The visit today was usual .The manager and his associates are always friendly and helpful! I have been shopping at Ingles for over 40+years and will continue to patronize in the future! Always a clean and well stock of groceries and meats and more! I rate them a 5 star + .

Always clean. They are still turning out great home baked rolls!!!Their vegetables are to die for...so fresh.Meats are great too! I not a big fan of their meats or anybody elses, but I love their roasted chickens...very cheap and delicious!!

I got a real bargain on some inbone pork chops today 6 for $3.50, self rising flour $1.50, milk $.88,wax paper $1.50.great store not crowded today. Social distancing in place, masks required, handicap parking and accessible entrance.Great bakery items especially the key lime pie. Great shop! I will be back soon. Apply for a Ingles reward card too for free gas.

Stopped in because I saw a Television commercial for the Boo bags for dogs.I was told by the Manager that they RAN OUT. I asked her if they were going to be getting more in and she said that she did not know. Sorry but I really have a problem with this because you shouldn’t be advertising things on TV if you’re not going to keep them in stock all the time.Secondly if you’re a Manager you should know if and when you’re getting more in.Extremely disappointing and a waste of my time. Won’t be shopping here anymore.

Ive been looking for Soy Vey for months and have struck out at every grocery store in Simpsonville. I resisted the urge to buy in bulk, so if youre ISO the best teriyaki sauce... You know what? On second thought, these arent the droids you are looking for. 🤪

Never a line but prices are high and produce is not fresh. Need to check dates on food as they dont throw out expired food especially dairy. The bakery and ice cream selection is good.

Was surprised to learn that the delicious glazed croissant I was eating at an event was from Ingles. Have been a few times in the morning to get them and was saddened to be told that they are not ready. Seems odd a breakfast pastry would not be ready till 10am. Oh, and its 1994 decor is perfectly preserved.

They are the only ones around who carry the ice cream my husband loves!

This store, while a perfectly fine establishment, was misguiding in its holiday hours. If you’re going to post your holiday hours, they should at least be accurate. Otherwise, a normal store.

For a smaller grocery store this Ingles is very good. The staff is always very helpful and friendly. The slection of items doesnt compare to larger stores but if there is something you requested they will obtain it. This is my go to store.

I love Ingles stores and would make them my primary grocery experience; especially being local. However, this store is light years behind all others with the same name. How does a store in one of the more competitive areas of the Upstate maintain themselves in this way? Makes no sense that the company overlooks this store for an upgrade. When I see an Ingles anywhere else, I stop in for a solid shopping experience. Not this one in Simpsonville.

I dont even know how this store stays open; its poorly lighted, baseline prices are too high, disappointing private label brands and a less than stellar produce section. I will say that the customer service is fairly good, they do have an option for paper bags instead of plastic, they do mark down their fresh meat and have a decent wine selection and price.I think if this store was renovated like a lot of the other Ingles have been and if they provided a better quality private label - I would shop here more often (and I dont think its just me who feels this way because there are never very many other shoppers there).

Good quality meat, though the prices have went up a bit here of late. I stop here when Im being lazy and dont want to drive to Lidl.

Best quality and prices on meat; store is set up, so you can easily find items, and Baking and spice isle packs in everything you could be looking for. Laura Lynn brand is very good. Produce could be better. I go elsewhere for that. They also carry many gluten-free items.

Great prices and easy to navigate layout. Theres never a line at the checkout, and the staff is helpful and friendly. This is my go-to for all grocery shopping, big and small.

Employees are helpful. Store is clean. Great selection of salad bar items, deli items, and hot food. They do have the best meat in town.

My mama told me about ingles meat,especially the cube steak and the turkey breast thats #1 for me beside those delicious glazed doughnuts .

I have been here a few times. Went again today .. it took 10 minutes for deli to realize they had a customer. Even though bakery people were standing right there.. neither the man or woman acknowled me. When deli finally noticed me the girls were very friendly and efficient. . (MOVE THE SIGNS FROM THE TOP OF COUNTER SO THEY CAN SEE THE CUSTOMER) also we came in at 11am there was no fresh bread from the bakery when I asked I was told bread would be out at noon... sorry thats not good enough .. where I work the bread is out by 8 am. The bakery comes in at 6 am to start baking. I can honestly say the Cashiers was great friendly and asked how I was. You need to work on customer service skills every department should say hello to the customer the bakery should always be looking if they see me and deli doesnt all they have to do is say hello. Someone will be right with you.. and tell deli.. they are right next to each other. Its a TEAM EFFORT. .. not a department effort. . Everyone should help each other.

The only place in Simpsonville that carries Welchs drink power. No sugar and no aspartame, two things diabetics stay away from. I always see the store manager when I visit and he always makes a point to speak to everyone he can. Not the busiest grocery store and not the least expensive, but still one of my favorite grocery stores. And a really good hot bar.

Some things are ok here but not my favorite grocery store personally.

Employees are rude and not at all helpful. Chicken in the deli was old & cold. Had been for sale longer than the 4 hours food safety protocols allow. Will not shop here for anything. Even the purchase of a money order cant be done without an ingles card, that being said no one even offered information on how to obtain one. Employees should be trained in helpful customer service.

Ok. So its not the newest or fanciest grocery store in town. Its actually one of the oldest which is one of its attractions and probably why they can keep prices lower than the high end stores. Everythings easy to find and you dont have to walk for miles in the store to do your shopping. If you just need to pick up a couple items youll be in and out. Im a faithful Ingles shopper.

I work near the Ingles in Simpsonville. My place of employment carries a limited amount of cash - so when someone pays with a large bill, we become even more limited on cash. Any time that happens, Ill walk over to the Ingles to see if they will cash out the big bill for us to help us get through the day and they are always SO kind and helpful. Then entire staff is so willing to help and the manager (older gentleman with glasses) is always SO eager to help us out. He goes out of his way to let us know when hes going to the bank, so if we need any kind of change at all, he assures us he is there to help. I think more often than not, people feel compelled to leave a review if they have a negative experience so the management or whomever is aware. I think management should know that the staff at this Ingles is so welcoming, hard working, kind, and willing to help others. I cannot say enough great things about them! Thank you for making life easier for your customers, as well as people who arent customers, are in a bind, and need help.

Above the single so I go there for lunch times to get lunch or supper the deli has a really great selection and especially now since Bi-Lo quit their hot deli food its really nice to have a place close by to go for I dont have to cook if I want to eat at home and the rest of the stores great stats good helpful really nice store

Tried to get lunch meat (sweet Lebanon bologna)worker told me other week there is no cut off point for slicing deli meats, worker tonight says 8pm..no wonder the store is always empty..they could care less if you shopped here...

This is one of the older, smaller Ingles. Still they have a great selection, & especially have items my local BiLo doesnt carry. Being on my way home from work, I stop by occasionally to pick up items. Friendly staff, convenient location.

Love this place. They have sample cakes, rottiserie cooked chicken, always fresh and delicious. Very clean and friendly vibes. Staff members and customer services is great! Much better then Walmart. If ya travel through ya can get whole baked chicken, sandwiches, refreshments, salads and e t.c. or ya can order to go in the dali section. ☺️
