Dont believe the website. It said there were 2 lawn mower models in stock. More like 12 when I got there.

Good ole Ace Hardware! Everything gaget-like for the DIYer in all of us, before we need the pros! Sort of compact inside the store, because there is SO MUCH STUFF...good staff, although always rushed and short handed... They KNOW alot about everything! Happy tool timing!

I go there for all the beautiful plants and shrubs. I bought a rose bush 2yrs ago there that blooms several times a year thru summer & fall

They had what I was looking for and the employees were friendly. There was a new cashier having trouble ringing something out but someone came by to help her and everyone got helped. Definitely a good small town hardware store vibe in this place.

Small store that has a fairly good selection of things, but nothing I was looking for that day. I was an out of town visitor and I sure felt lucky that I had my Ace instead of this one. The staff was friendly and helpful, but the store is pretty small and can only stock so much stuff. I did end up buying 4 items, none of which were marked for price on the shelf, which always leads to that awkward conversation at the register. Covid could have affected the stock shortages on the items I was after, but it might have been a bit of mismanagement also. I will never know. Bottom line, they had spots for stuff that were bare and dry. Unfortunate for me.

These roses are fantastic second summer 30 to 40 blossoms cut back after each blossoming reblossomed four times nice full roses as in the picture and it smells wonderful looking forward to purchasing more next summer

This store is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The staff were extremely rude and what felt like malicious theft profiling in a manner that made shoping highly uncomfortable.Top gun will not recommend this store to anyone, nor will our business shop or contract goods from ace any longer.

Wow. Ordered something 2 weeks ago that was in stock. Been calling for 2 weeks and no one can even tell me anything. They wont check the warehouse to see if its there, or even if they have the order in their system. Just keep saying they cant handle all the merchandise they get. Incompetence is the only word to describe this place. Just wow...

No help on a return . She told me to come to a different counter and fill out a form and she would call someone to help me, then stood there for 15 to 20 minutes while she helped everyone in the store. Finally I asked her again and she said she had called. Then I asked another guy if he knew who handled returns and said he was in paint but could do it for me...... yikes

An interaction with an employee who lets their emotions get in the way of customer service is reason enough for me never do business here again. Next time Ill just order what I need from Amazon instead of shopping locally since I dont meet his standard for what is an essential electrical project.
