for this amazing Apothecary Cafe and the amazing high vibe talks with the owner.

My partner and I were denied service here the second time we came. Upon seeing us, looking pointedly at our masks, told us that there are no cards are accepted (cards were accepted the day before). We said okay because we had cash. Once that happened, he said we don’t have coffee (at the coffee shop where other people had coffee). Finally, we got the point and decided to quickly leave because the aggression and non-acceptance was clear.During that time there were several people inside yelling about how all the liberals should be put in jail and the election was a fraud.We gave no indication of our political preference, just walked in wearing masks and tried to order some coffee.I’m not sure if this is a regularity but we were really upset. Not only because we enjoyed our first visit here, but because we were just confused and felt it was not fair.

A bit pricey but AMAZING coffee!

Sooo, my mom and I decided to do turkey day in Sedona. Since she is older and concerned cause we are in the middle of a pandemic - I wanted to honor her and make sure we stayed safe the entire trip. This means we are following all of the CDC guidelines including masks.In any case, I have this hankering for coffee and chocolate and see their sign and head straight in. I went in with a friendly vibe and ordered a mocha and some chocolate... I pay and look around and all of a sudden I realize that not one person in the establishment is wearing masks. In shock, I head for the door and decide to wait outside for my order. I wear masks because I care about the health and safety of others, my mom included because she is older and at higher risk due to her age.It just strikes me as odd that a place that seemed so friendly would be anti-mask. When I came back in to retrieve my drink the person behind the counter briefly put on his scarf over his mouth and I quickly grabbed my purchase and left.Needless to say, the anxiety and long convo I had to have with my mom on the first day of our holiday trip was rough. I hadn’t seen her since this pandemic started and this was her first trip since the pandemic began. Needless to say, we agreed from that moment on that if a business was not wearing following CDC guidelines - that we would not go out of concern for her health. Super disappointed that with all we know about Covid, establishments are not following best practices.Looking back, I am not sure what I would have done if I exposed my mom to covid over a cup of coffee. Writing this almost a week later, I am still feeling guilty about getting that cup of coffee and putting my mom at risk for something so small as a cup of coffee.

During my stay in Sedona I visited a lot of cafes and restaurants and Synergy was BY FAR my favorite! The ambience was wonderful and relaxing and the chocolate our of this world. I came on a Friday night and was thrilled that it held such late hours. Its a great place to chill after dinner or for breakfast. I cant recommend it enough!

I am a Sedona local and Synergy has quickly become my favorite spot. They have the best desserts and drinks you can find!! I always get a yummy drink and som chocolate, they have so many options and flavors. I have seen a couple of music box shows. The intimacy of the venue makes it a lot of fun and different from any other show. I look forward to seeing more of you them. I love the staff, all have been so wonderful, so kind and friendly.
