I believe this is more of a national issue. I would like to upgrade a phone but since I am a loyal customer they want twice the price. Cell service coverage is fine but buyer beware Cricket does not value loyal customers. August 2020 update just talked with Cricket customer care and they confirmed the two tier phone price system. Just can not understand why a company would value new customers more than existing ones. I have been with Cricket for many years and they do not appreciate my business at all.

My husband and I just switched my phone over to his plan, and the staff was super friendly and helpful through it all! We encountered a few technical difficulties and had to call their support system, but they handled the situation professionally and were very gracious! Plus, their service costs are unbeatable!! I couldn’t be more pleased!

My mom and I purchased a new Iphone here today. The customer service was excellent. Moriah C helped us out hugely, and patiently answered all our questions with regards to the product. She was lovely to talk to. We got a great deal, and left very satisfied. Thanks so much, guys!

Service is horrible, customer service is rude, they will intentionally sell you the wrong merchandiseeven after telling them the specific item youre there for, doesnt have sign regarding the no return or exchange policy hung to where people can see it. Will never get our business again.
