We called the store to see if they had any of the new Xbox consoles. They ended up having one and they held it for us while we drove 40 minutes to pick it up. They were so helpful and so kind with everything we needed. I highly recommend this store.

Called about some information about the new Xbox they said no one would know any information until after they closed which no one would answer their phone to help once I did try to call and find out. Poorly managed release.

Pre-ordered xbox series x, manager was polite and great with the customers considering the nightmare with the new console releases.

This place is poorly ran an they will also lie to their customers. I see the other reviews an they must be smoking crack. By far the worst gamestop in the area. I would recommend a different gamestop.

Been here several times now. Staff is always very friendly and laid back. Its like shooting the #*@+ with my friends. Good selection, knowledgeable employees.

Not sure what makes this a prestige GameStop. All the other GameStops Ive been to look exactly like this one.Did an online order and staff was able to quickly confirm it before the pickup. Service was fast and friendly. Barely talked to anyone at all -- just the way I liked it.

Best Gaming Store ever! I have shopped for games here for a long time and the employees are always nice and eager to help you find the game or console you are looking for. Great Game deals, the only thing I say I dont like is the trade in credit but truthfully that doesnt matter to me. You are in and out in 5 minutes or less. The employees also like to talk to you about gaming and they can answer any question you might have about a game. I love the Siloam Springs Location.

Worst experience how they gonna put out a little paper sign they going to lunch at 6:50 pm when they close at 8???? So only one person works there? That’s why they getting shut down

Hours have changed since December. They now close an hour earlier then what shows in the picture.Went in at closing to get a game and me not knowing anything about the game I had lots of questions and the gentleman helping me I think his name was Christopher was so helpful!! He did not try to rush me out the door just because it was closing time like most small stores will do and it also being a weekend I was very impressed. First time in this store and it will be the only One I will ever shop at again.

The staff is always friendly and easy to talk to with a ready recommendation. I will always purchase new systems through them with the extra warrantee, it is well worth it.
