I have been waiting for almost a year for the remaining pieces of my furniture, the customer service is horrible!!!! Literally they do not care, they brought me the wrong size rails to my bedding, I called the warehouse which they go through and got complained I shouldn’t be calling but I’m so over and fed up, I paid everything off and have not received anything, SO DO YOUR SELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT BUY ANYTHING, I REPEAT ANYTHING FROM THOS STORE!!!!!! THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER!!!!! IM WAITING ON A VANITY, COUCH SET, THE REST OF MY BED SET, they have gave me the run around for a year now!!!!! I made this purchase last OCTOBER, SEEK A BETTER PLACE, IF I COULD GO BACK FROM WORKING WITH MARCEL, I WOULD!!!! He’s the manager those of you. Waiting for your furniture post with a comment I’ll give you the contact if needed!!! When I went in to complain there was 3 other people complaint too!!! SERIOUSLY DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I really like more of the ornate dressers and chest with the gold leafing and some of the accent lights that hang from the ceiling . I only wished that some of the couch sets came in more colors is all I really have bad to say. I love how this store is payed out, everything flows pretty well and easy to see everything. There are a few things my husband and I will be getting here and will have a send some friends this way.

Purchased a vanity mirror, was not bright enough like the impressions mirrors. Since the building has walls made out of glass the sun makes it hard to see how truly dim the vanity lighting is. Unfortunately the mirror is not compatible with impression bulbs

At first I was iffy about coming into the store just because of the past reviews, decided to give them a chance though. VERY HAPPY with my experience! Alisha, my sales rep, greeted me in the door and asked if I needed assistance at the time I didnt since I was just looking around so she gave me time to look. This beautiful bed and vanity caught my eye, I asked Alisha for information on the items as well as their finance options, she was very helpful! I ended up buying both items and received my delivery early in the morning! Perfect to go out and buy new decorations for the rest of the day! Will for sure be coming back to purchase a new living room set, especially since they have amazing prices :)

Amazing! Great furniture and cool decorations. They have a section just for kids! They also have kitchen sets, bedroom sets, and living room sets. The televisions were very high pixel, high quality, and high FPS. Its just a little expensive for my taste. Id give a 9/10 but I cant do that so Im going with 8/10.

This is a shady business place. I paid money for a bedroom set and a bed and nothing got delivered but my credit card got charged. I tried calling the owner of business multiple ties but no use. Be careful and dont make any advance payments to this business.

At first they were helpful but they delivered the wrong sofa and they told us that they were going to deliver the rugs that I purchased along with the sofa but they did not deliver the rugs so I had to go pick them up. When I tried to call them to tell them that they did not deliver the right sofa, they did not answer the phone!

I am so over this store. I ordered a bed from these people a year or so ago and i’m finally ready to get it delivered. I was told by Marcel, that everything was taken care of and that my delivery was set up. I called two days prior to my delivery date just to hear from the front desk woman that there was no nothing on schedule for my bed to be delivered. I’m moving on Saturday, and the earliest she told me it could be delivered is Tuesday (I wouldn’t be surprised if they delayed it after that). Marcel lied to my face and told me that I was set up he even took down my new address. When I spoke to the lady at the desk she had never heard of my new address or even me being on the schedule for delivery. My mother had a bad experience at this store as well and issues with delivery. I will not be purchasing from them again, I only gave them two stars because I like my bed and I was just being generous. I could go into more detail, but if you are looking for timely delivery in customer service, this is not the store for you.

Buyers beware!!! Purchased some furniture from this establishment and never received items that were supposed to be delivered. No one called me to inform what was going on. I called continuously and they promised items were on the way, but still no items. Got my husband involved and now we are in the process of going to get our refund on tomorrow. No apologies whatsoever.😡😡😡 So disappointed!!! I only live 14 miles away!!! Update... went to get our refund another manager helped us and told us items weren’t even in stock!!! Buyers beware!!! Wish I had of read these reviews. My delivery was to he the second truck delivery. It 4 and no delivery. I have called numerous times and keep getting a later time. I have had to change my schedule on my only day off. Never again with this place. Now to wait to see what condition my furniture is in.

