I just started looking at homes and Tracy; the project coordinator helped me. She was so sweet and nice. She gave me a monthly sales flyer, took my information and gave me Frank Taylor’s information to help me. After calling and speaking to Frank, if I decide to go this route I will definitely use Factory Expo in Seguin.I give them five stars! Tracy and Frank are two super sweet, nice people which is rare in this time!

She told us she was new and her sales people were in the lot but she was so very nice and friendly she told us about the website, told us the monthly sales, which was perfect for our questions!If we decide to buy, it would be there just because of the awesome customer service and good ole friendly Texas manners!

Just inherited some land here in San Antonio, after renting for most my life I wanted to purchase a home to put on the property. I didnt know much about mobile homes or the quality of work put into them. I spoke with Brody after being referred to him by another friend. He was excellent, took me through the pros of having a Factory Expo Home. As a new home buyer I had lots of questions, Brody was an awesome guide through all of them. I have been working with Twyla and she has been incredibly professional as well as patient as it relates to all of the questions Ive asked. I shared with her some potential plans that we had around purchasing an RV as opposed to a mobile home and I was blown away with her knowledge on both options. We havent narrowed all the specifics of which mobile home will best suit us, but were confident that with Twyla were in good hands!

Brody Raney was absolutely amazing. Ultimately I did not end up making a purchase from him at Factory Expo Home Center due to land issues, he was absolute great and I could not have asked for a more talented and knowledgeable person to work with. We didnt buy a home from factory expo for reasons on our side. I am writing this evenso because Allen and the others worked with us and where wonderful through the entire process, ansewered all our questions, picking colors and even was honest about appliances, amenities and so forth. Kaci comes from the school of it is better to under commit and over perform than to ever fail your client. In completing this specific project I dealt with four manufactures and home retailers and to use an old banking term Kaci was actually the only one that did not attempt to “ blow smoke at me“.In fact if I still were still in the banking business I would be attempting to hire Kaci Ridgeway tomorrow!

My experience with Factory Expo Home Centers customer sales/services representatives has been fantastic. Even through massive delays (I purchased in March of 2020, so Im sure you all know what happened there), they kept in touch and did their best to keep me informed. They were always quick to respond and I almost never caught them away from the phone for any notable length of time. There have been many hiccups (some due to delays, some on my end), but through them all they have been amazingly patient and helpful. Both Alan Crenshaw and Shantel Ussery have been absolutely wonderful and instrumental in getting this thing done. I would hands down recommend them as sales reps. I will have to let you know how the house actually turns out when its finally all said and done.
