Brock is a superb GM. I recently went to this store to make inquiries about the home internet service. He walked me through the process and helped me from beginning to end. A few days later I was running into a problem getting the Verizon gateway to work, after spending about 100 minutes with 2 customer service agents on call. I brought the device to the store, and amazingly with less than 10 minutes, Brock solved my problem satisfactorily. Brock exhibited a high degree of professionalism, technical knowledge, and customer care. Thanks a great deal, Brock!

Just went into the store today to see what offers they have to upgrade my daughters phone. We were paired up with Brock (the GM, per his badge). I must say the service was great until we started working with Brock. He just was not a sales person or maybe he was having a bad day. His tone was very quick/snappy and made me and my family uncomfortable. It seemed i had to have all the decisions. Basically looking for recommendations and he wanted me to have everything known. Well it ended with me walking out with my family and even my family commented on the experience. Definitely not going back there again.

Frustrated with my current i Phone so I went in and the Verizon rep said lets try fixing the one you got. He worked for 30 min and when I left my phone was operating well and I did not have to buy a new phone. I will be back when I do need a phone.

The Verizon store in Simpsonville, SC was closed for a time during the pandemic. Fortunately, Verizon reopened this store. One note, the store moved across the street to 340 Harrison Bridge Road. When I visited the new location the employees were extremely accomodating and helpful. One other note. This location is a Verizon Corporation store, not just a licensed resale shop.

Important to know. You must have an appointment to get any service or to enter the store. May need to plan a day or two ahead. Just wanted to pick up a device and while they were polite and had the product they refused to help until I scheduled an appointment. Tried to schedule on verizon app and that app is horrible to navigate and never worked. Gave up and found another product

Ordered a phone online for store pick up. Was told it would be ready for pick up “soon”. Over 24 hours later and it’s still not ready. I’ve tried to call the store but it’s an automated line and there is no way to reach a human working at the store. Talked to customer service through Verizon, not store specific, and was told there was no estimated time for when it would be ready. What is the point of ordering for pick up when it will take just as long as shipping?

This is a great place to go, if you can make it at a time other than peak hours. The store isn’t heavily staffed, but whoever is there is usually very helpful! They don’t normally have a lot of traffic, so it’s pretty calm in there. Not a huge selection of new phones, so if you’re looking for a walk-around-and-browse experience, this probably isn’t it. But if you need help with your phone or plan, they can do it. We worked with a really nice young lady named Kayla and she was able to get our new, hand-me-down phone working and she also got us set up with a new plan that saved us quite a bit of money!

Ali was excellent. Due to work hours I couldnt make it to a store until today so Ive been dealing with online support for a week. All I wanted was to upgrade my phone. It started with them ordering the wrong color, and just snowballed from there. They kept telling me they fixed it and to wait for 24 hours. Well they told me that 5 times when problem after problem appeared. I was expecting to cancel my service when I came here today because they were probably gonna tell me the same thing but she quickly resolved the issue and had me out the door within 20 minutes.

It is a blast. Great service. They try to make things easier for you with the best offer they can give. You can pay bill in store. Turn in old phones for money depending on phone. The wait time could be long depending on the day. Not really a place for kids but the staff doesnt mind and very considerate to kids.

Sadly the phone was dead. Kelsey tried sim cards, system resets to no avail. She then went over all the options available (trade in, by back, insurance) to find the best deal for me. Then she transferred everything to the new phone and I was good to go. Excellent customer service!!!

Worst experience since we have started with Verizon over 10 years ago. All started when we went to this store on Monday Nov 18 with our new phones for activation . A gentleman who claimed himself the manager, changed our phones sim cards and activated. But unfortunately, after hours of frustration at home, spending a day without phones, we went back next day and changed the right sim cards and activated properly. Same day, he attached the screen protector on my phone crooked and when I requested him to correct it, he flatly refused to even consider it. Very disappointing and try not to visit this store again..

After they sell you the merchandise they dont really bother to help you. I purchased a phone from them and they told me my bill would be 94 a month ended up pay way more then that. When I called corporate they just continued to transfer me to different departments because no one knows how to fix it. I was also told that I would get a free case and headphones since I got a new phone and they were having a special well it ended up going on my bill instead and I had to pay it off eventually because they canceled my service and thank you Cameron for lying to me. Now I been getting hit with outrages Bills DO NOT DO BUISNESS with them go anywhere else. I know Verizon likes to make it seem like they care about their customers but they dont and they will respond to this but its all just to look good they wont fix any problems they just want there money.

