I came in with my grandma who isn’t very tech savvy, we needed something easy to use and Sergio was great, super helpful! I wasn’t sure what would be best to purchase but he did a great job at explaining which phones would be the easiest to use as well as most beneficial, he really took his time and helped her out with understanding all the features and answered any questions we had. Great experience, and really happy with the help we received. I would give more than 5 stars if I could.

Sergio was great, amazing customer service! He really helped us out and took the time to get us exactly what we needed. He assisted me with the purchase of a new phone and explained everything very clearly, I felt super confident and satisfied with the purchase after hesitating to buy it, but it was worth it. I was also able to receive help with my account which I was having issues with, great service and really friendly overall!

I had the best experience with Sergio, such a great help and hands down one of the best customer service I have ever received! He did a spot on job with explaining the benefits and prices of the new stuff phones we just bought and answered each question in detail that we had. Super friendly and welcoming, he did an amazing job on trying to assure us on which decisions were best! Will definitely be coming back and asking for him!

Jared was super nice and helpful, really took his time to explain the benefits of each promotion when we came to upgrade our phone. We were able to decide on which promotion best suit us ( we were looking for a lower monthly payment) and got us $500 off our total price of the phone! I am not sure what this place has done but the staff are definitely nice and the atmosphere is great. Much better than the ATT on Sycamore.

Karina was awesome! She helped me pick a new phone and was able to check my current plan, upgrade the service and save me money! I’m so glad I came into the store instead of doing it online. Fast, friendly service. Did not feel rushed and had all my questions answered. She even put on the glass screen guard for me before I left.

Ive been to this AT&T branch a couple of times. I came by again today to upgrade my wifes phone. Karina was the person who assisted me today and she was very friendly and helpful. She wasnt pushy with items. She also acknowledged my 9 yr. old daughter and asked her how she was and if she was back in school. Some people ignore kids but the fact that she took the time to talk to her shows that she is not only a good employee but a good person also.

Juan gave outstanding customer service. He informed us of current promotions and deals. He didn’t push them on us but instead treated us with the respect customer service is based on. The experience was so good, I brought my fiancée in to get a screen protector for her phone. We received the same wonderful customer service a second time in a row.

I had an awful experience today with a retailer store in Oxnard on channel island blvd. I left and was not helped. I came to my Simi Valley store and Mike was absolutely phenomenal! So helpful, nice and just straight to the point. Very helpful and took care of everything from start to finish.

Manny and Edberg have been incredibly patient the last two days I’ve come in to help upgrade my phone and to add another line to my account. All laughs and smiles the whole time and we’re very helpful with any questions or concerns I had.

Avoid like the plague.Poor service. Had a 10am appointment. Arrived early. Went up to door at 10 (when they open) and it was locked. Waited around 5-10 minutes and nobody unlocked door. Went to Starbucks next door. By the time I got back (5-10minutes) and checked in they told me I had missed my window and would have to wait behind walk ins. I ended being assisted by the manager who was useless in addressing my issueAlso. To add insult to injury they tried to push me for a 5 star review

This store is the best!! I was sure to make an appointment online prior to visiting the store, because lately wait times at all AT&T stores have been horrific. Apparently I was very lucky because the store was so quiet and after I checked in for my appointment I was helped within minutes. Mike assisted me and was so enthusiastic, helpful, and thorough. He made sure I was completely satisfied with my service and gave me tips for my plan and making my next visit even easier. Mike was wonderful and provided 5 star service.For reference, my appointment was 11:30am on a Friday.In the past I went to the Topanga Woodland Hills store and waited an hour after check-in for an appointment. This store is the way to go!

I went to AT&T in SIMI Valley at the town center location. I went there to to get a phone, when we arrived we were greeted by Jared. He was very professional and gave great customer service. He went through everything we wanted to know, answered all of our questions even though we were a little tough on him lol. We were there for at least two hours and he never gave a bad attitude, he was very articulate and very helpful. Because of Jared we ended up getting the new 12.9 iPad Pro along with the iPhone 11. I would definitely recommend this store and Jared to friends and family. Thank you Jared for making our visit pleasant.

This place has gone down hill in service based on my last experience this past Saturday after dealing with a clown named Jared. Jared prefers to give customers attitude instead of being a professional at his job and providing good customer service. Ill be switching carries. AT&T management should take the proper steps and correct this incredibly bad employees performance before they lose more customers thanks to him. I have been with AT&T since it was Cingular (early 2000’s). It’s a shame.
