I was driving from Cincinnati to Indianapolis to my granddaughters dance competition. Istopped to get gas. My jeep started shaking and wouldnt go over 20 miles an hour. My granddaughter used her phone to find the nearest repair shop, Jacks. I walked in not knowing what to expect but quickly felt at ease. I explain we needed help and my grandaughter was suppose to compete in Indianapolis. Jack the owner, went to work checking out the problem. He gave me a reasonable price, part with labor and got us moving within an hour. Jack and his techs were all professional and efficient. I made it to Indianapolis on time. If I lived closer I would take my jeep there all the time.

Would not recommend to my worst nightmare started out to only take a week he has now had for over 4 and a half weeks and gives one excuse after another why its not done he promises it to be done and it never I have heard the promises for 2 and a half weeks now and I want my truck back and to top it off I paid him upfront and now he wants to charge me more
