Is this store in trouble financially? I dont seem to carry much inventory anymore. They only have one cashier working even when its busy. Its too bad. We like tractor supply, the store doesnt seem to be up to par with the rest.

Isn’t licensed to sell weed control products that they have all over their shelves. If you can’t sell an item, take it off your shelf. When it looks as though you can sell it, and you can’t, it’s a huge inconvenience to your customers when they travel to pick up the item!

I have shopped at several Tractor Supply stores throughout the US and I usually have a great experience. The Shelton store seems to have supply problems. I go there and I often cannot find what I came there for. The staff has been rude and curt when I ask for help on many occasions. After my last experience there on Wednesday I will not be returning. I hope management or corporate can get to the bottom of the problems here in Shelton. This store is needed and if property managed could be an asset to the community.

Nice open layout, which makes for easy shopping. Parking lot is always impeccably clean, customer service is quick and knowledgeable. What a great addition to our town.

This tractor supply usually had what you need. But the stock can be affected by the seasonal work. Sometimes I wish this place had more stocking availability.

Went there today to buy 12 bags of feed. I checked the parking lot for a flat cart, found none, checked the store and found none. Asked the checker where to look for one he said the front parking lot or the cart return. I told him I had already checked them. He than turned from me and totally ignored me. This is the last straw. They never have what I’m looking for or it’s sold out and they don’t know when they will get it in. I have tried for months to buy cattle protein tubs and they say they have them then they are for horses...this is constant.. Wilco or Coastal please come to Shelton!

Good variety of things. Fills a hole in Sheltons retail scene. Except I keep forgetting there here as there out on the highway.

Stores are suppose to help customers. An old man needed a price check on an item he was purchasing. Neither the cashier or this other worker near by assembling a cardboard display would help him even after i pointed out that it simply takes walking back there and checking. This all happened after the guy in front of me and I gave each other looks because the cashier had to talk to the guy in front of him for 15 minutes. She said shes new, but dont they train these people in customer service? I will go to the port orchard store from now on.

Very not helpful.They did not have propane tanks of any kind... Even though the website says theyre ready for pick-up in store today. And none of the employees would tell me when theyre getting more... Its the middle of winter and I need it to heat my travel trailer.

Great place. The employees will go out of thete way to assist you. I recently bought two safes that they delivered when thr delivery company would not come to my house.

This place has pretty decent stuff all around. The staff is always friendly and ready to help. Whether it be basic farm tools, all the way up to more industrial equipment, you can find a lot of what you need here. They always have new seasonal items, so if youre gardening in the summer, or getting big, heavy jackets in the winter, this is always a good place to check first.

Great hours and very helpful. When calling 20 minutes before they closed their sales associate grabbed the part I needed and held it up front so I was in and out quick their prices are fair and inventory is great. Ill continue going here for all my home and yard needs!

Friendly, convenient access, pet friendly. I like the dog washing room. Also the low-cost vet access.

The worst TSC location I have been to. Many items are Always out of stock, pine shavings are soaked through the bag, staff is rude, I live in Shelton but kick myself every time I dont just drive down to Olympia and avoid the headache this store causes.

Great deer feed, it’s the corn, grain and molasses mix, for goats and other animals but the store clerk said it was most popular with people for deer, the deer came 3 times in one day, they loved it

Has anyone else had issues with ducklings from here? It could be my shortcomings, but 50% of ducklings bought in several different batches and my friend buying them at different times (whom is very good at raising poultry) have died despite all efforts of nutrition and temperature management.

I took my dog there to use the dog wash station. The staff was welcoming and helpful to show me the room and explain all the items that were available to me to use to care for my dog. The wash room was clean and well stocked with every item needed to properly groom a dog. The staff made me and my dog feel welcome. The cashier even gave my dog a treat as I checked out. I will definitely be a returning customer!

Ive always been greeted by friendly and knowledgeable staff. Buying food and other supplies for my cats and dog. Ive used the service of a veterinarian staff on weekends and understand there is a self wash dog station. Ive purchased items from fireplace heaters to garden and yard supplies. This store has it all. From a to z they have it.... the best part by far is the personalized proffessional help available right when you need it. Tractor supply is worth a visit. I go there first to meet most of my needs.

My very first visit was a few days ago and I couldnt have been more happy with the building, the prices nor the customer service. The staff was great, the store was clean, the other patrons said hello and we passed by each other. I felt I was in another world. I went in looking for superior quality waterproof work boots and they had a great selection and 1/2 sizes and Widea available. It was perfect. Thank you Tractor Supply ... keep up the great work.

I used to love tractor Supply when it was in its old location. But ever since they moved and changed from dells to tractor Supply they seem to be consistently out of everything we used to buy. I know several people that have switched to other local stores. So sad 😣

This store is massively disorganized and there is a serious lack of customer service. Other reviews claiming this store has good customer service must be smoking the really good stuff. The shelves consistently look like black Friday shelves or the day after Christmas year round. The customer service manager literally runs from you or sighs heavily as if she just cant even the whole time she is helping you. Other associates that are young seem to be trying to help but seriously lack guidance.

By far the broadest selection and best pricing on tractor parts over the usual local parts and hardware stores. Come here first for your lawn tractor cutting deck and drive belts -save big$$$!Also very competitivly priced and well stocked in anything else you may need for home, garden or farm. Very friendly and helpful sales associates.

