Costco has a good hearing aid center and good prices. I took my mom over to Simi Valley hearing aid center and Laurie and Ben very nice and helpful. But the hearing aid that we purchase from Costco was behind the ears did not fit her very good she had a problem getting them to go in her ears. Ben tried to accommodate and it did not work out. Had to return hearing aid back to store and which I got my money back in full. But when I ask to get the hearing aid that goes in the ear they would not help they said it would not work for my mother in law. I think since we returned the first hearing aid back they did not want to work with us any more.I made appointment with Thousand Oaks hearing aid center and they said there was know problem with getting hearing aids for inside the ear. Im a little disappointed with Simi Valley hearing aid center and I recommend going to Thousand Oaks.

Great service and good prices on quality hearing aids. This department makes it very worth being a Costco member.
