Friendly helpful employees. Store no longer carries cases or screen protectors for the phone I upgraded to 6 months ago & was getting my replacement phone thru insurance...so I guess when it breaks again (b/c ... no screen protector) they can let me $15 of the copays, for the new phone, since that what a protector would have cost me, instead of the $50? B/c that seems only fair

This is the only store I will deal with! Jesse and his crew are the best! They are amazing, I ported over from cricket and broke my phone about a week later, luckily they had gave me the insurance and it covered my phone! I just had to pay a very reasonable deductible and my new phone was overnighted to my house. To the Karen that was in the store when I talked to them about replacing my phone, no its not their fault that YOU broke YOUR phone. You were very rude to them and they dont deserve the attitude that you gave them!

Never again. Go to ANY store but that one. Basically if I am planning on dropping money in your store dont make me feel like a burden you dont want to deal with. Thankfully the Rogers store got me fixed up. Never again. Metro your long time customers should matter. We all get you want new business but doing it at the expense of your loyalty base is bad business. There should NOT be over $100.00 difference for a long time customer to buy a better phone and a newb buying the same phone. That is just BAD business sense. Your employee there has a horrible attitude and doesnt belong in customer service. That is not his niche.

The people at this store is extremely friendly, they are very knowledgeable about the service, prices, and the phones. The prices are ok, I cant say the best for someone with my budget. I just know that Metro by T-Mobile is by far the best phone service in the world and I speak for the ones that Ive told, who switched from AT&T, Verizon, or Straight Talk, to Metro by T-Mobile and they said its the best switch theyve ever made. The store is clean, the atmosphere is friendly, the employees are very cool. I actually consider them as friends. They will help with whatever needs done even if it means calling technical support and solving the problem for you. Theres companies out there with promotions that if you switch you get so much off. Not here. You switch and you get a free phone, of course from the qualifying phones but some of them are pretty fancy. All you pay is the first months bill, the activation fee, and I believe the SIM card. I started Metro by T-Mobile around a year ago and I walked out paying $79 for a ZTE Blade Z Max with the $50 a month plan which now includes 100GB of Google One storage and insurance. Everything is truly unlimited and I havent found a data cap. Ive purposely ran my data over 50GB watching YouTube, Netlfix, playing online only games, downloading random games and the speed never dropped. The coverage is amazing too, where i lost service with Verizon, AT&T, Sprint, and Straight Talk. Metro by T-Mobile will hold strong. Their insurance is only $6 extra per month, per device. Once you make you claim and pay your deductible, its in your mailbox the next day. Only on business days though. If you put in a claim on Friday, youll have the new phone on Monday. Youll know your deductible by checking out their insurance. My Blade is Tier 2 which means I pay a $50 deductible instead of $300 for a new phone. Tier 3 is $100 and Tier 1 is $20. I know this, Ive had to use it and it works and they go through every time.I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THIS STORE AND SERVICE AND I STRESS THIS UNTIL MY FACE TURNS BLACK AND BLUE FROM LACK OF OXYGEN!!!! THERES NO BETTER PHONE SERVICE IN THE WORLD!!!!!!

I bought a phone yesterday and it has the same problem as my last phone service is terrible on the Motorola this is the second one I bought the first was $30 this one was $165 and they work the same Im very disappointed in my metro service I took this phone back to metro to trade it for the same one I bought for my wife because the whole time I didnt have service hers was fine it took me 45 minutes to get service back and she never lost service at all this will be the last time I by or use metro I will be switching service as soon as I get the money to switch because I think if I buy a phone and the same day I realize Im not satisfied I should be able to exchange or get a refund Id rather have my money back and use a phone that works just as good as the one I had it was a waste of money and really pisses me off that metro wont make it right just pretty much said you win some you lose some not my kind of costumer service thanks for trying though do not use this company

Okay service but ive been waiting on a replacement phone for about 2 months now. When i call to see whats going on, i get told it must be a glitch in our system? like really. I wish i could say theres a glitch in my wallet whenever the bill hasnt been paid. Ugh.

The deals are good at first, but 8 months down the road my phone started messing up and all they told me was insurance doesnt cover it cause they just stop making updates for my kind of phone and it is what it is but heres this new phone all you gotta do is pay 180 for it now

Phone didnt work right from the time I bought it after 8 days of not being able to txt or receive calls the Technician(s) told me that I should take the phone back and get a new one but Metro PCS wouldnt exchange it..do not recommend!
