We’ve been in our home for two months now and I’ve yet to be able to take the survey needed to express how horrible our experience was. Lack of communication, didn’t get what we asked for, and excuse after excuse as to why when the keys were handed over the house was not ready. (Pee in the guest toilet from contractor, no running water so it sat there for only God know how long! Rooms not ready or cleaned, damages to fixtures.) Our personal papers where lost, information on signing day was incorrect. Seriously you didn’t know my last name. Asked for drivers license weeks after signing. Just yesterday we took it upon ourselves to fix door trims that are falling off. Plugs are still not flushed against the wall. Our sales rep was a joke. Yes We made a decision to go with this company. We do not recommend this location to anyone. Oh and let’s ask why we didn’t get the so many pics we took after signing and keys transferred put on Facebook. It was supposed to be a special time for us. Then to be told they ate the cost of the house, they did this and that. Two reps stood there in the kitchen when I expressed how disappointed I was that there was carpet when that was the first thing I said I didn’t want. Ive waited patiently for some kind of response or someone to come and fix everything like they said they would send. Worst experience ever!

Best buying experience all in all. Our salesman, Tony, was very helpful in answer all our questions, making sure everything was right with the bank and helping us out on the entirety of the sale. Even for us being first time buyers, he was extremely helpful and always got back to us on question within a few hours. Overall great pricing and service for great quality homes !

My husband and I came in with a stricter budget than usual and an idea, Melanie was able to work within our budget and give us choices. Thank you Melanie for taking such good care of us. She was the only one I talked to when calling around that didnt try to convince me that what I wanted wasnt doable or right for me. Mr.Bill and his team are awesome, not only do they treat you like a customer but more like a family member. They are there to walk you through the process from beginning to end and they also make sure that you are happy with them and will listen to your complaints.

We were referred by a good friend of our who bought from the staff at the Seguin Clayton homes, even though we have on a clayton homes 30 minutes from our house. We drove over two hours to see them and it was well worth the drive.We have been looking to upgrade our home for about a year and we have found not only the right house but the people we want to get our new home from. Our sales man. Jordan took the time to find out what was important to us in our new home. He introduced us to the manager Bill and another salesperson Charlene. Each person we met he took the time to let them know what we were looking for and they made us fee like our needs were the most important thing to them.I am not exaggerating when I say we have shopped at at least 10 places for a new home and it always seemed like they wanted to sell us some they wanted us to buy and didn’t listen to what we wanted. Don’t wast your time going anywhere else to get you new home. They exceeded my expectations on every way. Thank you guys for making this process so enjoyable.

I am working with Larry at the Clayton Seguin and he is awesome. So patient! Great models. Offer manufactured or modular. The owner of this business really cares. The complainer reviewers seem sketchy to me and were barely understandable. One doesnt comprehend how commercial lending works since she has always apparently dealt with cash. Regarding another reviewer, I also hardly believe the Clayton salesperson couldnt remember the name SMITH. Then there was the dope who never even visited Clayton Seguin but criticized it.ANYWAY, Im looking forward to putting a modular on my 10 acres in Georgetown soon. Just going over plans and pricing now. I will let this review site know how it all went.

Horrible Experience, I had made I very clear I was going to buy a house and I would like to see the homes. Salesman couldnt remember my name and didnt even write it down come to think of it! was just sent out to look around by myself? Ill buy from someone who actually wants my business... and can actually remember my gosh dang NAME!
