I walked in to see if I could upgrade my iPhone to a newer model and the customer service staff was more helpful than I could ever imagine. They helped me sync my data, answered all my questions and even went over the trade in promotion word by word !What a great store and staff !!!

I recently went to T-Mobile to switch my SIM card from Sprint to T-mobile and change my data plan. I received some of the best service I’ve had in a while. I typically dread going to the phone store at all costs unless I need an upgrade. Phat Rob was the one who helped me and my husband. He even gave my 1 yr. old toddler a toy to keep him entertained. Definitely will be back.

WORST EXAMPLE OF MANAGEMENT, at 1511 military time. My gf and i arrived at this store for a new cell phone. Immediately upon walking into the store. I was kicked out for not wearing a mask, as i noticed the floor manager without a mask!! and partial green beard... i will be filling a lawsuit against this location if actions is not taken. Its federal law.
I absolutely love T-Mobile. I switched carriers and the employees were nothing but kind and courteous with all the patience in the world. JESSICA was my primary helper and I must say she is one incredible person that loves her job and what she does. Her heart is IN IT!!!! If your considering switching carriers I would highly recommend. My previous carrier was going to give me a trade in value of $214 for a 64 GB iPhone 8 Plus. T-Mobile gave me a $600 credit. CHECK THEM OUT!!!!! Mykala and Charlie were the best! They stayed with us over closing hours to make sure everything was set up! We did the tnx( switched to T-Mobile service) and We upgraded our phones to the 12pro max! The customer service was awesome! I had no complaints! I would recommend them to anyone!

Expect to wait upwards of an hour to be spoken to. After there finally speak to you youll either be told they cant help you or they will make a mistake and cant process your request. The rep I spoke with asked for my ID and phone number 3 times before finally being able to access my account. Once they did they did an upgrade for the willing phone and I was told I would have to wait 30 minutes for it to be removed from the system.
Jessica gave me the best advice and she has no hidden agenda just here to help the customer get what we need!!!!

Excellent service and no wait time when I went in Saturday. Mandy R. was great and very patient answering my questions about the iPhone Pro Max, the payment plan, and how to return it if they dont like it since it was for my husband for Fathers Day. I didnt activate it Saturday because the surprise would have been ruined so I went back Sunday afternoon to active it after my husband opened his Fathers Day gift and confirmed it was the iPhone he wanted and Carlos S. was there this time, understood exactly what I needed, and quickly had everything all set up. The stores manager, Ashley, was there too and answered some questions I had about reducing my monthly payment, she was very knowledgeable and kind, and even gave me a T-Mobile goody bag which I love. Weve been with T-Mobile for years and each time we go to the Fairview Station store they make us feel like were just as important to them as the first day we became T-Mobile customers. We got a new phone, case, screen protector, chargers, asked a bunch of questions, and were still finished and out the door in about 30 minutes. :)

I had a small issue at this store that Carlos made right. If you have a true grievance and feel like you are spinning your wheels then go speak with Carlos. Treat him kind and he will work with you if he can. 2 adjustments were made to my bill and they were the difference in having a customer leaving for good or a customer staying for the long haul with T-mobile. T mobile as a carrier is not bad, and does have decent phone and plan options.That being said- Dont bring your business to this store! Fare warning- employees arent knowledgeable, not helpful, and worst of all dishonest! I wish I had gotten every single transaction in writing according to what I was verbally told by employees there. I had to go back into the store nearly a dozen times to have corrections on my account, and we are still left with service charges we never agreed to. no taxes, surcharges, or fees except it shows up all over our bill. We were up sold a completely free tablet which we realize had a $25/month line charge. Cancel that service, and now we are charged for the tablet. When they switched out service from another provider, they didnt even port our numbers correctly, I had to call another store to get it done correctly. When we were waiting for gift cards from a promotion, I actually had to show an employee how to check status on the website.Both incompetent and dishonest, just go to another store or do your business online if you choose T mobile as a carrier.

Switch from Verizon to T-Mobile mid January in the Congaree rd. store — nightmare, first by T-Mobile stating they never received our devices for reimbursement then our bill not being correct. Customer Care over the phone would not help and staff at that store would not bother either. Stopped by this location and a guy there assisted me promptly with our billing issues and escalated my issue to the right department. T-Mobile finally paid us almost 2100 dollars worth of equipment from Verizon after this employee really took the time to look into my problems. This is the only location I go to now and the only guy we deal from this store is awesome; his name is Carlos.
Carlos rocks. I normally get my phones at this store but this time I decided to call T-Mobile direct to save a little time since I wasnt in a rush. T-Mobile made a mistake (which usually doesnt happen) with the order but Carlos saved the day. The LG Q7+, that I originally ordered, was never sent and now it wasnt available anywhere nor could it be ordered. You can imagine my frustration. Enter Carlos at T-Mobile Simpsonville. He left no stone un-turned nor string un-pulled and was able to come up with the phone. He went above and beyond to take care of me and treated me like a friend. Im a very happy customer and stores need more people like Carlos. Highly recommend you go see him. Great guy.

Have had my new I phone 7plus maybe 6months and already having problems. Not the first time after receiving a device from this location and having problems with it even after purchasing all extra protective devices and insurance to take extra care of it! Dont buy an i phone or add a line or any extra insurance at this location because if you have any issues after they get your money you are no longer their problem and evidently your insurance is no good unless you are willing to spend more money to upgrade!!😡😡😡

The store in general sucks the customer service is awful but Tamoya is very helpful only associate that is willing and actually wanting to help. Surprise that she is not a manager. I went to my local T-Mobile store in Simpsonville SC and went over my issues with Tamaya, the store manager, about the activation on my Apple Watch and she was able to get everything working. The trick was to add the Digits line manually as an Apple line to my cell phone number with a T-Mobile SIM card. Once that was done, it was a simple SIM swap to the EID for my Apple Watch. Presto, after activation through the Apple Watch app on my iPhone and a hard reset on the watch, everything was up and running! She went above and beyond and cant up with a solution that no one else at T-Mobile was able to do for almost a week since the Series 3 release. Thanks again Tamaya!
It took Cierra 4 hours to give me a upgrade phone. She was rude and had horrible customer service!! Was on the phone with tech support because she didnt know how to upload pictures. She said she uses IPhone not android and didnt know what she was doing. Told me she would call me when they uploaded never did but called to sell me a tablet smh Never got my photos uploaded so I lost all of them. This girl definitely shouldnt work with people made my experience with T-Mobile horrible. Id never go back to this location.
