LOVE the Shelby Verizon store!! I am a frequent stopper with everything from upgrades to many questions on my phone. The new manager, Rob, and his team are always very helpful. I guess the best part is they will offer things quickly, and explain them just enough to peak your interest. I never feel pressure or feel reluctant to ask for help. As a customer, usually I dont know what is available, so I dont know what questions to ask. So in the course of conversation, I mentioned a couple things, and they suggested things that I could do, or things my phone and tablet could do, that would benefit me. I always learn a thing or 2 thats new and helpful!! It takes an attentive associate to make a customer feel at ease. The Verizon store in Shelby has those kinds of associates. I wish they had a better, more visible location so they could be used to their full advantage!! As always, I tell everyone to go to the Shelby office. Thank you!!!

The customer service is amazing.Robert goes out of his way for uMy dad is legally blind and Robert didnt stop until he had my dads phone where he could use it .I definitely would send my family and friends to sheblys Verizon.

I replaced my broken phone with a new phone. Heavenly was awesome. She stayed an hour and 15 minutes past closing time to change all my data to a new phone. I definitely loved her service and would definitely recommend this store and I will come back !

Was very impressed with the service I received from Robert today!! Walked in with a prepaid sim card and network availability issue and after showing him my current receipt for monthly service he did a few magical moves and a hard reset my phone and service is good as new. I was very impressed with the high level of customer service Robert provided to me compared to the level of service Ive received as a prepaid customer at Verizon stores in the Mansfield area. I am so happy that we have a Verizon store available here in our small town and would recommend this store to anyone who is looking for a phone or service with Verizon or someone who is having issues with their Verizon service or phone.

I bought a new prepaid phone from this location. They didnt have it in stock but were able to get it in much faster than they initially anticipated. Brandon and Robert were both extremely helpful to us and spent the whole time to get the phone completely set up. Would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for a new cell phone.

Best customer service in Shelby! Jalen, the store manager was super super helpful and kind! There was a woman there too, she didn’t help us but she was very nice too! She was with a customer when we came in, but she greeted us right away and said someone will help us asap. It took a little bit of time to get everything done we needed to, however he was taking his time to make sure everything was done right and so that he could answer our questions thoroughly. Highly recommend!

The employees in this store are always so helpful and are willing to go above and beyond. It is refreshing to know there are still people in the world like that. The employee Brandon recently was very helpful and friendly when I needed help with my Note 4. Id recommend this store over the Mansfield location any and everyday!

Dont go here unless you have plenty of time to kill. It doesnt matter when you go here, youll have to take a number and wait and wait and wait. I avoid this place like the plaque. Go to Best Buy and ask them or go when the Verizon rep is there. A lot less hassle and a lot quicker.

Very helpful with what I thought was a unique problem. The assistance was very thorough, friendly, fast, and got my problem resolved. My wife could send texts but not receive them. A network sync resolved it. Thanks for the great service!

Best verizon store Ive ever been in. Robert the manager of the store took great care of me. I had 5 devices hooked up and it was quick and he was very knowledgeable. I would drive from media where I live just to go to that location . Id recommend it to anyone!!!!

I would never make another purchase from GoWireless in Shelby. Long story short, we were over charged time and time again. Robert offered no resolution. Multiple trips to the store, phone calls and emails and we continued to be over charged after wed paid for a phone in full. The real kicker was when we were charged AGAIN for a phone that had been paid in full for 6 months. Dont waste your time, I contacted Verizon directly and everything was resolved after 8 months. Roberts best effort to resolve and credit was forwarding to Verizon. HUGE disappoint in customer service.

Knowing that Tovo is there makes it easy to conduct any business we have with Verizon. To whomever owns this retailer, dont lose Tovo or Sierra. Whatever theyre paid is not enough! If I could Give *NO STARS* I would...I called then drove to the Willard location to get a Simm card for my smartphone and they said a manager would bring the Simm chip from Shelby location at 2:30pm they didnt have one there. Fair enough at 4pm I called to be told she didnt show up and I could pickup the Simm chip in Shelby Location. Ok So Now I drive back to Willard to pickup my phone and Drove 18miles to Shelby store. This time the girl tells me She cant activate the phone and the Willard store should have told me. Now Im upset. She didnt even try to activate it. nor did she insert a Simm chip at all. She also gave me a line about Verizon is coming out with 5g soon and my 4g phone wouldnt work on the network. So I called the 800 number and they are sending me a Simm card for free. He also informed me she lied about the 5g its not coming out for 2 more years at least. And we all know it would be backward compatible. Dont Bother shopping at either of these locations they are dishonest.