I’ve spent 10k cash with this business on 2 bedroom sets and I would much rather throw it into the wind before I give them the option to receive another cent from me! Extremely satisfied customer! Went in initially after seeing a pic of a beautiful bed. Sales lady quoted me a price but I told her I would come back. I ended up going back a few weeks later, sales guy quoted me a way higher price than initially. I let him know about the lower price and they were able to meet it! They even threw in free delivery. The bed came a couple days later. Unfortunately the footboard was damaged upon opening the box. For my trouble Bryan and the other staff that was with him told me they would throw in a free box spring since they would have to come back! They came two days later to set everything up and I am more than happy with my purchase! I will be ordering a sectional from them next month.

I wish I could give 0 starI ordered a sectional and was told it’s on stock and they will deliver in one week, on the delivery day they called me saying the item is out of stock and I have to wait 6 more weeks; I asked the lady to cancel the order, she said they will charge me 30% for canceling. I went to the store and picked another sectional and was told it will deliver in one week, as I was leaving she called me and said it will take 2 weeks, after 2 weeks the waited on the delivery day and nothing showed up, I called and she said I have to wait 4 more days I asked for express delivery she said they charge me more. Still didn’t deliver, and again for 2 more times I received texts saying they will deliver and nothing happen. Finally I was able to cancel and get my money back.

Very unprofessional businessAfter I purchased a king size bed and a dresser. They didnt give me a scheduled delivery time because they said they would call me a day before the delivery. Then it took them more than a week to have the bed and the dresser delivered to my house. However, they got me a wrong bed frame and 2 broken drawers on the dresser. I called them up and they said they would schedule another for delivery and replace the new dresser drawers.Again I waited more than a week to hear from them to deliver me the bed frame. This time, they brought me the right bed frame, however, the drawer on the bed was also damaged! It seems they cant deliver anything without it being broken!Moreover, the manager spoke on the phone with me said he would give me a discount for the delay and expected to see that on the next billing period. I never got the discount.In the end, nothing changed as they promised. NO replacement nor discount on the transaction.This company is a far worse than Ashley, Nebraska, and Rooms 2 go.The worst experience I have ever had buying furniture!

We ordered on 3/19 and they said it would be delivered by 3/25 and I would get a confirmation text the day before. The day before comes NO text... I call in and the guy I spoke with completely blew off my concern for not getting the confirmation text. So expected delivery day comes and NOTHING! No call, email, smoke signal NOTHING. I wait until about 4pm and call “your bed isn’t in stock” I go up there the lady says it’s in stock I don’t know why it wasn’t delivered. I can reschedule you for 03/31. Still no delivery at 6:30pmI tell her fine I’ll go pick it up just refund me for the delivery and the mattress since you said it’s not in stock. She says “I can’t refund you more the mattress we have a restocking fee”I ask for the manager and the decided to cancel my whole order and now I’m bedless.

To be honest I was a little skeptical to purchase from here due to the reviews. However, we did end up purchasing a vanity and had nothing but a positive experience. From pricing (which they gave the best price around) to purchase to pickup the customer service was great. At pickup, the owner of the store happened to be at the warehouse...there was going to be a bit of a wait to get our items as there was larger scheduled pickups in front of us but he quickly grabbed our invoice and located our product and loaded us up and sent us on our way. After pick up we had a question about the item we purchased, sent pics to them describing our question and they immediately responded and sent a tech out the next day just to make sure everything was okay and setup correctly.So glad we gave Signature Furniture a chance!

