I hate going inside to pick up my scripts. There is always a long line and they take forever. Very slow. I recommend staying in your car at the pharmacy pickup call the number and they will bring it to you. So much faster!

Always blames the insurance company, yet i go to another pharmacy and they fill it with no problems. Quit wasting my time!

Never have a problem unless they are out of what I need. Usually can get it in a day. Never have any issues with the staff. Some are more friendly than others but thats life were not all the same. Dealing with the public isnt always a joy!!

Pharmacy techs are always kind enough to help me find the best pricing for my meds.

This is the worst Walmart Pharmacy I have even been to. We are told my sons medicine is in line to be filled and it would take about 15 - 20 min. A little over 15 min goes by and my wife receives a text from the pharmacy saying they are out of my sons medicine. We talk to a different person at the pharmacy who doesnt understand what the system is telling him, so he ask a girl what the code in the system means. The pharmacy tech says they are out of the medicine, but it will be here Thursday. She offers to call other Walmarts to see if they have it. As she is doing this a pharmacist says they have the medicine my son needs, it just is in a bigger bottle. Really why wasnt that mentioned in the first place!!!!

Customer service is horrible very rude Red haired lady. (Fake red) if she doesn’t like her job get a different position. Customer service isn’t for everyone and yes I’m sure that she deals with a lot of rude people however not everyone is rude so don’t be rude to others because of how you are treated by others. Btw I wasn’t the only person she was rude too there were multiple people in line and not one person was rude and she was beyond rude to them.

Id give these people zero stars if I could!!! I have had a problem every single time I have tried to pick up a prescription here. They constantly say they have it in stock then I drive all the way there and nothing, half the time its not even ordered and I have to wait even longer for vital medication.Not to mention no one at the registers ever seem to know what they are doing and they dont have a drive thru so prepare to stand in the worlds longest line no matter what time of day you come in.Pharmacists are the only ones that seem to care about whats going on but that doesnt really help when no one knows how to do there job or cares. Im sure theres a technician or two in there that care but its hard to notice given the circumstances.If you have to use a Walmart pharmacy in this area go to the one off FM 1417. They are always exceptional, friendly, prompt, and they are the only one in the area with a drive thru for convenience.

My mom had emergency surgery. The day she was released from the hospital, we had to pick up her medicine, but there was an issue with the insurance. I was absolutely exhausted, after only getting a few hours sleep over the previous week, so had trouble even explaining what we needed to happen. The pharmacist and staff were so very kind and helped me through the process. It ended up taking awhile, which wasnt their fault, but I truly appreciated everything they did to help. Ive had bad experiences before with other pharmacies being unsympathetic and unhelpful, so this was quite a welcome relief. The pharmacist even wished everyone well and said he hoped I got some rest. Wow - wish every company had people like this!

I cannot fault the pharmacy when there are issues that involves dealing with the insurance providers. But I can fault the pharmacy for the rudemess of the staff. Let me say that some of their staff are exceptional, but another is not qualified to work on the business end of a mop. I have experienced price issues for over a year with wjat my out of pocket money. I was told by a supervisory person at the pharmacy to question each purchase until we are sure problem is rectified. I requested 5 refills. Got text message saying they were ready and would cost ~ $51. When I was picking the meds up I was told the cost was ~ $112. I showed them the text message from Wal Mart Pharmacy with the $51 quote. They said that didnt matter, the price was $112. The Lady said she would call these people and let me know the results, but she felt sure the $112 was correct. Two days pass and I dont hear anything. I call to inquire, and made contact with a very rude person. She informed me that she had overheard my previous conversation and why didnt I just listen to the clerk when she told me the price was $112... And why should I get a call back when the clerk had already given me the correct price.... I told her it was a thing called Courtesy. She kept on her rant. I told her that I felt she was very rude, and me, being a customer would not tolerate her actions.After researching with my insurance the $112 price was correct. Past discrepancies that Wal Mart acknowledges was their fault and the text price of $51 was reasons for questioning.Changed pharmacy..... Same meds, less stress......
