Amazing experience. I have been to multiple tmobile stores( and over the phone support) and always got a run around story that would end up costing hundreds out of my pocket, that never really made sense when I added everything up. Rico and Omar were both top notch techs got my phone issue resolved within minutes and helped me upgrade to a new phone. They both had excellent customer service and were very honest with their answers, which every client deserves! Ive found my go to store

Wanted to switch to tmobile, seems like nobody wanted to help... I needed a new phone and was bringing an iPhone from sprint for the 2nd line, was told that the iPhone wouldnt work and that I needed 2 new phones, I had already checked online with tmobile if the iPhone would work. I ended up leaving since it seems that nobody wanted to actually do their job, going to try a different store.

Visited to this place to buy new phone 1 hour before they close. Staff told me two customer ahead of me and and 45 min waiting time. I got ok to wait for 45 min then they said by the time your turn we will be close we can not help you. They are more strict then any DMV of Govt office......!

Great clean place not to busy. Worst service! That I was looking for a new SIM card phone number. And I need fast and unlimited Wi-Fi and including international call, so that once staff gave me and fix the SIM card in my self phone and he try to call in and out that is great connection, but Wi-Fi dosent work and he said the problem is my phone and he trying to sell a new phone for me. It! Worst customer service! I dont recommend going to this T-Mobile branch.I lost $69.10 that is the last money in my pocket. (I am tourist from Thailand)

Didnt even have to wait (came in the evening), Staff was very Helpful and Nice, and answered all my questions.

Great clean place, not to busy, and staff was more than helpful. But like all other cell phone stores they try to push accessories and extra services on you. Make sure you actually know for sure what you are getting before you leave.

One of their representative acts like a retarded and very immature. I didnt get his name but he is very unprofessional. I dont recommend going to this t-mobile branch. Id rather go to the one in Cochran Street. This place sucks.

Worst service! They said they had a phone that I was looking for and as soon as I get there they said they just sold it! Worst customer service!! This rep Michelle said she had it I said it would take at the most two hours because I dont live near she agreed and I she didnt had it!!!
