I like this place but since Covid, the phone NEVER gets answered - leave a message only. Returned calls are at various times, usually 4:30p or next morning.2 months ago I misplaced my hearing aid charger. I wanted to replace it. Called 3x, weeks apart. I NEVER got a callback!?! They do have my house phone# but gave my cellphone # to call me. (Problems with house phone). I repeated 3x to call my cell & left the # - ON EACH CALL!1day I went to look for other Hearing USA stores-store about 14 miles away in Simi Valley, CA. I called AND THE PHONE WAS ANSWERED!!! Explained my situation, she gave me a price, said Id call later. She called me back because the price was different-diff styles. I couldnt believe the level of professionalism.I never did go because my husband found the charger in the car ‼️ A blk charger & blk car interior.When I need anything, I will only go to the Hearing USA in Simi Valley, CA.I will NEVER use Santa Clarita, CA office again. PLUS the door has been locked over 1 year. Yes, most people are elderly, Covid isnt ever going away, but CUSTOMER SERVICE is still part of the job.1 other thing-- I went places & would ask to rate. Today (9-6-21) Im being asked to rate places Ive CALLED or SEARCHED THEIR WEBSITE ‼️‼️. THIS IS A STEP TOO FAR‼️‼️‼️. MIGHT TURN THIS OFF....F GOOGLE & ALL THE REST. NEXT THEY WILL KNOCK ON YOUR DOOR TO GET YOUR RESPONSE. **I didnt change any settings to make this happen. If I watch a movie, news, etc & I dont know about it, I might do a search. WHO KNOWS......BUT BIG BROTHER IS MORE INTRUSIVE THAN EVER.‼️‼️‼️.💥💥 BEWARE 💥💥