I have been a customer for 3 years!!! And to be treated like I was just treated about a 30 dollar Wi-Fi box. Wow....way to go with your customers. Came in to shop for a phone for my wife. We spent probably 15 minutes looking at phones and wasted another 10 minutes looking at accessories waiting for someone to help us with some questions. No one ever did so we went home and ordered online. For a company who could have sold me a $1000 phone and has been getting $2000/yr from us for the past 15 years, youd think theyd be staffed enough to be able to help us. The store was not really that busy.

I know there has to be many people in here who are helpful but I can assure you just as there are people who help there are also people who just don’t. Came in to return 2 items outside of the 14 day policy but I explained I had already received the credit (Verizon did this for me over the phone) and I was following through with my in store return. Anyway, the lady helping us was not rude but not helpful. She took items to the back and went to help another customer but never telling me I was done or giving me back my receipt which still had other items on it. I’ve waited for a while (over 20 mins) until I flagged someone down and he went and got the receipt right behind the counter. Is it normal for someone to just stand in a Verizon store for an extended amount of time for no reason at all? Exactly, the guy was super helpful but clearly she didn’t showcase ANY customer service skills. It’s shameful because my family and I have been with Verizon since before they bought out Alltel. I pay nearly 400 a month for our phones and have faithfully for many many years as loyal customers should. It’s in times like this where loyalty doesn’t matter because unless you are “new” customers where they need to woo you into purchasing items then you mean nothing to them. I’d like to say my next experience will be different but who knows.

The customer service is lacking here with the two employees I have dealt with. I purchased a $40+ screen shield that an employee installed. In less than 2 weeks the edge was lifting off. I went in to see if they would replace it and I was told Id have to buy a new one. Sorry...Ill go to Apple to get a better product and service.

The worst store and customer service ever. Stay away from Dustin and the store manager Rhonda. Horrible service.I have been a Verizon customer for years and I over pay for service because their customer service has always been so good.They did such a poor job there that they messed up my bill by $900.They gave me a defective phone then on top of that the call center said yes they will waive the restock fee and give you a new phone since its within 14 days.I get there and they say oh the call center was wrong we dont waive the fee. I said then we need to call the call center. They refused and said well you can just send it back to them then.I am contacting the BBB and Consumer Affairs for not honoring and using bait and switchStay away!!!

Worked with Richard at first and had issues. He wouldn’t listen to me try and tell him relevant account information. Had to call customer service to do something he should have done to get my upgrade. Went back in after being unhappy about it and talked to the store manager Jamie, he wasn’t very helpful but did listen to me. I have no confidence in this store fixing any real issues. They’ll just push you off to someone else. Both Richard and Jamie did that.

I had the most frustrating experience, but this store helped me get back on track. I went to a different store, was ignored, then missed out on a sale opportunity I was excited about as a result. Then 2 months later I bought a bundle deal online that was flagged for potential fraud, and when I called the central office and verified the employee only verified one device... the other was cancelled and I had to spend hours on hold with this person or that person trying to right the ship. Feeling defeated I went to this store per the recommendation of a trusted friend. Dustin, Brittany, and Mike were so understanding and helpful and Laquana in particular went above and beyond to help me resolve the problem and get the perfect phone that I have been needing for longer than I care to say. More than that, they made me feel valued and appreciated, a refreshing feeling after my initial experience. This store is out of my way but I will make a point to go here every time from now on!!! I hope this review saves some other people some grief... just go here!!!

If you like being lied to.... this is the place for you.This Verizon store sold me a I Phone they said was new... but after the phone stopped working Apple in Haywood Mall checked the phone and verified that it was actually a Refurbished phone that was 5 years old.I’ve switched to T Mobile. Then I tried to get my screen protector fixed( it had a warentee) and they refused to fix it they did not know what they were doing and told me it was a brand which I know it was not . I left extremely unhappy and when my contract ends I will be going elsewhere. I do not want people who cant even handle a simple task handling my contract

O stars. Dropped over $600 in accessories, but still get lied to. I have a Hum, but was talked into a new one by the store manager, Lee. Come to find out after leaving the store Lee added the Hum as a new line to our account without telling us, or the what the new line MDN was. So after learning the line was added without approval, we go to return it and are charged a $50 restocking fee for the Hum despite being lied to. I worked for Verizon Wireless for 7 years before, and this behavior of lying to customers we saw in Indirect agents instead of managers like Lee at corporate stores. Thanks for breaking our trust in Verizon, Lee. We appreciate the 30 plus times we tried calling you on the business card you gave us without an answer. And I appreciate Lee, the store manager, hiding in the back of the storw while Britt handled the return when I came back in. Funny how Lee was attentive when it came to sales, but nonexistent with customer concerns. Commission over customer. I hope adding the new line to our account without permission was worth it.

