I cant even express my gratitude for this store and its staff. They saved my actual job, at the printing center. One of the staff members went BEYOND, and was so helpful. Ill keep going to office depot for all my printing needs. All the times Ive come here, to any office depot, theyve been efficient and friendly. Thank you!

I am away from home without my computer and other office equipment so I went to Office Depot and asked to print, sign, and scan a document and send the document to my email. This may seem like a simple task but not at Office Depot in 2018. I supposedly had to buy a flash drive in order to get the document off of the scanner and onto their computer so that it could then be sent to my email. Because I was in a hurry and didnt have time to go elsewhere, I bought a $9 flash drive to upload a simple document to their system and then sent it to me rather than simply scanning the document and sending the PDF directly to my email. I ended up spending $14 dollars to do what would otherwise be a simple and cheap task.

This location was a little on the small side but was spectacular on the customer service side. I looked at their printers and the salesman came up and suggested some different ones on the other side of the store that were on closeout. They didnt quite meet my needs but he went to the inventory system and look to see what else was in stock that met my criteria. Once I selected a printer they helped carry it out to my car and put it in the seat. They were all friendly and helpful. The store is full of inventory and in the center they have their copy section and plotters as well as custom labeled items.

Ordered sharpies online on Sunday. I got an email saying my order was ready for pick up. 3 days later I went to the store to get my items and it wasnt ready. I asked the employee where my package was. Long story short, they ran out of stock on the markers I ordered. Im not sure why it would say my package was ready, if it wasnt. I called customer service and all they could do was issue me a refund. Would be nice if they could give order me the right product and have it shipped to my house free of charge. Never shopping there again. Wasted my time driving down there for nothing

This is one of the worst Office Depot locations that I have ever been to. They never have anything in stock..and thats because they are the size of a convenience store. Staff here is not helpful, not just because they are too busy playing on their phones, but also because they have no knowledge of the products they sell. The worst part is that when picking up an online order, I discovered that they had charged me twice. After navigating gauntlets just to talk to the manager, who doesnt have time to manage the store...see above; he told me he was unwilling to do anything and that I would have to contest the charge through my credit card company. Wow. In a nutshell, this store just has no redeeming qualities and shouldnt even exist. Now, I spend a few extra minutes and go to the Staples down the road.

Ordered online. Picked up at the store. Store was neat and clean. Easily accessible. Prime location.

Walked in and was greeted by everyone working there. Very friendly and helpful, got me to what I needed fast.

Not as big as I thought it would be and they were out of a couple of the items I needed BUT the gentleman behind the counter made up for it. Very Nice!

Smallest office depot Ive ever been to. If you just need basic supplies it will be fine but otherwise go to a different location.

Service was awesome I went in to print out 20 copies on my email theres barely anybody in there and I was in and out of there they even were able to save my prints to 4 per page expecting pain way more than I did when I walked out of there and it was under a dollar.

Worst customer service ever. I spoke to the “manager”, who was rude, sassy, and condescending. She made it appear that I was at fault. Go elsewhere.
