I was helped by Cynthia, she transferred the things from my old phone that were able, and was very pleasant to talk with, even brought my phone out to me at my car.

Very upset with this store I just purchased a phone 4 days ago I was told the phone would be $179 I was charged $350 I live off of social security I cant afford this I have cancer and I need to have a phone went into the store today to return it the manager was so rude and I was told we dont return phones after 14days then it was 7 days I purchased it 4 days ago this manager at the Simi valley store off first st needs to redo her training and learn some manners

Was helping a friend so we went to this story, the girl that help us was very nice, transferring everything into my friend new phone 📲 she went the extra mile per say, my friend was totally happy.

I have no problems with Boost Mobile but these small franchise stores here in Simi Valley could really use some help from Corp. I believe that since we live in the USA and English is our primary language, well then store front advertising should be English 1st. And no Im not prejudice so dont get offended.

Ayi they are the worst, Allan charged me $ 288 and I did not return the Kieran they are thieves Allan collected that money on November 16 and I have been claiming my money for almost three months and they do not want me to return it, they are rats in my own face Ive been robbed. Those from boss mobile in Simi valley are thieves allan and the others who are ayi 😡
