Clean, well organized, good customer service, honest and helpful employees. Employees have knowledge about animals and supplies, and when they dont, they readily attempt to ask others for the answer.

Worst customer service ever. First trip to store very disagreeable to help 70 yr old lady load fencing into truck.2nd trip, leave you in the rain waiting for propane fill. And rude to add.Bad location..slver city nmi

Very nice store staffed with very nice helpful people. We find a very well supplied pet section, storage and buckets/tanks, work clothes and fireplace items. A great selection of toy animals too.We also love their caramel popcorn.

Always kind staff. Picked up some womens tee shirts there and each one was a completely different but the same size and brand... they always have anything I needed when I had my horse and the prices are fair. I wish they had more female steel toe boot options since were in a mining town, it would give us more choices.

I went to visit my daughter in Silver City. I set up a table to sell my homemade jewler, my granddaughter helped me. My daughter Vanessa is very grateful to her bosses for giving her a big opportunity. She enjoys her job., and she always has a big smile. I want to thank Tractor Supply for giving my daughter this opportunity.

Last year we bought some trees from there . We they didnt survive the harsh weather so they exchanged them for us . That was very nice of them . I hope they take this time around .

Tried to buy something located in their outdoor area one evening. Employee that looked like Shreks wife flat out refused, because it was stacked high in their tent, and they were scared because someone fired a shot the other night nearby. Went to Ace Hardware the next day and got what I needed without any whining.

I went in to buy a small cow bell. (For my disabled husband to call me to the bedroom ) Any way I looked around there is so much to see there.I asked an employee where there are in the store shee took me right to them. I was able to get a small enough one thst sounds great.

I like the quality and selection of tools for gardening and yard work. The front end staff is very over extended as people wait to check out while theyre out in the parking lot loading hay or other products.

Started selling propane but only two employees can do it and it is very hit and miss when the are there. Also their equipment is not compatible with many smaller, rv type propane bottles...frustrating.

Tractor supplies is an ok plase to buy cat food and dog food a lot of their items they sell is cheap and made in China and dont last very long if you need some welding rod or some outdoor supplies its a good place to get them