I went into the store to compare the Samsung Note 4 and the Samsung Galaxy S5. I was hoping to make my decision and purchase during the same visit. I walked in and was greeted by associate Jason. He showed me where the phones were located in the store and began getting my information. He informed me that because I was not the primary account holder I could not upgrade my phone without that person being in the store. Period.I thought fine, Ill just look at the phones in the store and then log in online later and purchase. Jason leaves. Then associate Noelle comes up to me, and we start talking about the Note 4. She showed me the programs and features of the phone, let me practice using the stylus pen to make notes, etc. I was concerned about the size of the phone, but she let me hold her Note 4 since the display model was attached to the docking station. She let me see how it fit in my pocket. Ultimately, that was going to determine for me whether or not I was going to go with the Note 4 or the S5.I decided on the Note 4 and then we went over the entire primary account issue. She said that they could do a PIN # verification where theyd send the PIN # to the primary account holder. I would then speak with that person, get that PIN #, tell it to the associate, and Id be authorized to upgrade my phone. They sent the PIN # to the primary account holder, my mother-in-law, but I couldnt get a hold of her. I told Noelle Id go run some errands, and if I heard back from her then Id come back to the store. Noelle said that was fine, and to just speak with Jason since it was his sale. Cool.I run my errands, talk to my mother-in-law, get the PIN #, and then return to the store. No one greets me when I come in. I followed Jason around while he worked with other customers. He looked busy. After about 10 minutes he finally acknowledged me and asked me if I got it figured out. I said I did, and then Jason passed me off to some guy Max. Then Max asks me for my phone #, and we start the whole process over again. He then tells me that I have to be added to the list by the primary account holder in order to upgrade the phone. I explain to him what Noelle had just told me about the PIN # system. He looked confused. He said no, that my mother-in-law would either have to be there in person OR shed have to add my name to the account.I just told Max to Hell with it. Ill log on the website later with her information and make the upgrade myself. I left. Its just annoying because theres three associates all saying different things. Im also going to have to wait for the phone to ship, and then Ive got to go back to the store to dispose of my old phone. Its all just a waste of my time.I dont know if Noelle was incorrect or not, but she did help me decide on the phone I wanted. That accomplished one of the two objectives I had today. So for that, Ill rate this as two stars instead of one.

The salespeople lied to me on the phone and said i could pick up my new phone even if i was not the authorized account holder as long as i brought my moms id and cc... The manager acted like i was stupid for thinking i could do that even though it was her employee that lied to me on the phone. All they care about is making a sale. I would recommend ordering your phones from verizon and having them ship it as opposed to dealing with the people at this location. By far the worst experience I have had at a verizon store.

No one knew anything, had a broken phone went in the first time to get it shipped to the house they said it would be there the next day, two days passed didn’t come. Called the store and they kept saying it would come the next day and the next. Went to the store a second time with no explanation why the phone wasn’t sent to our house so we had it to be sent to the store. The phone still didn’t come when they said it would arrive and when called the store again they didn’t have any information on the phone and said they would call when a shipment would be in. No help whatsoever and they had no clue about anything.

Me and my wife stepped into store to transfer her old line to my line. We were met by a salesman that repeatedly told us the transfer wouldnt cost anything. He then said and guess what mam you are actually able to get a upgrade. Again we said we said how much. The gentleman then states absolutely nothing, all you need to do is give us your old phone. My wife was ecstatic because she wanted new iphone. Then gentleman came back with a great deal. He said how would yall like an iPad because today we are having a great deal, $200 off the iPad. Well we discussed it and decided yes we were wanting to buy one so lets get it. I then asked gentleman so all we pay is the difference. Oh yes sir he stated. So no offer fees I asked. Why no sir thats it. We then went over bill which was to come to $200 a month. So we asked would that be next bill. Yes absolutely he said. We left the business extremely happy. That is until we received bill. $670 was the amount we owed. I was bewildered and immediately called until to be met with response I needed to call customer service. I did and they told us that the store had not informed us that my wifes phone still owed $250. Then the iPad was added as a line which was a startup fee which we didnt ask for. Then we accrued additional fees. I was beyond livid at this point and demanded answers. The woman told us there was nothing that could be done. The iPad now will cost us $20 a month for device payment and the original 400 for a grand total of 680. Very expensive. Not to mention we are stuck with a new phone bill of $268 way more than what he stated. Do not trust this used car salesman that are only their to sale you items and offer no customer service. Worse experience ever. Highly dissatisfied
