I’ve always went to Tanner for my cell phone and computer needs. I just recently bought a new MacBook Air from Cell Phone Repair and the customer service completely exceeded my expectations! I let him know what I was looking for and within five minutes, he had options for me. Once I chose the computer I wanted, I was in and out in 10 minutes. I will always recommend anyone to go see Tanner and his colleagues at CPR!

Took my laptop in for touchscreen repair and was given a great quote. Upon picking it up, they had replaced the touchscreen with a regular screen, which they had not consulted me about, and charged more than the initial quote. I asked why it was not touchscreen and they said they figured I wouldnt want it to be replaced with a touchscreen. They did not replace the plastic on the keyboard of the laptop that was cut to repair the screen, and it fell off as soon as I got home leaving wires exposed. They certainly have very competitive prices, but it was not at all worth it to me.

I’ve had several issues with different electronics and Tanner has saved me every time!! He’s very polite and understands that these electronics are a big part of our lives and goes above and beyond to make sure it’s fixed as fast as possible! Would give 20 stars if i could! Will recommend him to everyone

I have used CPR in Seymour several times now. Tanner and his team are always helpful and very knowledgeable. There is never a long wait there and his prices are always very reasonable. Sometimes he does not charge at all depending on what they have to do to fix your device. I highly recommend CPR in Seymour!

CPR has worked on my phone multiple times as well my my laptop this week including even fitting me in same day so that I could have it working again before I left for college. I am always impressed with Tanner’s professionalism and how great he works with customers. Me and my family have probably had 10-15 repairs and many more just questions and Tanner has always been very professional and given us great service and prices. I would 100% recommend CPR to anyone.

Tanner at CPR is the best in town to work with for any phone repairs! My phone camera cracked and he was able to get the piece he needed in just two days and fixed it in less than 5 minutes when I brought it in! 100% wouldn’t take my devices anywhere else to be repaired because he is the most skilled and timely person in the business!!!!!

I can not say enough about this wonderful business. They have fair prices and can fix just about anything. They repaired my old cell phone for a great price so I made sure to go back to them when I was looking to upgrade my device. I bought a mint condition s10 from them, it was cheaper than retail and works perfectly. Unfortunately I dropped it in water and it would no longer turn on. I took it to them and they had it back up and working the same day. You absolutely can not beat the fantastic customer service, inviting atmosphere, clean store, and amazing device selections.

Honestly, best place with the greatest people. I had issues setting up my new iPhone XS. For weeks, it had been back and forth between my old carrier and then to my new one. Before I went to CPR, I was thinking I would have to buy a completely new phone. Maybe 10 minutes in their store and they got my phone unlocked and working. Would recommend to anyone with a Motorola. Went in originally for battery replacement and screen was damaged also so had that replaced with their lifetime warranty. Since then theyve had to replace the screen twiceunder warranty but each time was done in a very professional and timely manner. Will definitely have them do any and all computer and phone work I need done.

My cell phone locked and for the life of me, I could NOT get it unlocked, not even my cell phone carrier could unlock it!!! They ultimately told me that I would need to restore it to factory settings which they could NOT even do!!! My cell phone provider tried to reset it from their headquarters and even tried to walk me through how to do it manually myself, TO NO AVAIL!!! They wanted me to ship it back to them and receive a replacement phone instead! Being a manager of 40+ people, I very much have to have a cell phone and could not go days without mine so when I was told of this place I thought to myself, Why not try?. I drove up there (CPR) and actually caught Cole, the owner, as he was leaving for the day and literally within seconds, HE HAD IT RESET TO FACTORY SETTINGS!!!! He is AMAZING!!! Thank you so very much Cole! You were able to do what MANY were not able and within seconds at that!!! He also did not even seem bothered that I caught him on his way out the door! Keep up the great work! I will recommend you to everyone I come across without hesitation!

I brought my Note 5 there to have the battery replaced. Took them an hour, pretty standard and a fair price. Upon returning to pick up the phone, there had been an issue with my screen. The screen was separated in one corner where there is a foil backing; while fully functional, it was an eye sore. They offered to waive the battery replacement fee. Not bad... Free battery for a minor imperfection.4 weeks later I asked to trade the phone in; their reply was that because the screen was separated it was worthless as a trade in due to the need for a new screen. I am a little disenchanted with my experience. I realize now I should have had them replace the screen when it was damaged and just paid for the battery.Bottom line, be careful. I am sure they are good people and deserve business. Just not mine.

I love the same day service. I called that morning and my tablet was fixed for a reasonable price by the end of the day. They also were upfront and said if the part was bad, it would be cheaper to replace the tablet, so they wouldnt charge me if it wasnt worth it. But they were able to get it up and running!

Everyone that works here is all about the coustomers. Tanner being one of the best technicians I have came across in a long time. He really cares about all the work he does. I worked here for about a year as a technician. It was all about quality. If you come here very little they cant do(the do wayy more then anyone else). And it will be perfect quality, but if not he stands by all his work and will make it right. If I could I would give it so many more stars.

I visited CPR to purchase a screen protector for my phone. I thought “what better place to get the best screen protector than a place that repairs/replaces screens.” And I was right. They only carry the best. There are a few different options to choose from but they are all quality products. I opted for the Invisible Sheild liquid defense+. It has a fully insured screen guarantee meaning if my screen cracks they will pay up to a certain amount to replace it and at CPR that amount covers the entire cost. I dealt with Tanner, the owner, and he was very knowledgeable and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and everyone whether they just want to protect their phone before something happens or they need their phone fixed because something has already happened.

Brought in my old laptop from when I was kid but it wasn’t fixable. Thankfully, Tanner tried his hardest but the laptops wiring was so corroded it wouldnt work, but I’m just glad they could what they could for the budget I presented, you guys are the best!

My Xbox broke after a thunderstorm and I took it in, it took awhile but they kept in contact and assured me they were looking for the part, they couldnt find it, why 5 stars then, they explained clearly what was wrong, why it was wrong, and why they couldnt find a part, the customer service was amazing and in the end (probably because they felt bad that I would have to buy a whole new xbox) they didnt charge me a cent because they couldnt fix it. If I ever need any tech repairs you can bet im coming here.
