Everything in the store you can find online cheaper. The employees are usually helpful enough, but honestly dont seem to have much knowledge.

Outstanding service. One employee went home during lunch to bring in his tile saw. He cut the tiles for me and helped with the proper grout to use with installing them. I had a terrible leak in the foundation and really needed his help. I was grateful for his service. Thank you!!

Great all around service

I do all my own home maintenance, and this was going to be my main source of supplies, as i redo my new home -- a big part of the reason for that is 1. its just down the road, so i can walk to it, and 2. i try to support local businesses -- when i went in today, i noticed the prices i was going to pay was higher than up the road at walmart, but i wanted to support this business, so i bought my stuff up to the checker, and as i was checking out she told me, next time you come in, leave your pack at the counter -- so i cancelled the purchase, and there wont be a next time -- if you cant trust a 71 yr old man to not rip you off, i sure cant trust you to leave my pack at your counter -- particularly when my wife can go in with some enormous purse, and thats no problem

Great customer service. Fully stocked hardware store. Sales guy took time to explain everything and demonstrate how the trimmer worked. Carried it to the car and filled trimmer with free gas . Awesome.

Pretty much the same as any hardware store. Thing is, I am used to the layout when it was Mr. Eds. They totally moved just about everything around. Still not used to the layout.

We took a Stihl chainsaw in for repairs. Four calls later (from us to them - we received no calls from them at all) we picked up the chainsaw and it still was not repaired (despite being told parts were ordered and it would be repaired). That was seven weeks of lousy service!

This place has about everything you need in plumbing tools etc. The staff is friendly and helpful, they help you get what you nees, prices are reasonable and not too bad,
