The staff at this location is friendly, kind, and hard working. I recently had to get a new phone and there were some items from the old phone that didnt transfer to the new one and this staff of young people worked throughout the day to get my information transferred and by the end of the day it was all recovered. They definitely went above and beyond to help me. I would recommend this location to any one! Their franchise owner should be very proud of this staff! 5⭐s all the way!

Very disappointed in the service from the staff.

If you want to deal with children go here, if you want good business go ANYWHERE else. They close the store early, they dont fully tell things how they should be, and they staff is drama. Ive never went into a business and had the employees talking/cursing like they were on vacation while having children in the store as well. And they bring their OWN kids to their job and have little kids sitting in the store all day. Thats kinda child neglect you work and your child watches and does nothing all day. Like can you not afford day care ?

The salespeople terrible. It seems they always have attitude. They are not here for the customers. I would never employee such people at my business. They also will not let you return something if it has broken even if you have the receipt. I was very disappointed and therefore went to AT&T

So i just got a line with them on Sunday and the phone didnt even turn on, I didnt even make 1 call nothing, I came back Monday and was close for Labor day, so I came back on Tuesday to get a refund since they said I had 7 days to return and get my money back, they forgot to tell me you will lose the $10 activation fee. And the manager was very sarcastic. Next time they need to do their job and give the right information to their customer, by the way they suck!

I live in Simpsonville SC and I cannot get phone service in my sisters house who lives in the same county. I called costumer service many times and they have not been able to solve my problem.