I normally love tractor supply but our last stop there was not so pleasant. We went to simply pick up some chicken wire and ended up noticing a great price on a gun safe. (We have been in the market for one for a few months now) We asked an employee about it and if we could see the inside. He was not able to figure out the combo and basically walked off... To keep a long story short THREE employees later still the safe is not open (can’t figure out combo), each employee has blown us off and we are left with no more information but to wait for it to reset. I’m not sure if the employees treated us so poorly because1)We look too young to have money for a gun safe.2)They don’t want to have to deal with the hassleor3) I am a female in my mid 20s doing most the talking and so I shouldn’t be taken seriously. Unfortunately I have seen this a lot in this kind of industry, especially being a female hunter.We would have purchased this safe same day if we could have just gotten some decent help.

Was looking for a new hammer and a drill to replace the one I broke. I didnt wanna tell my work I broke my drill so I made a emergency trip to buy a new one. Good prices and they helped me out.

Helpful experiences and friendly help. I buy mostly food for my pets and related supplies. They have an excellent self wash for dogs and vet services on certain days. They of course have farm home yard and building supplies. One stop shopping for all your needs. Well worth a visit. One visit will get you hooked. zsl

I have never had a bad experience with Tractor supply. I purchased a couple baby ducks and the sales associate was very helpful with what I was going to need to raise them.

I went there to buy hay. They had some loose bales and gave me a good deal! They have different varieties of hays and grasses. The staff is very kind.

They are very fast and knowledgeable Ive come to the store a few times now for drills to dog food and they have always had plenty in stock. Plus they sell chicks and ducks and they always fun for the kids.

Worst customer service ever,even Walmart has better customer service. Rude cashier,no one to help lift 50 pound bags of feed for me no prices on the products. Was told it could be a while when I asked the cashier if I could get some carry out service.

Wonderful customer service. Much better selections than the former Dels stores. A lot of tractor and trailer components. Horse care, dog and cat care, chickens, goat care all sorts of farm animal supplies, wormers and shots. If you cannot carry your purchases, they will load it for you.

Pet washing station is perfect for big dogs. They provide everything you could possibly need for an amazing price!!! Well definitely be going back - Gunner loved his after bath treat!!!!

Great place to find almost anything you need for the ranch & house. Anything to do with farm animals, fencing, machinery, clothing, domestic animals, and all the things Ive forgotten to mention. Even toys for the kiddies.

Used the dog self wash station for our two dogs for the first time. Great facility for a great price. Step up wash bays both our medium sized dogs fit in, shampoo, conditioner of different varieties, towels, dryer, nail clippers, brushes... all provided for $10/dog.

This chain is a Mecca for farm and tractor implement supply. Lots of variety, clothing, pumps & animal feeders. We would recommend this chain.

Disappointed in consistency of stock. Staff is great.. Corporate not so much! Sure miss our home town businesses and hate supporting the giant proprietary Corporation s who dont actually care for clients.

Came here to buy a safe. People were rude and had no clue what was going on. Asked someone a question about the safe. All I got for a response was that he has only been working there for 4 days. Didnt direct us to anyone else. Just kept saying hes new and walked away. Will never go back.

A nice compliment to our small town hardware stores here in Shelton. They seem to have the items that Toziers and Pro build do not carry for your garden or homestead, and dont have the things that the other two excel at. So a good addition to the community without killing small business

They have lots of little odds and ends that we can use around the house or for our business. They have saved us a trip to Home Depot several times. Im really glad they opened their new location on the 101.

This store closes whenever they want. My husband called yesterday to see what time they close, and he showed up an hour before the time they said they would be closing, but there was nobody in sight. This happens FREQUENTLY. They also refuse to sell us hay if they already closed the doors to the hay garage, which is usually well before they close for the night. This often results in my animals not having hay for a day. Very, very disappointing.

I went here with my husband for the first time. Our trip was to look for cat food (because Wal-Mart wasnt carrying our brand anymore) and we were curious about the selection. We ended up being able to compare a few foods and found one we are excited to try. Andrea helped me at the register and she got me signed up for the free club that sends me coupons! Very happy with my service and we will definitely be going back.

This place has a bit of everything from food for farm animals to nice brand name shoes and clothes, Nik Naks and Georgia work boots, really cute Keen shoes and boots.

Nice employees, but please please get more help. Wait to get bags of feed, then wait in long line for 1 cashier to pay and then wait to get feed loaded and then wait in back to get rest of items loaded. 40 minutes to get a few items.

I sure do miss Dells. TSC is so unorganized...last Dec Went in to buy a safe.they did not have the one I wanted...Talk to a guy and asked him if he could get the one I wanted? He was unsure and I asked him to get back to me? Left my # never got a call....Went to Wilco..Saved 100 bucks!!! And had it delivered for 60 bucks. I went to the Tsc today to get dewormer and dog food and they were all out??? I was told it would be in last thur? They do not care about us and the corporate attitude is to much! I will not go to a tSC ever again.They suck and a waste of time...I will drive to a smaller store and get what I want...and Not have to rely on TSC= TERRIBLE SERVICE CENTERS...Wilco is much better

One of the best hardware stores I have ever been in. They are a Home Depot Lowes McLendons and Ace Hardware combined and add a feed store on to that for livestock and pets. The prices are great in the store layout is one of the best layouts Ive ever seen

Horrible customer service out back. We were waiting to get 9 bags of pellets, no biggy, you need to wait your turn. The employees all took off after these guys got done securing their load, we pulled up and an employee walked by, I said excuse me sir, I know he heard me. Went on got the pellets, didnt say one word. Dan said thank you, the guay just turned around and walked off. It was just so wierd, ackward, and uncomfortable. Felt a little bit confused.

Helpful employees alot of them know what they are talking about even when im looking for bolts for an automotive application. Plus there prices on nuts bolts and other hardware is really affirdable compared to anywhere else in town. The store is really clean and friendly always some one close willing to help.

Truly amazing variety of products at some pretty darn good prices. I spend more money there than I should because my wife is always insisting we stop there so she can gat another huge can of peanuts!
