My fiancé and I went there for new phones. Slade, the representative we worked with was outstanding. He helped us through the whole process. He was super helpful and just an all around great person. His supervisor David was great as well. I would highly recommend this location to anyone in the area. Gave them 5 stars only because I couldn’t do 6 or more.
Spent $2000 on 2 phones and service and was treated by customer service in a perfunctory and condescending way my wife and I are in our early 70s and the management and Im assuming his assistant when we asked about our new phones were met with heavy sighs and eye rolling, our salesman was new and was very patient but when ask management for help was treated almost contemptuously as were we.I understand I have 14 days to return these phones and cancel the contract if I dont hear from someone in a few days I will just thatVery bad experience
I drive 25 minutes away from where I live because of the excellent customer service at the Simpsonville SC AT&T store. There is one about 5 minutes from my house but Id rather travel because of the service I receive there.
The store only staffed one employee for the day. The ONE employee did everything to the best of her ability; but it’s inexcusable to staff an open business with only one employee. It guarantees that customers will be dissatisfied with the way that staffing is handled.
Service was great I walked out the store with the phone I wanted things happened along with the process but it was rectified and they all made sure I got the phone that I really wanted Thanks Guys
I had a really challenging problem that she had never seen before because of a cheaper phone service. Ashley was able to take care of it and I was so happy!!!.
Braylen is an excellent service professional. Whenever I have a problem I ask for him. He helped me today over an hour. The reason it took so long was trying to call the loyalty department. I was disconnected twice, had an India guy that I had trouble understanding. Finally asked for his supervisor and got some help. Braylen was there the whole time to help me. He is definitely an asset to your company!!!

Just wanted to take a moment and give credit where credit is due. I’ve been a AT&T customer for years and as a young professional I often get very frustrated with the lack of knowledge or customer care I typically receive from the telecom giant. However, in my recent need for wireless and internet account change assistance I met Michelle at the Simpsonville Fairview Rd. location. From start to finish Michelle was perfectly patient, understanding, polite, and personable. A big reason for going into an in person store rather than calling 611 is to have someone treat you like a human and resolve your issues with some level of care.. and she nailed it! I want to tell her I’m sorry I had to come into the store so many times to bother her but am very grateful for her enduring patience and conscientiousness for mask use.
Customer Service was great, very patient with me and took the time to help me set up not one but two phones even as the lobby filled with people. Kudos to the team here!

My brother came directly from the hospital in for the early hours since he is immune compromised from a post op infection. They are only allowing one person in the store per employee. He was 2nd in line, and we showed up 20 mins before the store even opened, it is now 10 mins till 11and there are now three people waiting and the employee is in there screwing around with the SAME customer. We can all see them in there casually talking and looking at cases. I understand taking care of customers but an hour with a line of people is excessive. Do better.

So where do I begin? The 1st customer service agent was knowledgeable but didnt know some of the details and they got us into a Financial cragmire of roughly $1000. My headphones earbuds were missing from my 1st $1000 piece of equipment. My note 10 + 4 some reason has ashore in the battery AT&T wont take care of it I have to talk to Samsung. I transferred over from AT&T prepaid to AT&T wireless and for some reason I couldnt get insurance and the customer service agent negated to tell us That. hence the $1000. Please dont think Im disappointed. Im very happy with the service the wireless the speed the phone. Just do your due Diligence. When you think that youve got all the answers ask 25 more questions. Someone has to pay me for my one month old note 10 plus that I now Own two. Not to mention the 1st 1 I paid in full 900 plus dollars right there at the store.

Literally went to simply upgrade our devices. No s10s at all in store. We would have to order anything we wanted. One employee...couldnt help us at all with upgrading. Very disappointed. Reminded me of boost mobile.

Best customer service especially under pandemic condition
We went in wanting to upgrade. We were not acknowledged upon entering. Not even a Well be with you in a second. We walked around the store looking and phones for a like 5 minutes, then stood for waiting for 5 more minutes.... still nothing. We left.

UpdateWorked with Spring Communications corporate office. Their customer service manager contacted me directly and was able to resolve issue in write up below. Do not waste your time trying to work with the store staff at this location. Go directly to the corporate headquarters. Contact info is available through Better Business a Bureau.Original complaintOriginal sales rep promised free iPhone since we were DIRECTV customers. We then got second phone and iPad since first phone was free. After not getting credit for the free phone I tried to resolve with store. Sales rep no longer there. Manager said she would get att involved. This went on for four months. Manager no longer there. Lady who tried to help today said they could not credit me for the phone since I did not import an old number. This was my first number so I did not have a number to import. I explained that to the sales rep when I signed up for service. I wish the original sales rep had told me at that time I did not qualify for the free phone. Now I am stuck until May 2019. I asked to escalate further. Store rep could not give me names or numbers. Their company had 1500 stores and their policy was not to give out this information. Turns out this company is Spring mobile communications in Utah. Their website has the names of their executives online. So much for not having the information I requested. The local store in Simpsonville just did not want to help. By the way, the Better Business Bureau gives Spring a grade of D for similar issues with billing. Be careful with this store and any authorized reseller owned by Spring Mobility Communications. They have the ATT label but not their level of customer care. Do not trust anyone there.

Chad assisted my sister Joan and me in July. We had difficulty in clearing info from a phone we had for return mailing. He was very patient with us when we couldnt remember our google email address or password. It took us quite a bit of time to ready those phones for return, but he kept checking back with us.
The original sales experience was very good and very efficient. When I had to call back with some questions and the staff in the morning were catastrophically bad.
