At the store in Siloam Springs, ask for Riky. He is extremely smart, polite and will help answer or fix your phone issues. He is the only reason we shop at that at&t store. He goes above and beyond. That kiddo deserves a raise. :) 😀

Last week I went into the Siloam Springs AT&T store and George helped me out! He was fantastic. He was eager to help me find a new phone that would work for me and my wallet. He got me a great deal and helped me even save some money. He set me up with the IPhone 11 with some cool accessories and even talked me into purchasing a pair of air pods. I have always had a very easy experience when I go into this store.

Luke was the most amazing sells rep I have ever worked with. He help us select a phone that met our needs and set it up. He was willing to go above and beyond to help us. I was stressed going in thinking I was going to loss everything on my phone and left with everything being save. He was patient as we worked to get by phone to charge enough to may this all happen. All sells people should take lessons from him.

Greg was the coolest AT&T representative we’ve ever had! Me and my husband went in there to get a watch for my birthday and walked out actually saving money on our bill per month! Him and Jaeda kept us laughing the whole time we were in there! Absolutely loved our experience and will definitely go here for future business and questions! Thanks guys!!!

So the service from the young lady at the AT&T in Siloam was horrible. She was rude doesn’t tell you the truth about your service. Service was set up incorrectly and then when called them on it they denied that. Won’t let you return phone even if it’s under the 14 days. DON’T go there they are a third party to AT&T. Horrible Horrible service 👎

Went in with a question about an email I had received. Stood near the door for awhile trying to figure out which people were customers and which were workers. There was no greeting when I arrived, no “I’ll be with you shortly”, etc... Finally realized that there was one employee and all the other people were customers waiting to be waited on. Customer service definitely needs to be improved. I really don’t want to have to drive to the Springdale store, but most of the time I think I would be better off.

I purchased an I phone 11 from Apple and the associate I spoke with when I called to make an appointment to get my phone set up, she rudely said if I didnt purchase phone from their store then they wont set up the phone for me because Im a prepaid customer. Thats odd because I purchased a Google phone from purchasing power three years ago and took it in and they set it up for me. This associate is uncaring, rude and gives ATAnd T a bad name. I will move my business elsewhere.

Finally, someone that could help me. I spent over 3 1/2 hours on the phone with ATT only to be told that I need to go to a store. Went to Siloam Springs ATT and Jade got EVERYTHING done that I needed for my account. Thank you Jade for your patience and fixing my account.

Nothing to write home about. They have very little inventory and a small staff. Not sure if this is a franchise or how it works but seems to be doing as little as possible to keep the doors open. If you need help from an AT&T store I’d head south to Rogers, AR Pinnacle Hills boulevard. Much much better store.

I am an 18 year AT@T customer. Last year I went to the store in Siloam Springs and purchased an I phone 8plus. Under the promotion I received a second one free. Problem is it was not free. I have paid for both. Their reason why was because I did not activate the phones on the day of purchase. That is true. I bought both phones on December 8th i activated one on Christmas for my daughter and the second I activated the next month when my brother became an AT&T member on my account. The AT&T sales person knew this because I told him exactly what I was doing. If at that time he would have told me I needed to activate the phones at time of purchase I would have. That would have cost me 0.00. Instead I have had to pay $1000.00 extra. I have talked to everyone to allow AT@T time to fix this. It has been over a year. I have 9 months to pay the remainder of my obligations. I am an honorable person. When that is done I will be moving my 9 line account to another carrier. Goodbye by AT@T.

After an hour online, went to the store and was told I should just go online, then calling customer service and being on for an hour then disconnected, and another 30 min with another rep on the phone, who ended up telling me to go online—— this not-so-merry-go-round FINALLY ended with a trip back to the store when I knew Luke was working. Customer service is a dying art that AT&T needs to value more highly. At this point we are only staying on AT&T because we know that Luke will help us sort out the issue, no matter what. He is professional, friendly, quite knowledgeable, patient, and kind. Clone him!!

Its hard to get anything done there.. not because they dont want to help you but because there is only ever 1 person working and tons of people waiting... They have good customer service they just need more people working to service the customer.. *waited almost 2 hrs just to pay a bill and decided to leave and Ill just have to check back the next day.

Thought I was getting hooked up with a great deal from a friend anyway she lied threw he teeth about my contract being bought over only had half my money to pay the Verizon contract so200$ short because she loaded me up with some Bluetooth speaker, nice charger and case and I asked her is this gonna come out of my money for the contract she said on no youll get 568 or so thats what I paid to close my contract with Verizon. Anyways dont buy from Jade she lies.

Do not use this store, the staff I dealt with was very limited in his knowledge on 9-16-16 at 5:30 pm.Had problems with ios10 update and the kid wantd to send telephone back to apple on a warrenty issue, I explained that I would do a factory reset before I sent the phone back to apple and he became very hateful so I left, this store will no longer receive any of my business as this young man was either lazy or incompetent!
