Worst internet ever. They claim they are high tech and most reliable.For the last week the internet has gone down at about 6pm and was actually out for almost a full 3 days.But, they want that payment on time.If you have kids that have to do school or homework online, you should seek internet elsewhere as they will have to go find a free internet store to do their work. If you have security systems connected to wireless, forget it, they are rendered useless multiple times a month.I am currently seeking an alternative internet provider as I am done paying over a hindered dollars for something that might work when I need it.This company is junkAs I write this review using Verizon Wireless Data, my internet is down again and has been for 4 hours now.

Itll stop working out of nowhere and Im not happy with that

The internet is constantly going down. This is a huge problem as I work from home. When calling in for service related issues their messages informs you it can take up to 12 hours before hearing back from someone to resolve the problem. The only reason we stick with GoCreative is because it’s the only internet we can get at home. $50 per month for UP TO 7mbps that is constantly having service issues is not worth it. If you have good cell phone service it would be faster to hotspot.

A HUGE thank you for amazing service today. My sons decided to rent a house to save money. This house was in a location that we thought was going to be impossible to get WiFi service. Go Wireless happily scheduled to come take a look and see if they could do it. After over and above service, it’s done! We are incredibly thankful. We have been using Go Creative Wireless for about a year now, and I would say that our experience with them has been great. After the initial installation period, we have not had any serious issues with downtime. Our download and upload speeds rarely fluctuate up or down. The speeds we pay for are exactly what we get. The customer service is also very kind, responsive, and engaging. I would definitely recommend giving Go Creative Wireless an opportunity to provide you with internet services.

We are in a remote area of Santa Paula. We have been using Go Creative for internet service for about 5 years. The service has been very reliable and with the exception of a few times in the five years, we have had no problems. The customer service when we did have a problem was prompt and courteous. If you live in a rural area where Go Creative can provide internet, it is far better than satellite!!

Great Service and Support. I called an was able to get the wireless broadband service installed the next day. They helped me setup my wireless router and connect all my devices. I can now watch netflix with no buffering, it is like watching regular cable tv now. I have also set up Go Creative Wireless broadband service at my business. Super fast and low latency.

Super fast internet service where i could not get any thing but satellite which is horrible. I can now watch netflix without any issues or data caps. Super fast internet downloads and uploads, I even have phone service with them. Go Creative Wireless Techs installed my service within 48 hours of calling them and they did a superb job of installation. I have the managed router service so when I have an issue they can monitor from the tech center which is really convenient. The only issue I had was a slow speed once, but I called tech support and one of my computers was downloading a huge windows update to windows 10 and that was the issue. Thanks for your great support and service Go Creative Wireless.

Fantastic customer service and service! I am not kidding. We have had this service since January and live in a remote location where other internet companies have limited service. I emailed support last night letting them know I was having slow speeds and connection issues right before I needed to log on for school and they addressed the problem within less than 10 minutes and solved the issue within 5 minutes. I am so happy we switched to Go Creative because I have to work from home after hours weekly and attend online schooling. I need reliable internet and we found it. My husband even has exceptional speeds for his gaming (computer/xbox). Thank you Roscoe!! You are the best!!

Go creative wireless was able to get fast internet to my house when no one else could! Been very happy with their service.

A last resort as all other internet services are complete garbage in off grid Tehachapi, expect horrific customer service

Very unreliable although they do claim they take pride in providing reliable internet. Upload speed is less than 10% of what it should be. To add onto that Ive called several times to fix my internet cutting off. Due to this problem Ive had a huge delay for preparing for Finals. Would definitely not recommend anyone this internet service.

Very disappointed in their service. Last night had .70 download and .02 upload. They havent responded to fix the problem and havent given me credit for bad service for a year.They have sent a technician out several times who did some tests but never fixed the problem, and now they are ignoring us altogether. Bad customer service. Im switching to another service provider.

Horrible data speeds and the customer service is an answering service.I use them only because the only alternative is satellite.
