The staff is always so very helpful! I came in not knowing what i needed and the store manager found the piece and put it on for me! Thanks for always giving excellent customer service!!! only reason its a 4 and not a 5 is because one of the employees did not have on his mask properly and I feel as a community we must take this covid thing seriously.

I stopped in at this location to pick up a fuel filter for my 2002 Ford Excursion. The counter person suggested the original equipment filter which did not come with a cap. When I got home to install it the filter fit but the seal that goes on the original cap was too big. My husband went in there to try to get a seal that would fit the lid but all he got was we dont take back used parts. So now Im out over $45 on a filter and had to purchase another one for more than $50. I would not suggest buying anything from these crooked individuals. They would not even help get us a new seal which is all we ask for not a new filter or replacement filter.

Shop for Auto parts wherever you want.. at this place whether or not they have the part the service can be replaced.

Rude--Rude--Rude. only one guy in store, was refused service as Joe wanted to guy to lunch. was told to come back later as he was going to lock door and go to lunch. this guy should go to customer service school or be shown the door himself. went down the street to oriellys and they had 4 guys behind the counter during lunch hour. servuce was so rude im calling their corporate office in viginia
