Not only was deontay very helpful and respectful but he got me in and out very quickly w such patience,even tho the phone I was replacing wasnt cooperating very well. He was very knowledgeable about the phones I and another customer were looking at. He multiply task very well and made sure before I left I knew every part of my phone was working correctly and that I knew about the deals going on with my phone. This cricket store was the 3rd place I called about the phone I wanted and they were the only one in stock. I will definitely take my service to this store in the future.

On 02/14/2020 at 01:45PM, I went to switch my service from Verizon to Cricket. Upon arriving, the door was locked and no one was around. The store lights were on, open sign was on but no sign indicating them being temporarily closed. I sat in the parking lot for about 10 minutes and no one ever showed up. What a great first impression!!

Ive had my phone service with Cricket for over three years and I have no complaints and the customer service at this store is always great! My only complaint is that there are great deals for people switching to Cricket or new accounts, but no discounts or anything for being a long term customer. But I do have four phones for less than $120 a month!
