A really great bunch of people. They went above and beyond for me and my hectic schedule. They got my hearing aids approve by the VA and taught me how to wear and use them. A great experience overall!

Expert- Very Caring- Need I say more?

I have gradually been losing my hearing over the years and my doctor recommended Decibel Hearing Services for an exam. I chose the Simi Valley office and had a pleasant, informative and life enhancing experience. The staff was friendly and professional and the exam confirmed that I have significant hearing loss in both ears. Following the test, Kelly Bannon, the audiologist, programmed a set of demonstration hearing aids for me to try and I was amazed at how well I could hear. I understood every word she said even without reading her lips. She explained my options for obtaining hearing aids but did not try to sell them to me. As a result, I am ordering a pair which has made my wife very happy.

My stepson has been going to see Dr. Ellen Baker for almost 20 years. He adores her. Office, staff and Dr. Baker are all wonderful. State of the art equipment, everyone in our family now goes there. I couldnt recommend this place more.

We started the appointment on time. The hearing test was very thorough and the results were explained very well. I had the test in preparation for an exam with an ear nose and throat doctor. The results will be sent directly to my doctor.

Dr. Baker takes her time to give you all of the information to make the transition to hearing aids a great experience. It is amazing what the technology can do! This was my first experience going for a hearing test. The staff wonderful,professional and friendly. Dr. Kelly was nice and put me at ease. I felt in very good hands. After the testing she was very patient explaining what the problem and how we needed to make my hearing the best possible.She explained what was covered with my insurance and what my out of pocket would be, her staff then got me registered so the process could begin.Thank you, to all involved in what I thought would be a bad experienceinstead it was just the opposite.

As a family we had a great experience at Decibel Hearing Services! My mother had a stroke and after the depression from feeling weak and trying to get back to herself, she got tinnitus out of nowhere! The tinnitus was frustrating and unbearable to the point that she would sit and cry from the endless ringing/buzzing in her ear. We decided to go to Decibel Hearing Services and she was relieved to find out its common. She was given some suggestions to improve her situation and frustration, but most importantly she felt the compassion and understanding from the doctor (Ellen). My mother felt alone and like nobody understood how serious of a situation this was, but the doctor made her feel comfortable and eased the anxiety of the unknown. For my sister and I, seeing my mom with a little bit of emotional relief and seeing that the doctor was able to help us comfort her was heart-warming. We couldnt be more impressed with the doctor, her knowledge, and her ability to explain exactly what my mother was experiencing. Thank you for helping us care for THE Matriarch or our little family!