He promises you a deliver or your items to even be available & they never are! I have been waiting on my sons bed, 2 tables, a pic, 2 rugs, a mattress, for over a year! This furniture store is fraudulent and must be stopped. I paid for a bed (full payment) and they said they would deliver it in 2 weeks which I had no problem with. On the delivery day they forgot about my delivery I had to ask 🙄and they then scheduled it 2 days later telling me it was guaranteed(lies). No one came....they made me wait all day with no communication. Still haven’t received it absolutely disappointed. I truly wish I never walked into this store.I ended up getting a refund after a month of lies from them. My husband had to go in the store to get my money back because they kept giving me the run around. They should be investigated for scamming people

On May 3 2021 I came to the store in search for a vanity set for a mothers day gift for my wife. I was asked if I needed help they showed me the vanity sets I purchased a set and they told me it was going to be delivered on Saturday. I received it on Saturday around 7:00pm. Drivers where friendly and the sales staff was friendly.

I walked in looking for a sectional and Angie was kind enough to help me out with my merchandise and the service was really good.

Misleading information specially on the prices. The prices they are giving is too pricey, I got mine in other store for a very very good price. They sell it $800 something, but when you ask other person, It’s different price again. Some will tell you $600+ the lowest they can give. But I got it from other store for only $400+ see the difference it’s too big.

I really love their items - I went into the store excited and ready to order! None I mean NONE of the staff wore masks. People were walking in and out with no masks. There were at least 5 workers in the store maskless. The sales person asked me did I want to look thru the catalog and I agreed but asked if I could do so from my car as none of his staff had on masks. He offered to put on a mask but as I stated NONE of y’all have masks on. He didn’t trust me to look thru his catalog from my car which is clearly parked immediately in front of his store. Today is January 2, 2021. I like the furniture but not enough to die for it. Thanks but no thanks.

PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HEREthis place is scam and the owner whose name is marcel which is not his real name, he is the worst person i have ever meet. I paid full payment for my bed mattress and sofa on June and still havent got full staff. He kept saying he will deliver but those are all lies. Next week i will make police complaint about this place. The positive reviews u guys are seeing those all r lying and they made it. Beware of this furniture store. They are liars and will scam you. Went with my mom to buy a dining table set during the third of week of November. Marcel promised us a brand new table and six chairs after I paid cash. The day of delivery, they brought us the table and two chairs that were on display at the store. Both were wobbly and had dents. Nobody called to inform me that an incomplete order was being delivered. I called the store and was put on hold several times. No apologies or explantions given. Marcel promised me that he would deliver the next day. Of course it never came. I called him. This went on for about three weeks. He said it would be coming and I would trust him. He never called me once. I would always have to call and follow up. After three weeks, I was fed up and asked for a refund. He agreed and asked me to come to the store. That same day somebody else called me from store and informed me that Marcel no longer works there and they have a new manager. They said to come to the store and they would help me. I went to the store and asked for a refund but Malik, the new manager, said it’s not possible because of a restocking fee. He said to pick out new chairs that would match the table that I had. I did so because I had no choice. The chairs were delivered to my house but one was damaged. After assembling one, I noticed they didn’t match the table that I had. I went to the store with my husband and brother and saw that Marcel still works there. Malik threatened to hit my husband. We left and came back a few days later to select a rug that they would be giving us for free. At that time they also told us the original chairs were available and would be shipped to us in two days. Of course that didn’t happen. Nothing was delivered. And I haven’t contacted them again because they are liars who scam their customers. Beware and stay away from them. We ended up ordering the original chairs on our own from somewhere else. Stay away from this place. Marcel and Malik are liars. They keep telling you that the furniture is on its way but it never is.

I typically don’t do this but I have too. This store is a scam. I bought a sofa there and omg it was nightmare. After months of calling them for my delivery, it was even harder to get my money back. Do yourself a favor, don’t even think about buying something there. If I could give 0 star, I would gladly do it.

Furniture store is an excellent place to get house full of furniture. The owner is Super nice. Delivery in a timely manner. Juanita is great. She is Excellent on keeping you informed about your order when it arrives and when to expect delivery. Apologetic when it’s something you want but not in store. All employees that’s there are great but I have to say my favorite would have to be Juanita. Keep up the good work guys!!!!

This business is not honest at all. I purshased a mattress and they delivered a wrong one . I went there in person several times and also called but they kept promising to come change it which they never did. I have never been more disappointed in a local business
